蟹膏粉皮set一定要preorder!!! 十幾舊白膏撈埋有蟹膏嘅粉皮真係超好食🤤食咗好多唔同大閘蟹嘅菜式,蟹粉小籠包、鍋巴、蟹粉鍋飯,都好值得一食🥰蟹粉拌麵覺得反而無好驚喜🤣麵底加咗麻油同醋,蟹粉另上,視覺效果好好,蟹粉都好食,只係撈埋個面硬係爭咁啲嘢🤣不過夠果腹~除咗大閘蟹菜式,仲叫咗其他嘢,砂鍋雲吞雞超好食,但係因為分咗先上,所以影唔到相~不過雲吞皮薄好足料,雞嘅精華出晒嚟,個湯好濃郁🤩蜜汁火舫都超級特別,蜜汁包住金華火腿,裏面夾住塊脆脆,口感好脆味道就有咸咸甜甜😝最後仲每人嗌左杯薑茶,夠辣,夠晒暖!留園雅敍長期好多人,所以一定要準時到,雖然到咗都未必即刻入得,但係遲到就可能會冇咗張枱🤣🤣…Read More

聚會天選址留園一間從未去過之上海店,老牌店在港僅全無幾、後輩再定位之前已經預訂一份(蟹膏粉皮),今個下午應該是一個最盡的挑戰三高午飯。。。平日下午一位難求, 質素有水準還是老牌店已有一定的捧場客我想兩者也皆時~先來二隻味美燻蛋,煙熏味道從將蛋放入口中已滲溢出來、流心的狀態下更為口感添上另一番層次~黑松露甜豆蝦仁將本身一顆又一顆甜豆拆衣去皮簡直又是厨房部的另一功夫、香濃的黑松露滿滿包封著蝦仁身上,加上爽口的甜豆如果這刻有碗白飯應該更加理想~白飯除了配上蝦仁,以下之幾款亦是配搭在米飯中最為適合、不過我這個聰明人還是留多一點肚用來品嚐每一口的美味。。蟹腿扒蘭度整個碟子都比蟹腿所佔據著,又是一道細心之作、芡汁剛好不糊不稀,好吃!主角終於現身就是今日全餐的焦點所在蟹膏粉皮,鮮黃的蟹膏油以澎湃地在呈上的一刻蕩漾在整個碟邊差不多滲出、一口在內蟹肉與蟹膏夾雜著糾纏間又發現口中有一、兩絲粉皮,那份微妙關係實在難忘~細時很喜歡走上佐敦一帶吃上上海平民化的小菜館現在已日久息微,今日重遇實際難忘、重點係沒有遷就香港人所以上碟期間整碟清炒鱔糊除了澎湃還有滔滔不绝的油光满碟、雖然邪惡但好正宗~整頓午餐從嘈吵聲中渡過,但無阻那美味的一道又一道上海美食、大堂大部份餐枱都全院滿座,嘈吵總是少不免的、整餐飯都是有一位元老級的侍應招呼,服務與禮貌都周到,走出街外還是想想下次要來吃甚麼、暗地笑了好一個為食厨娘。…Read More
