是日與好友入深井食燒鵝,食燒鵝真係深井必食。好快安排好入座就飲住茶食下花生睇下食咩好先。大家決定叫返個晚飯自選4-5人餐,當中選了小食沙薑豬手,燒味雙拼,即日煲靚湯,蜜桃冰梅骨,豉汁蒸鱔片,再加個3選1既$1系列阿翁燒鵝,阿翁小炒皇。沙薑豬手:豬手夠淋而且沙薑入味。燒味雙拼:燒腩仔皮脆肉唔會太肥,叉燒蜜糖香味鋪面燒得夠香。即日煲靚湯:粉葛豬骨湯好有家的感覺,煲湯都非常足料夠晒濃味又唔會確喉。蜜桃冰梅骨:肉質唔錯加上酸甜汁令到更為醒胃。豉汁蒸鱔片:用豉汁去蒸鱔可以令到餸菜更加帶出鮮味。厚厚肉咬落更為好食。阿翁燒鵝:唔好以為$1就會將貨就價,依個燒鵝無論份量同味道都做得好好。講下隻鵝:皮脆肉嫩,鵝皮同鵝肉之間脂肪層又唔算太厚,唔會成口油。阿翁小炒皇:韭菜花快炒夠清,腰果魚乾仔保持到脆香,蝦仁等令到餸菜更加色香味。最後有紅豆沙送滿足埋甜品胃,紅豆沙甜度適中紅豆夠淋。…Read More
