一行六人到生昌食潮州菜~~ 之前已經食過一次, 只係記得好好味, 但因為冇寫食評, 所以都唔太記得食過啲咩 ^^'' 唯一記得既係呢度餸菜名好多好都攪笑, 例如 "今生無悔白果芋泥" 今次要一一記得, 因為每樣嘢都好鬼好食!   鹵水鵝片+鹵水豆腐超入味, 鹵水味好香, 塊鵝片好軟熟, 好多汁!個鹵豆腐都好好味, 唔會太鹹, 個豆腐皮都好似特別香咁!但呢碟嘢就貴咗啲, 差不多一百蚊, 鵝片唔多, 但真係好好味, 要試一次! 蠔仔粥平時我唔鍾意食粥, 特別係潮州粥, 因為水還水, 米還米咁, 又淡, 所以少食. 但好興幸表弟叫咗, 因為佢係我全晚最鍾意既一味! 佢啲蠔仔都唔"仔", 幾大粒吓, 仲要幾肥美! 隨便撈都會見到有蠔, 好足料. 除咗蠔仔, 裡面仲有好多豬肉碎, 大地魚, 菜絲, 好似仲有芹菜. 味道豐富, 一啲都唔會寡! 每一啖都好有"內涵" (拍手) !! 豬油渣炒白菜仔真係貪得意叫, 因為一碟炒菜收$68個大洋, 貴!不過多人SHARE, 又可以食平時唔容易食到既豬油渣, 都OK!豬油渣好味就唔駛講, 碟菜仲好有鍋氣, 小心辣咀! 週日行山日,先到大埔賞蝶獵豹,晚上到大圍打冷揾食。生昌由數座村屋組成,門外設户外枱,風味雖足,但難免吃得汗流浹背,炎炎炎夏日,還是坐室內較好。因沒有訂枱關係,雖自行到各枱等候,此等安排不甚理想。可幸的事等了十數分鐘終等到一張室內餐桌。一行六人,點了多款美食,整體來說,各小菜美食碟頭夠大,貫切大排檔作風。滷水鵝片:鵝片腍身入味,食味不錯。香煎蠔餅:蠔肉夠多夠大夠鮮味,但蠔餅本身則炸得過火過厚一點,都OK嘅!鹹檸蒸大烏頭:烏頭都算滑溜味鮮,但鹹檸力度不足,有點美中不足。咕嚕走地豬:相較咕嚕肉(排骨),走地豬選用肉片製作,肉香不俗。炸漿外層稍厚,部份夠脆,部份則稍實,不夠平均。咕嚕汁質感較稠身,放涼了後更見明顯,味道合預期。豬紅:小弟不吃此物,聽聞味道口感不俗。蒜蓉白菜仔:白菜仔爽甜度OK,蒜蓉汁微微過鹹。蠔仔粥:足料味佳,蠔仔大隻味鮮,湯底亦甜美,好吃!糖醋兩面黃:麵餅脆中帶實,老火了少許。白糖早已放於麵上,調味自由度減少,建議分開上。鹹檸七:和鹹檸烏頭一樣,鹹檸力度不足。…Read More

其實呢檔好野食左好多年囉,但都主要是和家人吃,因為姨媽姑爹都住在大圍,睇住佢一日爆過一日亦有其原因既!今次帶班朋友入來食,因為佢地住得遠(港島人)入到來顯徑要轉幾次車,又確實煩左少少,不過佢地都認為是好味的,無介紹錯1. 雞煲翅~一梳梳夠足料,六個人每人都有成兩碗半湯,仲有一梳大翅,湯底用上大量豬手,半隻雞去燉,湯成奶白色,個個讚一流.其實我以前同家人,四條人叫一煲翅加碟炒菜就一餐了,淨湯料d豬手同半隻雞都夠食了,哈哈2.盬焗鳥頭~傳統的潮菜魚飯,夠大條,入面黃油充足,一d都唔係覺得魚肉"鞋"口,永遠都要高速被各人消化的菜式3.滷水拼盆~係一款超齊的拼盆,豬耳,滷肉,鵝件,紅腸,生腸,鵝腸,豬大腸,豆腐,蛋,墨魚;大豆芽和花生墊底,真係食唔晒,其實可唔可以設計一個少份量d,因為呢個已經叫係"細"的,仲有個大的,我都唔敢大有多大了4.蠔仔粥~肉碎和蠔仔比例好好,加上香芹的清香,配上該店招牌的翅湯底,正! 不過我在今餐唔應該咁叫法,因為有雞煲翅的湯在先,搞到大家一肚水,食唔晒d野!5.石蛤~其中一位朋友是潮州妹,一來到就要叫,佢不斷解釋即係日本人所叫的赤貝,不過大家睇到好似血淋淋的,唔敢食,最後只有我同佢食的份兒了.其實石蛤是一樣好鮮味的東西,潮州人真係好識食呀最後仲叫左一個金銀蛋莧菜同蒸扇貝,好基本的大排檔菜式,味道是ok的…Read More
