最近都比較少出外用餐,而今晚路過元朗,便再次光顧一家不錯的日式食店「野川拉麵の深燒食堂」。此店門面大,店外燈火輝煌,工業風的擺設,也有室外坐位。餐廳設有消毒搓手液和店員都會為你量度體溫,食得更放心,而不同台的客人都有分隔開合理的距離,也不覺得侷促。餐牌上的食物選擇也算多,主食有燒肉、拉麵、烏冬、也有炸物、燒物、串燒、刺身等等。M5澳洲和牛(1份)這個M5澳洲和牛是自己燒的,和牛的色澤並不是想像中的鮮紅,但烤過後散發香濃肉香,牛肉味相對較豐盈,肉質也較結實。食落肉質也不嚡口,爽口有嚼,強卻不韌,令人食指大動。三文魚刺身(8切)先來一份三文魚刺身,刺身均是新鮮厚切,入口魚脂香、肥美,魚肉柔嫩,沒有失望。蒜蓉燒扇貝一共4隻,燒扇貝上面鋪滿蒜蓉,蒜蓉味香,十分惹味。扇貝肥美,也算新鮮,不錯!椒鹽雞軟骨雞軟骨幾香口,加上椒鹽,十分惹味,香氣滿溢。自家製叉燒贊岐手打烏冬 配豬骨湯底手打烏冬質地算爽口彈牙,口感豐富,水準合理。而烏冬不用追加已有溏心蛋,十分抵食。湯底用上豬骨湯,不太油膩,都幾清,飲了也沒有覺得膩滯的感覺。叉燒軟腍嫩滑,入口即化。「野川拉麵の深燒食堂」整體不錯,環境衛生,價錢也合理,重點沒有加一服務費,性價比其高,很不錯。…Read More

今日專程落元朗找朋友交收,住這邊的,這帶美食真的多籮籮,看見這間門口都挺大,裝潢很有特色,很多車的模型掛牆,入去剛好有一張2人枱,櫈是較闊和長方形,不同中間那些有椅背的圓櫈,舒服得多呢~看看餐牌有什麼好吃和推介,燒蠔是必食的,$10/隻,日限200隻,本身不喜歡生蠔,燒熟的就不同說法了!二話不說,一人一隻燒蠔,朋友要蒜香味,我要芝士味,本身蠔有點鹹,不算大隻也不小,滿滿的芝士蓋住本隻燒蠔,鍾意吃芝士的朋友應該不能抗拒了~因為都想試其他燒物,於是點了蒜香扇貝和燒雞泡魚乾,有4隻扇貝,滿滿的蒜蓉應該混了牛油鋪上去燒的,口感比較油膩,但蒜味很香; 燒雞泡魚乾點蛋黃醬吃,很好的啤酒搭擋,可惜不是這個時間!主食要了野川稻庭烏冬,相信是主打的烏冬之一,材料特別的多,有一隻大蝦、一隻流心蛋、兩隻扇貝、兩片日式叉燒和蟹柳,大蝦似是鋪了一層薄薄的炸粉炸過的,很香和少少鹹的,蝦頭有點蝦膏很香,蝦肉有點實又挺彈牙,流心蛋煮得剛剛好、好滑,扇貝都算大隻,日式叉燒好嫩滑、有些少肥膏所以食下去特別香,烏冬都幾彈牙,湯底是我最愛的芝士湯底,有成塊芝士浸溶入湯,如果完全與湯一齊煮溶的話,感覺更濃香~還有吃了一個下午茶餐-吉烈豬扒拼胡麻沙律,外面脆卜卜炸得金黃,肉質嫩又不過厚,沙律的西生菜很新鮮,吉烈的炸物最好有沙律醬點一點來吃,感覺去了些油膩感,不過這吉烈豬扒吃下去不會覺得油,這間做得很好呢!最後當然少不了特色的飲品/甜品-菠蘿雪葩和蜜瓜雪條特飲~用原隻菠蘿裝住菠蘿味的雪葩,由於太凍而舀起來有點難度,稍稍放一會兒再吃,味道好清甜,菠蘿的清新香甜帶點微酸,為剛剛吃的解解膩,真的爽!蜜瓜雪條直插入杯,Milky Soda和冰封住了雪條,很得意,這樣放著雪條是不會溶入Soda的,於是用匙羮刮下雪條落去攪拌整杯soda,微微蜜瓜味,另外有幾片草莓和一片薄荷葉,原本我就喜歡Milky Soda的,而整體這個飲料都幾新鮮和消暑的呢~原來晚上(5時30分開始)才供應磯燒物,見到有個蠔肉蟹糕海膽弼,好想試呀,下次要晚上來才可品嚐了~…Read More
