火鍋這種菜式還真是一年365天去也不會覺得厭的,不論是港式的火鍋、日式的涮涮鍋或是韓式的部隊鍋,同樣深受香港人的歡迎,夏天去吃其實絕對不成問題,因為有冷氣嘛。在網上尋找到一間人氣頗高的火鍋店,只是在油麻地,平常也不算常去,還好找路的時候也不算困難。食物的種類也沒有什麼特別,都是一般的港式火鍋材料,倒是湯底的種類頗多的,有十多種,一般的火鍋店多數只有數種。聽說這個蟹籽墨魚油炸鬼是必吃的,來到這裡當然就不忘點一份。油炸鬼本身其實是普通粥店也有的食物,只是這裡加入了墨魚和蟹籽,吃進口感覺又不錯,蟹籽的數量很多,墨魚爽口彈牙,另外油炸鬼的脆卜卜口感更受人歡迎。魚湯海鮮鍋裡面的材料也可以說是十分足料,有蝦、蟹、扇貝和一些菌類,蝦肉大大隻的,扇貝有點小,但兩種海鮮都鮮味非常,湯底把海鮮的精華全都吸收。頂級安格斯牛頸脊,牛肉基本上是每一間火鍋店都有的,然而不是每一間都有安格斯牛頸脊,看照片覺得不錯所以才點的。實際上味道還好,只是有點令我失望,條紋沒有想像中的漂亮和密集,脂肪部分也有點兒多,牛肉味就挺濃郁。響鈴是男朋友每次在火鍋店也點的食物,不知什麼原因他那麼喜歡吃響鈴,明明只是腐竹卷🤣這裡聲稱響鈴卷是自家的,即不是向批發商購入的。其實響鈴很難分辨出是不是自家製的,味道還是可以的,有點脆卜卜。食店還有一款特別的菜式,叫秘製芝士牛肉丸,牛肉丸可吃得多了,加入芝士的又吃過沒有?裡面的芝士形態有點像我們在西餐廳吃的白色芝士,芝味非常,牛肉味也很明顯,真心推介呀。手打鮮蝦丸是最後一道菜,裡面有小量的蝦,味道也算明顯,而且大小也剛剛好,當然再大粒一點會更有口感。…Read More
