人人天生愛美麗,想自己靚啲,其中一個時尚做法就是少肉多菜,甚至茹素,效果如何,見人見智,不作評論! 偶爾食素,至少心理上覺得自己會漂亮,何況現在的素菜,賣相及食味絕不失分,我又再到功德林,當日天朗氣清,桌上食品賞心悦目,好一個周末。 餐前小吃不俗,兩款花生,左方沾著紫菜的富鹹香,相比優勝,可喜的是這些小食並無額外收費。 水晶蝦餃及蒸素餃子皆晶瑩剔透,皮薄煙靱,餡料豐富,因為是素,材料主要是菇菌、甘荀、蔬菜及豆類,味道比較清,但口感爽脆,不失美味。 春風得意腸,口感外軟內香脆,對比明顯,因為內藏炸春卷皮,擺盤有型格。 黃耳竹笙腸饀料多元化,粟米心帶出多分香甜,腸粉皮白雪光亮,薄而滑。 蘿蔔絲酥卷,本來就是素,新鮮剛炸好,酥香蘿蔔甜。 中午亦來一份小五福臨門拼盤,送上桌前,大家馬上眼前一亮,整齊豐富,素鵝、脆鱔、茄子、粉皮及烤夫,全部各自精彩。 弟弟至愛的咕嚕肉,醬汁完全一樣,肉質如軟腍豬肉,仿真度極高。最後的油雞菌雜錦煲仔飯,遠看似臘味飯,當然風味沒有可能近似,但刻意用濃郁醬汁調味,而雜菌吸汁力強,不失為一道香濃煲仔飯。每人$200的午餐,光猛大窗海景相伴,沒有一般酒樓的嘈吵,實屬是家庭聚的好去處,尤其是有年長親友在座。…Read More

肥哥和阿嫂帶了兩老旅行, 故已有一段時間沒有見他們, 安排不到那麼多時間陪旅行, 所以待他們一回來便馬上扮乖乖女, 約在星期天一起去飲茶吃點心, 這是兩老最喜歡的節目之一。去旅行大吃大喝, 返來就要吃得清淡一點, 故決定今日帶他們吃素。一出升降機門便看到以竹葉伴着的招牌, 還有兩大塊餐牌。走進內裏, 以綠白色為主調, 裝潢典雅簡約, 感覺舒適寫意, 加上一排大玻璃窗, 可讓客人飽覽維港景色, 很舒服啊! 大廳以屏風分隔兩區, 各設有幾張四至六人圓枱, 而內區則有幾張十多人大圓枱。今日是星期天,又正正是午膳時段,故場面都幾熱鬧。枱上放一本厚厚的綠色餐簿, 附上吸引的菜式相片, 設計精美。類別有前菜冷盤、滋補燉湯/羹、特色名菜、香辣系列、蔬菜/菇、暖胃鍋物、鍋巴/飯/年糕、一品素麵、點心和甜品等, 另外還有一份粵式點心餐牌,共有七款點心供應, 選擇頗多。******************************兩老都特別喜歡餃類, 一口氣點了三款, 先來一籠三件的鮮菇露荀餃 Asparagus Mushroom Dumpling ($35/3pcs)。露荀餃呈三角形,晶瑩通透的外皮透出滿滿的饀料,  每件都挺飽滿, 還插出一小段翠綠的幼露荀,賣相較特別。外皮柔軟黏糯,包着爽口的菇粒、清爽的露荀粒 和沙葛粒, 啖啖菇香, 最欣賞是少油少鹽,吃起來一點也不油膩,亦很清新,是一款健康的點心。  ******************************第二款是彩虹蒸素餃子 ($36/4件)一籠四件, 圓碌碌, 脹卜卜, 薄薄的外皮透出色彩豐富的饀料, 難怪以彩虹為名。所包着的饀料有粟米、蘑菇、雞脾菇、冬菇、木耳、甘荀 和蔬菜, 全部均切成碎粒, 口感豐富, 味道清新, 很合我口味。******************************最後的餃類是蒸素餃 Steamed Vegetables Dumpling ($28/4件), 即叫即蒸, 熱辣辣香噴噴。每隻餃子 的形狀很工整, 月形彎彎, 外皮厚度適中, 口感柔軟, 內裏包着青香鮮嫩的菜饀,吃時蘸上所配備的喼汁, 酸咪咪, 更添美味。******************************幾款點心中, 最討我喜歡是這客黃耳竹笙腸 ($38), 上枱時已預先切成一小段, 共有六段, 每段大小相若, 均捲着滿瀉的饀料。吃前先淋上甜豉汁, 又滑又薄的外皮配上多種爽口的食材, 分別有黃耳、竹笙、馬蹄、冬菇、西芹 和甘荀等, 選材既豐富又有益, 配搭美味。******************************單單吃點心當然不夠, 老媽選了一客羅漢齋炒麵 Fried Noodles with Assorted Vegetables ($98),因為她覺得羅漢齋是素菜的代表, 不得不吃。炒麵上舖滿食材, 滿滿一大碟, 份量十足, 而用料亦非常豐富, 選菜多變, 色彩吸引。究竟有什麼食材呢? 一於逐一數數, 有毛豆、白果、紅蘿蔔、冬菇、粟米芯、竹笙、秀真菇、黑耳、馬蹄、蘑菇、竹荀、西蘭花 和津白 等等,共有十多款, 用料很多, 而且烹調入味, 味道剛好, 不會太鹹和太油, 而麵條 經稍稍炸過, 金黃香脆, 乾身而不油淋, 令人吃得滿意。而老爸就點了一個猴頭菇津白甘栗煲 Braised Mountain Mushroom & Chinese Cabbage with Chestnut in Casserole ($98), 以砂鍋盛載上枱,夠晒熱辣辣,正!同樣用料豐富, 有爽口爆汁的猴頭菇 和冬菇、爽嫩無渣的竹荀片、非常入味的津白, 最特別是加入滑嘟嘟的粉皮, 當然不少得我喜歡的甘栗, 雖粒粒完整而不散爛, 但可惜並不香甜粉綿, 略為硬實, 或許真的不是當造季節……眾食材都沾滿芡汁, 味道略為濃了一點, 亦油了一點, 用來佐白飯會較適合。******************************最後點兩款甜品就滿足晒! 先是歡喜南瓜包 Red Bean Paste with Pine Nuts Bun ($32/3件), 造成迷你南瓜樣子, 賣相很精緻可愛, 的確很討人歡喜, 名副其實的歡喜南瓜包, 哈! 外皮柔軟黏糯, 包滿有口感的紅豆茸, 味道香甜, 甜度剛好, 甜而不膩, 老少咸宜。******************************接着是即叫即製的原桶豆腐花配特製桂花糖漿及黃糖 Tofu Pudding served with Osmanthus Syrup and Brown Sugar ($58),雖等了一段較長時間,但絕對值得。以一個小木桶盛載上枱,風味十足,另配備一碟特製桂花糖漿 和黃糖,讓客人按需要添加。由店員為客人舀出一片一片豆腐花,不斷散出豆香,很吸引。即製果然不同,熱度十足,豆花 極之白滑,滑得流到喉嚨中,啖啖充滿豆香,豆味香濃,獨愛配桂花糖漿,添些桂花的幽香,香甜美味,配搭一流!------------------------------雖明知兩老喜歡飲茶吃點心, 但平時也甚少跟他們上茶樓, 不是我沒有心肝, 而是每次吃完以豬油製作的點心後, 小胃子總會叫晒救命, 所以我都怕怕, 但今次吃素就沒有此問題, 素點心, 合我心! 而兩老都吃得很開懷, 看來日後我們會有更多飲茶樂。…Read More

早前生日飯局去了銅鑼灣功德林晚餐,因第一次去,訂位前都會有個習慣上網查下間餐廳得唔得先去食。很多網友評論都話食物無味,好淡及比以前退步等評價。既然未食過,都想試一次。當晚食了五福臨門拚盤、上海冷麵、咕嚕肉、砂鍋獅子頭、蒸素餃、菜汁蒸銀絲卷。五福臨門拚盤可以自選五款,我選擇了素鵝、脆鱔、烤夫、馬蘭頭及凍茄子。素鵝微暖,香脆可口; 脆鱔炸得香脆,酸甜味不錯; 烤夫、馬蘭頭及凍茄子就正常,不太突出。上海冷麵有得自已mix自己味道,有得玩有得食,唯麵條不夠彈牙,整體不錯。咕嚕肉是招牌菜式,比坊間素食店做得最出色,猴頭姑味道豐富,甜酸味剛剛好,不會搶喉,此道菜當晚最好食。砂鍋獅子頭見是得獎菜色於是一試,是免治素肉包著一些素魚翅,味道不算淡味,中上之作。蒸素餃、菜汁蒸銀絲卷清清地,感覺不錯去功德林食飯千萬不要用平時的餐廳去比較味道,因為他們是不用味精,不加色素,少鹽少油。功德林有裝修有服務有海景,食物質素又有水準,更可不殺生,將會成為我常去的素食餐廳。…Read More
