今天和好友來到黃埔區看主題展,晚飯時間很想吃小籠包,有人就提議到附近這間〈王家沙〉門面寫住〈花樣年華〉,頭一次經過也不為意,後尾跟着地址找才知道這正是〈王家沙〉😅😅😅入到去便明白為什麼叫花樣年華了,古舊上海色風格的裝修不言而喻<陳醋木耳>餐前小點點了開胃的陳醋菜式,有我最的爽脆木耳,<陳醋海蜇頭>和蛋白質非常豐富的海蜇頭,酸酸的非常開胃<蘇式鮮肉小籠包>二話不說當然就點我們為此而來的小籠包老實說,小籠包的皮不算非常薄,是屬於微微有點厚度,口感Q彈的那種,本小兔和友人都非常喜歡內裏滿滿的湯汁又是另一重點,非常香醇濃厚,再加上內裏彈牙的小肉團,吃這個小籠包感覺真的好幸福哦<黑毛豬扒湯麵>品嚐過小籠包後還想叫一點麵食才夠飽肚。炸豬扒絕對令我們喜出望外!外層非常薄身,唔會有口口嘅炸醬,炸得夠爽脆之餘內裏嘅肉質依然非常Juice嫩滑,肉質亦非常結實,和友人差點要打架來搶吃湯麵方面,配襯的湯底清淡得來又唔會話好掛,有淡淡的肉香味,吃過油炸的豬扒後那個清淡的湯底的確非常不錯湯麵幼身得來不失口感,嫩滑得來又夠彈牙,吃這個非常滿足呢總結:除了小籠包外其他的食物都非常出色,下次來黃埔的話也會再來光顧…Read More

王家沙黃埔分店之前在聚寶坊商場嘅位置,我們經常惠顧,後來結束營業,無了聚腳地方,有點失落。終於等到重開,並且改了名「王家沙花樣年華」,室內裝修以至張餐紙,都很有心思,綠色主調,走中高檔次,升格了!下午3:00想起,即時致電訂位,晚上6:00入坐,7:45前要離坐。時間絕對充裕。先來個最愛的蘇式鮮肉小籠包,飽內嘅熱湯好鮮甜,一啖一個,小心燙口。再來個鮮肉鍋貼,有點脆口,好有口感。每次都要order嘅家鄉金腿炒飯,金華火腿配上雞粒,好香口,食完一碗又一碗。招牌菜:王家沙擔擔麵,可加辣,花生粒配肉粒,好有口感!蔥油拌麵,比較乾身,個人比較喜歡有湯的。不過麵低好多,食唔哂!鍾情餛飩雞湯,有菜、餛飩、雞,份量好充足,飲埋湯,真係好飽!好滿足!因為太飽,今次無order黃金中蝦,都係我好喜歡的菜式,王家沙煮得好好味!下次一定要再order,回味一下!…Read More

王家沙花樣年華新搬到黃埔新天地享膳坊,裝修得唔錯,地方亦很大,空間感很夠。 但設計與人手不能配合,因為人手不足外,一幅幅通透的雕花木架分隔雖好看又增加私穩度,但很多角度令侍應看不到顧客的叫喚。很多客人叫咗好多次才成功令侍應發現呢!今晚叫了2人套餐,價錢唔貴,食物份量幾足。涼菜拼盤:鎮江肴肉、雜錦豆腐乾和四喜烤麩 。鎮江肴肉和四喜烤麩做得地道,烤麩濃而不鹹,而雜錦豆腐乾加入青紅椒絲,變得清新很多,芝麻是令涼菜的麻油提升在口中的香氣,真想吃多些。上海話梅骨,一吃覺得個酸味有些與別不同,存細看原來是用楊梅唔係用話梅,別有一番風味,酸甜適中。上海粗炒麵,濃油赤醬的代表作品,當中加入很多椰菜和白菜,頓感健康多了。酒釀丸子,酒釀的微酸,加上糯米丸子,有消滯作用。飲品選清潤柑桔蜜,熱飮唔甜潤喉。 嚟王家沙,點都要吃蘇式鮮肉小籠包,熱辣辣皮薄,飽內肉湯很清,一口吃下,小心燙咀喔。…Read More

今天是肥柑子的生日,柑太她帶我去了黃埔慶祝,一試王家沙花樣年華的美食。店內的裝潢很吸引視線,坐位舒適,令人放鬆。店員細心一直有留意食客的需要,不時添茶及即時應對客人查詢,非常專業。今餐完由柑太拍板,當然我也有提出意見小籠包大大隻,入口即被多汁鮮甜的肉汁包圍,肉質肥瘦適中,非常惹味。醬鴨上菜時外觀有點像烤鴨,而入口時發覺味道不算太濃,肉帶油香,味道濃厚,有點像臘鴨,但卻沒有過重的油膩,而且無論肉質味道和口感也更嫩滑炸鱔一道很出色的前菜,入口香脆,完全沒有吃鱔的感覺,反而有點像蝦條,未帶半點魚鱔,取而代之是好像是炸魚鬆一般的口感和味道。外層香脆可口,內裡細味時可以品嚐到絲絲的鱔肉,令人覺得像吃鳳尾魚一般。咸肉津白菜的口感很好,沒有渣或要大力咬開的情況,咸肉風味十足,而食落油香四溢。炒飯不油膩,入口乾爽,雞肉和咸肉的配搭令味道清淡中帶出濃郁的味道燻蛋蛋香、味重,入口先輕後回甘,蛋白部份清新,蛋黃部份則有濃郁的蛋味,而且過了一段時間仍在口中不散。醬麵入口不俗,可惜是醬汁較少。芝麻紅豆餅外層香脆惹味,內裡紅豆甜而不膩。…Read More
