平時到又新街主要是掃街為主,但下班後的筆者身心俱疲,今晚想找一間有得坐低的餐廳祭祭五臟廟。走到街尾便有所發現。抬頭看到這間拉麵店,被「拉麵」二字吸引。雖然主打日式拉麵,但內裡裝潢卻是走韓風設計。尤其有大型projector播放著當紅韓國女團mv,一時間充滿青春洋溢的氣息。安坐好後便看看吃什麼,職員遞上了上圖的點餐紙:原來分享餐廳的facebook page帖文,便可享有點餐優惠,乍看之下還是頗為划算的。剌身盛合包括了一隻活赤貝、6切三文魚、4切北寄貝,和4切甜蝦。178元的價錢能夠吃到四品,將貨就價的情況下,質素屬於一般。肥美度不高,勝在保持到新鮮。打開鍋蓋,看到有豚肉、泡菜、娃娃菜、豆腐、菇類等,份量比想像中多。鍋物即場加熱,熱騰騰的味道在現在秋天的氣息下實在合適。豚肉頗為香口,其他配料亦十分有味,索入泡菜湯底的精華。若能加碗白飯就再好不過。若以麵底來說,感覺似港式拉麵多一點,拉麵不怎有煙韌度,屬於非常普通的貨色。反而芝士辣湯底頗有驚喜,濃郁的芝士味中帶有香辣,也不會太膩。薄切叉燒片肥瘦適中,入口有豚肉香,自家制也有頗高的水準呢。

今日工作到好夜,去左元朗食燒夜,黎到「 野川拉麵の深燒食堂」雞軟骨即叫即炸,熱辣辣,脆卜卜。乳酸梳打野飲係超超超大杯,係成份menu咁高既啤酒杯,cp值超高,飲成晚都夠。燒牛舌夠嫩夠彈有咬口。澳洲M5和牛差小小太薄,不過都有肉味既,如果係厚身既會更好更多肉汁保留到。燒五花腩油脂夠多夠香,非常惹味。燒雞泡魚乾好有離島既小食感覺,食完好似去左長州啊。燒蔬菜方面,燒韭菜、燒大蔥就正正常常啦,鍾意重口味既人士要試下。燒茄子夠大條,上面鋪滿蒜蓉,蒜香蒜味十足,配埋一大條茄子肉食,正啊。壽喜燒都正,湯底味道調得唔錯,甜甜地可以清下燒烤既油膩感覺。

我真係好中意食甲羅燒🦀! 次次去日式居酒屋都會點黎食, 因為蟹膏的味道真係好香, 而且鮮味好濃厚, 太適合我呢D中意重口味既人🤤。呢碟甲羅燒除左個蟹膏之外, 個鱈魚乾令我幾surprise。本身就咁睇佢個樣好似普通梳打餅咁, 但食落去係好香鱈魚味, 越咬越香。即使最後蟹膏已經俾我沾哂, 就咁咬鱈魚乾都好OK!

我好耐無食過牛油粟米, 所以有少少懷念。本身點呢個菜式既時候仲以為得好細碟, 點知原來都幾大。隻蛋做到好流心, 唔錯。不過將所有野撈埋之後, 其實食唔係好出蛋香味, 反而芝士🧀、粟米🌽同蒜🧄的味道比較突出。不過用左蛋漿黎撈, 令粟米更濕潤有光澤, 唔會乾曾曾。

呢隻蠔既size大概係我2/3隻手掌咁大, 燒完之後既蠔當然會有少少縮水🦪, 但都OK大隻。我揀左黃金燒, 本身以為係用咸蛋黃, 最後似係用芝士+少少咸蛋黃粒, 所以整體食落係芝士味的。

朋友唔中意食芝士奶蓋, 所以叫左忌廉紅豆冰, 而我就叫左綠茶雪糕配綠茶紅豆冰。我一直都覺得綠茶同紅豆好夾, 所以好中意飲。呢杯飲品既紅豆份量算多, 幾足料。唯一美中不足就係D冰比較碎, 用飲筒都會吸到碎冰。
