放假除了離島,最常去的就是西貢,一落車就打算先去餐廳食左海鮮先,再四圍走走跳跳。隨意地選擇了一間海鮮餐廳,不用排隊可以直入坐低,一坐低會送上花生同魚仔,二樓地方闊落光猛。同朋友選擇了$298/位 二人餐,可以包自選4款海鮮,分別試了以下的海鮮:特濃芝士焗龍蝦 (+$40變開邊龍蝦)如果不加錢,龍蝦肉會碎上,同朋友想食啖啖肉的龍蝦肉,所有決定加錢,每個人有半隻龍蝦。龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙,加上濃郁的芝士汁,十分惹味,底下是伊麵底,伊麵掛滿了芝士汁,很美味。薑蔥炒蟹炒蟹用了肉蟹,所以有不少的蟹肉,蟹肉鮮味,啖啖肉,蟹鉗都大大隻,份量足。加上香氣十足的薑蔥爆香,味道出色,調味剛剛好。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝一人一隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,味道鮮甜,扇貝上面鋪了粉絲同惹味的蒜蓉 ,扇貝不會過老,加上豉油汁,是不錯的選擇。椒鹽鮮魷椒鹽鮮魷是龍蝦以外最喜歡的,魷魚口感彈牙,有一定厚度,炸粉薄身,不會有油感,加上惹味的椒鹽,很香口,非常推薦。另外跟餐送了清炒小白菜同紅豆沙,兩樣就正正常常。茶位$20/位二樓景色不錯,海鮮新鮮,值得一試。…Read More

又去行山啦,今次入西貢行,6點行完出返西貢碼頭,人人都話食海鮮做遊客生意,所以我就未試過係西貢食,但山友們都想食,就去食個海鮮餐,原來都幾好食,海鮮質素都幾好。龍蝦鮑魚套餐,明碼實價寫明每位$274,免加一茶芥,經輕度格價後,比較左多間都有郊外油菜同生果/糖水 送,呢間仲多左秘制鹽水雞腳,最正係用「銀聯」unionpay,可減$100,都幾抵。特濃芝士焗龍蝦伊麵,芝士稀稠適中,唔會好膩,伊麵可以掛滿醬汁,好濃好香好滑。龍蝦味唔太重,勝在厚肉肥美,而且幾大隻幾抵食。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,我第二次食,原來大隻係好味好多,難得呢度用大隻的瀨尿蝦,所以更多肉更有口感,微彈嫩滑,仲好甜。薑蔥炒蟹用兩大隻肥美大蟹,仲要用肉蟹,啖啖肉之餘,仲好鮮甜蟹味濃,而且蟹肉滑溜,蟹鉗肉厚。薑蔥爆得夠香,越食越惹味,又唔會蓋過蟹鮮味。古法椒鹽鮑魚,每人一隻好睇又好分,賣相的確好吸晴。味道其實一般,鮑魚微彈易咬,口感方面係幾好,但椒鹽蓋過鮑魚味,而且外層偏硬。用清蒸可能更鮮味。白灼海中蝦超大隻,份量也足夠,肉質鮮甜爽彈,蝦味突出,唔使豉油,直接食更重蝦味,好新鮮白灼海螺肉厚肥大,彈牙有嚼勁,一點腥味也沒有,味道好好,加上海鮮醬更滋味。豉椒炒蜆唔夠熱,鑊氣也不夠,豉椒味雖濃但也過咸,蜆肉同樣太瘦且有點沙,味道麻麻。秘制鹽水雞腳好腍滑有膠質,入口不用力已食到雞腳肉,筋位都好好咬,沾少少沙薑,味道更惹味。送郊外油菜只有上湯白菜仔/西生菜,我地揀白菜仔都脆綠吸引,新鮮冇爛葉,有上湯餵過夠味道又唔太咸。糖水係紅豆沙,微甜多豆帶點陳皮香,雖然唔太起沙,但送既當然收貨。…Read More

年初二那天,我們一家去親友拜年,拜完年之後,親友話帶我們去西貢食海鮮團年飯,這麼多年都未去過西貢行逛,於是一行人就到西貢米芝蓮推介的食府試下,可以食到海鮮大餐,真是十分開心。我們點了一個四人海鮮餐,再到外面的海鮮池選了聖子皇,並點了一個橫財就手(即發菜,豬手,生菜)和全記炒飯 , 四人海鮮餐有很多海鮮菜式可供選擇,這次我們選擇了薑蔥炒蟹,蒜蓉炒絲蒸扇貝,古法煮鮑魚,芝士焗龍蝦伊麵,清蒸沙巴龍躉,白焯海中蝦和蒜子炒小白菜。首先說蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子皇, 聖子皇很嫩很新鮮,配蒜蓉粉絲,突顯出聖子皇的鮮甜美味;薑蔥炒蟹亦很惹味可口,  姜蔥炒蟹是廣東傳統名菜,蟹,生姜,蔥和蒜片,要用猛火炒蟹;蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,蒜蓉和粉絲雖是配料,但卻能夠突出海鮮的鮮味,蒜蓉與鹽的鹹味,還有粉絲伴新鮮扇貝非常鮮甜好味。白焯海中蝦,海中蝦唔太大隻,份量唔太多,但亦鮮味十足;芝士焗龍蝦伊麵,沒有想像中那麼油膩,芝士味卻很濃郁,比平日食到的濃,龍蝦十分新鮮,龍蝦的鮮味沒有被芝士蓋過,芝士汁唔會好像漿著,大快朵頤。古法煮鮑魚,起初十分期待,可惜原來是椒鹽鮑魚,把鮑魚炸過之後,雖則很香口惹味,但鮮味全失,有點失望,清蒸沙巴躉肉質很嫩滑,但份量唔多。全記招牌炒飯,炒飯有蛋花,蔥花,蝦,蛋白等,炒飯很乾身,味道不俗, 橫財就手則德國豬手,感覺有點膩,最後是食甜品,甜品是蓮子百合紅豆沙,紅豆沙很綿很夠甜,有果皮香。食過豐富的團年飯之後,遊覽西貢,有一個美好的新年開端。…Read More

今日約左HONEY入西貢食海鮮晚宴...去到西貢, 考慮左一陣, 我地最後揀左全記~!!選擇原因係因為之前o係萬年街分店食過...感覺很不錯!! 所以今次決定試下海傍街分店...點之...令我失望~!!6:30去到全記...已經見到有幾個人在門口等位...因為我地book左位的關係, 所以等左5~10mins就有位la~!! 一入到去...見到張枱...覺得位置不太好...在路中心...(d人行黎行去, 個位又窄喎!! :()不過2人枱...冇辦法la...都唔可以咁高要求...!!我地點溫馨世界2人餐...有4海鮮+1碟菜+糖水 ($348全包)海鮮方面, 我地揀左:1) 芝士焗龍蝦(伊麵底) - 份量ok, d龍蝦都好肥美, 但唔夠芝士汁...不過最大問題係碟海鮮係微溫的!! (好似 擺左好耐咁!!) 2) 清蒸海上鮮 - 魚唔係好大條, 2人食剛剛好...味道OK LA!! :)3) 香蒜椒鹽游水墨魚 - 好普通, 坦白講...廟街的椒鹽魷魚好食D...:(4) 薑蒽炒蟹 - 有2隻蟹仔, 味道OK, 但冇乜肉菜我地就揀左西蘭花...都係冇乜特別...不過值得一提的是甜品, 是日甜品係薏米水...我地食左2,3啖後就放棄左了~!! 因為實在是太甜了~!! 係名符其實的「糖水」...講完野食, 講下服務同環境...因為我地坐個位o係CASHIER旁邊的行人通道...成日都有D員工行黎行去....每次都好驚會撞跌D餸...(太多餸而張枱唔夠大)另外, CASHIER位有個桶係裝污糟碟的...但D員工不夠溫柔...放碟時總會整到好嘈...有點破壞氣氛!!:(睇返成篇食評...好似全部都係踩咁...不過呢個價錢能夠食到咁多海鮮...都算幾抵食!! 實在不能要求太多呢~!!所以總括而言, 都OK LA~!!下次食海鮮都係去返萬年街分店算啦~~WAKAKA~~^^…Read More
