最近天水圍新開左間西餐廳, 見環境唔錯,menu又多選擇, 一於試吓啦!首先出場嘅係蒜蓉包、餐湯和沙律。田螺配薯蓉本來就好夾, 薯蓉焗到金黃色香噴噴, 但略嫌鹹咗少少。牛柳嘅擺設非常靚, 配菜亦相當豐富。牛柳選擇了七成熟, 可以配燒汁或者蒜蓉汁。魚柳煎得啱啱好,醬汁加入蜆肉黎煮, 非常鮮甜。重點係預留底下的溫室菠菜,菠菜吸收哂醬汁的精華,非常好味。食西餐又點少得精緻的甜品呢!啤梨有淡淡的酒味,吉士醬嘅甜味可以中和啤梨的酒味。估唔到內有乾坤,原來啤梨中間係雲呢拿雪糕,相當有驚喜!…Read More
