最近寶壓力爆登,呢晚要陪佢食下想食既野,睇下減唔減到佢壓。返返下工無啦啦whatsapp我話今晚想食串燒,腦裡面梗係即刻閃過呢間長期長龍既安安燒啦。又咁岩,時間尚早仲見到無乜人係舖內,所以諗都唔使諗立即入座。原來我地兩個都從來冇食過呢間,今日係第一次試平日係要自己主動問d海鮮價係幾錢架嘛,但我地一坐低老細就主動介紹返今日時價要幾錢,呢個服務都幾貼心點完冇耐d野食就旋風式咁黎哂,店員仲好搞笑話一次過影開心d蟶子又真係幾大條,啖啖肉無沙,食得好開心,但39蚊又好似貴左d喎扇貝,大小適中啦,又唔會話好細舊;調味ok,燒得又岩岩好唔會un呢間好似出名三重芝士撈,但可惜d麵凍左d,龍蝦汁冇龍蝦味,又得兩粒龍蝦:(沙茶醬配雞脾菇又幾好喎,汁又燒到入哂去,啖啖肉啖啖汁內臟唔係我果範,但寶話呢個雞腎都好爽口,好食!呢個新既冬蔭公丸又幾surprise我,我鐘意佢好似芝士丸咁爆汁出黎,入面d冬蔭公湧出黎果下好治癒,重點係佢唔會太辣!但可能因為唔夠辣寶又覺得唔夠過癮(?)牛好似係例牌串燒必叫既野食,呢個普普通通,幾好味啦燒得岩岩好唔會食到痴哂牙最後呢個燒墨魚滑都係冇乜驚喜,要形容既都係佢幾彈牙好彩寶都滿意今餐,不過d野食黎得太快都好快凍哂,建議食完兩三碟先加單,咁又可以坐耐d又可以熱住食,係會相機冇食得咁開心姐…Read More

曾經在旺角工作時,經常到來吃宵夜,感覺良好昨日再次到訪,發現環境依舊,食物不再美味了:(當初一試難忘,而家再吃仍舊不錯,但建議必須盡快吃用,放耐了會變乾及硬。份量偏少,醬汁也是在錫紙上面,需要自行把醬汁攪拌味道不錯,但邊位燒得較焦很細隻,扇貝肉已經離殼因為在這裡吃過覺得不錯,所以往後我才會在其他店舖點這個菜比較生及很難咬開這個有骨,吃得不方便,並且較少肉以上2款味道一樣,雞這個比較乾身恰巧這天是入冬以來最凍的一天,店內可能因為油煙關係會開很大的冷氣及風扇,所以當日的食物很快就放涼了。同埋野食未必係即叫即燒,只是微微翻熱,因為我們落單到食物到齊只用了20分鐘!連最簡單叫了杯熱的柑桔蜜,上到枱已經是微暖,一點熱的感覺也沒有!!!名是出了,但質素下降了。…Read More

串燒加芝士撈丁依個組合,叫人如何拒絕安安燒位置雖較遠,但8點已經坐無虛席,門前企左唔少食客,聞住串燒既香氣,等左半個鐘終於入得,由於等時已經諗定食咩,一入去即可落單第一樣黎既係最期待既三重芝士撈丁,藍芝士&巴馬臣芝士&車打芝士混和下,加上面頭帶有燒焦既芝士膜,令我第一次試到如此香濃的芝士撈丁!第一口,即夾起微微燒焦的芝士部份,濃郁且帶咸香的芝士即帶來味蕾的衝擊,混和芝士與公仔面之後,每一條公仔面都被濃濃芝士汁包圍,作為芝士迷的筆者,每口都十分滿足扇貝上蒜蓉鋪得滿滿,加上少許蔥粒與辣椒粒,扇貝本身鮮味唔明顯,而且有2隻扇貝好細粒,有少少失望。筆者將過多的蒜蓉混和芝士撈丁同吃,又有另一番滋味與燒韭菜實在相逄恨晚既感覺孜然粉&辣椒粉均勻撒落韭菜串燒上,加上本身已燒得香甜juicy既韭菜,實在忍唔住一口接一口,十分之出色!!燒芝士餈飯係失望既,無特別,食唔出加左芝士燒牛小排,面頭燒得有點香脆,本身好有肉汁,肉味香濃,讚炸餃子雞翼,表面有大量蜜汁,對筆者而言太甜,內裡應該係豬肉餡料,食起來啖啖肉,算是不錯!燒鯖花魚唔腥,而且魚皮燒得脆脆,好香口鹽味加鯖花魚,是一種簡單的純粹的味道麻吉年糕串燒,外面似丸,比較有趣既係中間白色果層,口感少少煙韌,相信就係麻吉!在眾多美食中不算特別出色好食。生燒茄子係燒烤店是必點的吧!賣相唔錯,但食落口蒜味無想像中濃,不過不失!串燒獨有的燒烤香氣加上撈丁的濃郁香軟口感,永遠是筆者無法拒絕的最佳美食組合!…Read More

Hoegaarden Dranght Beer $65/杯夏天熱辣辣仲要食串燒,一定要黎返杯啤酒先夠爽。$65一大杯,仲要夠晒冷凍,真係透心涼,抵飲。黑松露三重芝士撈丁 $63雖然安安燒主題係串燒,但呢款黑松露三重芝士撈丁卻成為今餐的主角。芝士味非常濃郁,配上黑松露真係無得輸。(記得趁熱撈均,如果吾係會變左一餅野~~)沙茶醬燒雞脾菇 $14/串雞脾菇厚切保持到本身的水份,所以十分juice,配上孖然粉,正。焦糖燒蕃茄 $15蕃茄SIZE 好大個。外層有焦糖再加上燒過,咬落口脆卜卜,而且蕃茄十分多汁且鮮甜,效果相當吾錯。惹味蒜蓉生燒茄子 $38茄子大隻多肉,好食。蒜蓉燒扇貝 $45/4隻蒜蓉同扇貝一向都係perfect match。美中不足係扇貝SIZE吾算大。極品烤餃子釀雞翼 $29/2大大隻雞翼裏面塞面餃子餡,外面有惹味醬汁。燒手打魚皮餃 $29/串 .一串有三大隻,餃皮好煙韌。朱古力糖脆玉子燒 $27玉子燒十分嫩滑而且有濃郁的蛋香,朱古力沒有遮蓋住蛋味,反而加強甜味,吾錯。P.S.可能串燒主題加上廚房係開放式設計的關係,店鋪本身沒有玻璃,意思即係店內冷氣不足,而且店內環境頗窄,在夏天時應該比較焗促。…Read More
