之前去夏面館食下午茶時,睇到有蟹粉宴就決定喺11月尾活動結束之前去食番一次。是日是星期五,雖然係訂咗位,但係一樣要等,坐低嘅時候已喺晚上八點。因為係專程嚟食蟹粉宴嘅,所以二話不說就即刻落柯打。首先上嘅係酸辣湯,湯料有豆腐、竹筍、冬菇絲、木耳等,而且味道調得啱啱好,喺香港我已經好少食到咁好味嘅酸辣湯,水準唔錯。跟住上嘅係前菜五小碟,包括有鎮江水晶肉、糖醋排骨、蒜香四季豆、素鵝同雞絲粉皮。尼五小碟的份量妥多,尤其是係個糖醋排骨,食完嘅時候其實已經有少少飽。個餐仲有一籠兩個蟹粉小籠包,湯包入面的湯汁清甜,仲可以食到真材實料的蟹粉。唯一要講嘅係啲包嘅皮其實真係有少少厚,如果能夠做得薄啲會更加好。講得係蟹粉宴蟹粉當然是主角,跟住上嘅哆Re咪,話說係張曼玉命名的,其實係蟹粉炒蝦仁,餐廳建議配饅頭一齊食。因為係套餐,所以就冇要到饅頭,我哋將佢加落個烏金蟹粉拌麵度,即刻提升咗個口感。我非常鍾意呢個墨魚底嘅面,上次嚟食下午茶時就已經驚為天人,今次再食依然覺得好好味。最後上嘅喺碟蟹粉扒菜蕊,一句講晒,今晚食的蟹粉真係真材實料,一啲都冇欺場。仲有一樣嘢要講嘅就係佢啲蟹粉拆得非常之乾淨,一啲蟹殼都冇,俾個讚👍!個套餐本來跟埋湯丸,所以唔須要另外嗌甜品,不過隔離枱食嘅貓山王實在太吸引,忍唔住又要咗三件貓山王榴槤高力,當然對我地尼啲榴連控就一定話係好食。餐廳食物喺好嘅,但係服務就有進步空間。我哋食完最後嗰碟餸同埋湯丸之間要等15分鐘,因為餐館實在太忙碌喇,雖然已經催咗兩、三次,但係都要等一排至能夠食到碗湯丸☹️。總結嚟講,尼個蟹粉宴喺物有所值嘅。香港可以食到咁嘅質素嘅蟹粉地方唔多,趁住喺食大閘蟹季節,唔鍾意慢慢剝蟹殼嘅人不妨嚟食一次過吓癮。不過當我寫呢篇食評嘅時候,佢嘅活動亦都完結。各位想食蟹粉的朋友,可能要等到下一年至會有機會再食喇!…Read More

這天和老媽一起去花墟,順便填飽肚子。原本想試始創中心三樓的素食店,但餐牌不對胃口,最後選擇同場的夏麵館。原來始創中心分店剛開業不久,裡面座位寬闊,裝修乾淨明亮,十分舒適。剛坐下,店員便送來一壺熱茶,原來夏麵館需要收取茶芥,以劃紙方式點餐。老媽表示夏麵館的茶挺好喝,我倒略嫌不夠熱。因為剛好到了下午茶時間,我倆就叫了一碗擔擔麵配豆漿,加兩個生煎包和一籠蟹粉小籠包,最後加了貓山王榴槤高力作為甜品。擔擔麵份量頗多,湯底比較清淡,估計花生醬下的不多。生煎包底部油膩是共識,但用這麼多油也沒有煎到脆身就可惜了。生煎包沒什麼肉汁,普普通通,不試亦可。蟹粉小籠包裡面加入的蟹粉不多,整體不夠香,味道比較像一般小籠包,小籠包皮來說算比較薄,湯汁多但偏味精,如果想試,可以直接叫鮮肉小籠包。最近夏麵館推出以貓山王榴槤製成的貓山王榴槤高力,老媽作為榴蓮忠實愛好者,點了一個來試試。高力軟綿鬆化,表面撒上少許糖霜,溫熱的外皮包著香濃的貓山王,吃起來有一種幸福感。吃完五分鐘內,口腔還是充滿著榴槤的味道,真不愧是貓山王。值得一提的是,食物雖然味道不算出彩,但這家分店服務態度極好,店員落單的時候會細心提示擔擔麵會比較辣,甜品會詢問是否後上,甚至隔壁桌食客一直改單也沒有一絲不耐煩。在這裡表揚一下始創中心分店的員工,希望繼續保持!(服務態度連老媽也讚好,叫我來寫個食評「俾like」)…Read More

辛苦左一天,又是獎勵自己的時候,今日決定光顧【夏麵館】,因為它既就腳,位置又好方便,價錢亦算公道,總之就好處多多,所以二話不說,就跟同事一齊來叉叉電。【夏麵館】比我嘅印象就係一諗到上海菜我就會諗到呢間連鎖店,可能連鎖店黎講呢間質素都算平均了。所以值得我一訪再訪吧!平日嘅夜晚都算多人,可能呢間既位置太方便,就係「太子始創中心」,加上呢間分店跟過往的有點不一樣,用膳環境特別舒適寫意,環境會比你想像中或睇相中裝修來得靚,親民帶點新輕的上海元素,都係想主打埋年輕既路線。除咗有單點,都有供應晚市套餐;但單點食物唔貴,所以都會單點為主,可以冇咁局限。先來個蟹粉小籠包 (2隻) $38秋風起,又是吃大閘蟹的季節,除了原隻蒸來吃,蟹粉小籠包應該係最受歡迎吧。將小蟹起膏拆肉,加油炒成蟹粉,四季都有得食,我本以為蟹肉會好咸但將蟹肉同豬肉撈埋一齊,味道仲更加鮮濃。小籠包皮薄多汁,但夾起唔會穿,望到入面個餡,整體蟹粉味唔算好出眾,但包汁濃郁,呢個價錢實屬性價比高!雞絲粉皮 $52這道涼拌雞絲粉皮以青瓜和雞絲作配菜,拌上香滑的花生醬,不但別有風味而且更加是上海菜的最佳開胃前菜。混和花生醬,味道簡直一流!雞肉撕得愈細碎,沾醬會更多,口感也會更好呀!呢度整到食既時候好順口,仲有淡淡麻油香添川味口水雞 $72口水雞係一種四川冷盤食物,辛香料令到味道很有層次,配上彈牙鮮嫩的雞肉,一口接一口的!不過跟我本身想像中既川味有D唔同!可能唔夠充滿辣勁既感覺呢。排骨擔擔面 $65擔擔麵,無論是四川正宗的撈麵,還是汁煮惹味的湯麵,都同樣麻醬辣油, 除了花椒的麻、辣椒醬的辣,鎮江醋的酸和花生醬的甜都是擔擔麵的神髓。放滿湯,先呷口湯,味濃而稠,著重芝麻香口感卻並不太辣,深受港人喜愛。排骨份量都算多,擔擔麵,即使不配上排骨、餃子等其他菜式,已是一碗很美味且富熱量的主食了。高力貓山皇榴槤 $25「貓山皇」被視為馬來西亞上等級的榴槤,將「貓山皇」加入高力當中完全喜出望外。味道 甘香可口,多重層次,我覺得會深受榴槤粉絲愛戴。蛋白入口柔如棉花,意咀嚼還有輕微的彈性,榴槤甜得來不涸喉更沒滲出半滴油,才能叫人 吃不停口。記得炸起後要盡快進食呀!【夏麵館】嘅食物係喜出望外,味道物有所值!上菜快之餘仲熱辣辣。我最欣賞的是那個「炸排骨」, 經過調味醃製後再酥炸, 是有份難以形容的咸香, 讓人越食越想食...一碗簡簡單單的「排骨擔擔麵」,吃罷令我心境變得平靜開朗。心癢癢現在也想吃啊!…Read More

第一次聽到夏麵館的名字,以為是普通粉麵店,原來是一間大有來頭的上海菜館,主打無味精自家製麵條。餐廳佈置以粉藍色為主調,配合古色古香的裝潢,頗有特色。夏味醺蛋 $24/2隻 先來一客最愛的煙醺溏心蛋。蛋黃香軟幼滑,唯不夠溏心,煙醺味倒是蠻香。糖醋魚塊 $72大大塊魚柳,份量十足;輕輕炸過的魚塊外層微脆,內裡嫩滑,糖醋醬均勻地裹著每一塊魚柳,酸甜開胃,非常好吃!排骨擔擔麵 $65+轉淮山麵$5沒想過那麼大碗!完全是二人份。麵條可選淋麵或煙韌,湯底可選少辣或大辣,悉隨尊便。淮山麵爽滑幼細,湯底帶紅辣椒油的辛辣、芝麻醬的香濃,粒粒肉碎更添口感。說是排骨,其實肉比骨多,啖啖肉;淺炸過後香酥而不油膩,調味適中。蟹粉小籠包 $38/2隻 一咬開肉汁迸然而出,蟹粉鹹香,味道可以更濃。家常煎餅 $26 本以為是像薄罉般煙韌,原來更像蔥油餅,新鮮煎起,香脆可口,明明有點飽卻吃了一塊又一塊。香煎南瓜餅 $28最後來一客傳統甜點,淡淡南瓜味,口感非常煙韌軟糯,其實不用灑糖霜,本來已經很香甜。一直對京滬菜情有獨鍾,還有很多菜式想試,例如松鼠魚、糖醋排骨及蔥油麵,下次再來!餐牌…Read More
