My lunch partner and I came for dim sum on a weekday afternoon. We were so surprised that it was quite full even during this period of pandemic with so many restrictions on eat-in services. It was almost half full and there was really a reason which you would soon know after reading on.They gave us a big pot to sterilise our eating utensils by hot water on our own.  茶位 was $15+10% per head. My lunch partner ordered 龍井 which I didn't try but it smelt so good. The cup set, bowl and plate looked quite pretty indeed.There were some cheap dim sum over lunch. We ordered 3 types of dim sum and 1 carbohydrate to fill our stomach.  乾炒安格斯牛肉河粉 at $148+10%It was like 5 min within our order, 乾炒安格斯牛肉河粉 arrived. The speed really surprised me. The portion also surprised me as it was so big! It was done quite well because the 河粉 were nicely done which were 條條分明 and well seasoned yet not overly oily. The presence of loads of onion slices, 韭黃 and bean sprouts enhanced texture of the dish. There were 8 slices of 安格斯牛肉 which were rich in beef flavour and reasonably tender. Last but not the least, very 有鑊氣!Yummy!招牌胡椒濃雞湯灌湯餃 at $58+10%This signature dim sum was a must order given the positive comments by so many other reviewers. We ordered two - one each for us! As soon as the lid was removed from the bowl when they were served to us, we smelt so strong of 胡椒!Indeed, the soup was so rich in 胡椒 and chicken yet not overly greasy. The soup was so thick and warmed up our bodies so fast.It was like this when all the soup was finished. There was one piece of chicken served together with the dumpling. Mine was part of the chicken drumstick and it was so tender.This picture showed all the ingredients inside the dumpling: which included some small fresh shrimp pieces, pork pieces, 4 pieces of 杞子 and coriander. The soup was very clear too. They were all quite fresh while the wrapping of the dumpling was of reasonable thickness to make it less easy to break.蟹籽燒賣皇 at $18+10%蟹籽燒賣皇 were so cheap yet the quality was superb! Each of them was so giant with loads of ingredients especially Chinese mushrooms, fresh shrimps which were so meaty and fresh, pork pieces at the bottom, and some crab roes on top. The yellow wrapping was quite thin compared with many siu mai out there. It was really such a great deal at $18+10% for 4 pieces! A must-order item please!黑松露鮮蝦餃 at $41+10%黑松露鮮蝦餃 also had fresh shrimps which were also crispy and enhanced by some black truffle flavour. One thing I would like to highlight was that the wrapping was very very smooth!Service was very efficient as we finished everything within 35 min after we were seated. Very good for people working nearby who have short lunch hours. Environment was exceptionally nice as it was obviously well decorated for wedding banquets. Most important of all, the quality of the food was quite decent.
