九龍城是一個小泰國,從小在這邊讀書和吃飯,特別喜歡這個地方。充滿回憶的地方,當然要找個有共同回憶的好姐妹一同逛逛、享受泰式美食啦!趁好姐妹明早又飛去嘆世界之前,陪我嘆番陣先~小曼谷,只係九龍城都有4間分店,今次我地就試下南角道總店。餐廳佔了約3個舖位,街景景觀開揚,十分寬敞,座位沙發舒適。本來都不太肚餓的我們,打算點少少海鮮及菜,傾下計。原來每碟食物的份量都好多。晚餐奉行多菜少肉,就先來一碟炒菜。泰式椰菜苗炒馬拉盞,椰菜苗炒得少少乾身,不太油膩,夠鑊氣,爽甜。泰皇咖哩炒海鮮~聽店員說是餐廳招牌菜。對於只能吃微辣的我,非常合適。只是微微辣的黃咖哩,濃濃的汁配上脆卜卜蒜蓉包,一絕呀海鮮絕不欺場,超級足料~4隻大蝦🍤、幾隻大青口、好多隻蜆,仲有小帶子、魷魚🦑等等。鮮味十足,青口大隻得來、啖啖肉。特別大蝦係好新鮮,炸到香脆再放入去同咖哩一齊煮,煮完都仲係脆,依然保持住蝦本身的鮮甜。就連洋蔥&青椒都好惹味咖哩海鮮已經令我們大滿足啦~再來泰式燒原隻魷魚🦑甜酸醬魷魚配上辣汁,將燒🦑的香味更提升。有時候係其他餐廳食的燒魷魚的肉身冇咩口感,但呢度完全冇呢回事呀~🦑幾有咬口同juicy同區泰菜來說,小曼谷的性價比算高,價錢中等且食物份量多,加上食得出廚師用心製作每道菜!…Read More

當年經常放學後來到九龍城小曼谷食宵夜眼見裝潢亦都煥然一身了,我們亦於社會打滾了一段時間。今天跟闊別多年的校友聚舊,細說當年學園往事。姐坐下先點了一個椰青,肉厚椰青水清甜很解渴。友人則點了泰國象啤。先來一客泰皇咖哩炒蜆,蜆肉很大隻,新鮮而且無沙。配上青椒,洋蔥及帶甜的咖哩汁很棒!姐嘗過第一口咖哩汁後立刻加了一客蒜蓉包伴汁吃,最後清了碟!跟著再來一客泰式豬頸肉鐵板炒通菜,起初還以為侍應調亂了原來豬頸肉放在通菜下面。因為經過鐵板可以直接將豬頸肉煎得更加香口,而且亦避免通菜會因為鐵板過熱而變燶了。豬頸肉很香口 而通菜亦都炒得很惹味,友人覺得這是泰啤的好拍檔。至於明爐蒸烏頭,烏頭魚肉多而且蒸得剛剛好,配上泰式辣汁更將魚的鮮味帶出。但願那份泰式大排檔的風味跟我們的友誼一樣永遠長存。…Read More

認識我的人都知道,去九龍城吃泰菜,小曼谷是我首選。總店裝修之後都没去過,趁生日月話事,當然要來吃吃~😊門表光鮮了,還有架粉紅色督督做裝飾,非常突出。枱與枱的空間比以前寬闊,坐得較舒適。也許我太久没來了,除了主餐牌,現在還有套餐選擇。夏日炎炎,先來個椰青消消暑。椰青蠻大粒,份量多而且非常清甜。椰肉很容易就刮到出來吃,薄薄的、夠爽口。食泰菜當然少不了我最愛的「公車攬爆」😁生蝦非常新鮮,肉質爽嫩,加上秘製辣汁夠晒惹味。但$98/6隻,有點貴⋯⋯辣椒很辣,不太吃辣的朋友可以齋點醬汁,不要吃那小辣椒啊~炒飯的size比想像中少⋯⋯份量只有一般碟頭飯,4人share只有半碗仔。但勝在足料,蟹肉多又大件,值得俾個like~芒果又香又甜,加點肉鬆再配飯,使炒飯的味道更豐富。小妹認為炒咖哩可謂小曼谷的招牌菜,每次幫襯都會叫的指定菜式。😁炒海鮮比想像大碟,不止碟大,料也多。青口、大蜆、大頭蝦、魷魚、帶子⋯⋯足夠4-5人份量。但海鮮略嫌熟了一點,不夠嫩。別看它又黃又紅好似很辣,咖哩微辣帶甜,不吃辣的朋友仔也大讚。咖哩非常惹味,用來撈飯或者配酥餅/蒜蓉包一流!雖然已經9成飽,但仍然心思思想要蒜蓉包來配咖哩😝一客4件的蒜蓉包非常大件,一塊等於平時吃的2塊,$28抵食~蒜蓉包烤得夠香脆,每塊的蒜蓉都搽得滿滿的,其實不點咖哩都夠好吃。但點咖哩再多點甜甜辣味,就更好吃~ 👍…Read More

假日打算和家人晚飯, 記得有朋友提及過九龍城的小曼谷, 於是便一早打電話訂枱試試. 其實九龍城有不少泰國菜館, 要在眾多菜館中站得住腳一點也不易. 我們一行五人點了青咖哩雞, 蒜蓉包, 泰式炒蜆, 馬拉盞炒菜, 煎蠔餅和泰式拼盤(小). 這兒環境比較平民化, 有點似茶餐廳, 價錢亦較為大眾化. 但坦白講, 我個人比較喜歡佐敦的泰屋, 不論環境或是食物質素, 都較為優勝. 即使在九龍城, 亦不難找到更出色的泰國菜館, 例如黃珍珍. 但價錢方面當然亦會貴些少.青咖哩雞: 味道一般蒜蓉包: 比較遜色泰式炒蜆: 蜆很大隻:)馬拉盞炒菜: 一般貨色煎蠔餅: 尚算不錯泰式拼盤(小): 有蝦餅, 春卷, 香葉包雞及魚餅, 當中以蝦餅最好吃!…Read More

11月11日約了男友,他的朋友&女友, 四個人食飯相聚。:)事前只是提及吃泰國菜, 但我一早心儀去金寶的。怎料....他的朋友說己到達,表示入去等我們啦。去到才發現佢地去左小曼谷。小曼谷之前也吃過,不太差,所以也照食啦。生菜豬肉包(小辣): 吃不到有辣味,而且包生菜的時候,肉汁不停地流,吃得幾狼狽。咖哩炒大蜆:咖哩汁香濃帶清甜。蜆肉大隻,但吃到一隻有沙。另叫了蒜蓉包, 配咖哩汁吃,很匹配的口味。椰青焗飯: 用椰青上碟, 內裡裝滿海鮮及飯。最頂淋上椰槳。成晚最好食呢個飯。飯帶有椰槳的香味,也帶有椰槳的甜味,而且海鮮份量不少。炸蝦餅: 有蝦肉, 但是吃不到有蝦味。雞肉串燒: 普通。飲品叫了:酸梅?(咸梅?)七喜。 很咸。早知飲椰青啦。今次坐卡位比較好, 可以放袋,也有椅背。坐中間的長台比較逼,只是坐圓椅,而且侍應不停穿插,很危險。…Read More
