這家餐廳推出團購優惠,每張現金劵只售65元,可作100元使用。如果識得點菜,可說是低至65折,計落有著數!今天下午在銅纙灣區工作,晚上就到此晚餐,看看這個<花樣年華>搞咩花臣!來到餐廳,裝潢以酒吧,還有正在播放著英文歌,根本不似中菜館。  唯一最有中式Feel的,就是這個行龍壁畫。就座後,點菜下單後,要重溫今天的工作。過了不久,小籠包呈上來了。蟹粉小籠包王家沙是上海菜館,本幫菜<小籠包>就肯定有保證!蟹粉小籠包,最適合吾等嗜蟹但又不想自己動手的懶人啦!  一籠五件,頂綴以鹹蛋黃蓉。剛上枱時還是冒著輕煙,看來熱辣辣。 待小籠包放涼後,隔著半透明的薄皮,看得到內裡湯汁的顏色。夾起來很墜手,要小心翼翼把小籠包夾到湯匙內。先倒出內裡濃湯,滿滿一匙,面浮黃油。先把有蟹汁精華的濃湯喝下,再到小籠包內摻有蟹肉的餡料。   但是這種分開來品嚐的方法不夠滿足。  自己比較喜歡先在頂部開洞,再滴入陳醋。包內的濃湯,有了陳醋來提高鮮味。就在此時,包包是溫暖不燙口,將整個小籠包放入口中,就可以把當中的<肉餡+濃湯+皮>一同品嚐。鮮蝦特長煎餃   外表夠特別,大大隻,比手掌還要長。看著兩面金黃,是煎出來,並非以慳功夫的油炸餃來扮煎餃。 註:曾遇過油炸扮煎餃,炸到硬掘掘。 長身煎餃己切件,方便夾起。二面金黃的餃子皮不算太硬,而二側的白色餃子皮較軟,容易咬開。中間以蔬菜及肉作餡,配上蝦仁,再沾上酸中帶辣的醬汁,十分開胃。墊底的是拖過油的菜芯葉。雪耳燉津梨  在各款甜品中,比較喜歡雪耳燉梨。現在是秋天了,來一份清潤的雪耳燉雪梨,滋陰潤肺又養顏。看到網上食評的圖片,是原隻梨挖出梨芯,釀入雪耳,再慢慢燉。雪梨芯內的雪耳仍脆口,没有煮到爛茸茸,没有溶化。而糖水整體不太甜,仍可嚐到梨子原有的酸味。雪耳燉梨,真是秋冬美顏補品。  這3款單價共180元,加一後,就是198元。用了一張團購卷再補98元 = 65 + 98 = 163元。 如果用二張卷,即是65 X 2 = 130元。   早知就買多張啦! 小發現:離去時,看到旦哥與几位俊男美女在拍照呢!…Read More
