諗住去澳門食宵夜,網上好多介紹嘅都係乜乜大排檔,好多都開得唔夜。見到呢間林記燒烤開到凌晨四點,啱晒,食完晚飯就過去。嚟港珠澳大橋搭的士去大約$70,位置有少少隔涉,係住宅區樓下,兜咗一陣先搵到。叫咗佢嘅signature 葡式凍蝦,係唔錯嘅,蝦夠彈牙,出色位係個醬汁,有parsley,生洋蔥,橄欖油同醋,酸酸辣辣,好開胃,但性價比好低,6隻唔算大嘅蝦要$125。再嚟都係signature 嘅芥末羊架,叫咗細份,有三件,唔算大,食落芥末味好濃,甜甜地,好食,但件羊架有少少肥,不過好juicy。呢個咖喱牛脷正常發揮,用咗咸牛脷,腍得嚟有啲爽爽地,口感唔錯。加咗個豬仔包沾嚟食,個包好好食,真係外脆內軟,加上啲咖喱,好正。再叫咗一串燒粟米,係一條分開四舊,食到有牛油蜜糖味,好食。仲叫咗杯馬來吉仔水,一杯雪碧同一枝青島,两個人埋單$4xx。 整體嚟講係一間味道唔錯嘅小店,不過某些菜式價錢稍高,都值得再幫襯。…Read More

今次遊澳門入住皇冠假日酒店, 剛好附近就有想試的餐廳, 它在openrice提供網上訂座, 很方便! 而且只要經openrice訂座, 餐廳會送一杯桔仔水。環境其實比相像中更茶餐廳feel, 即是舒適度打了折扣, 當下有點失望, 但既然來到, 就試試吧!今晚非常肚餓, 所以點了好幾個菜。葡式凍蝦 MOP$100蝦比想像中大隻, 肉質都很爽彈, 但不太鮮味, 反而下面洋蔥粒更有驚喜, 酸酸甜甜, 味道有點像酸菜, 很醒胃。咖哩牛肉配麵包 MOP$45/位咖哩偏辣, 但嗜辣的我覺得ok, 不過咖哩粉下太多, 吃起來粉味較重, 一般般。 牛肉份量多, 肉質不差。 位餐還配豬仔包1個。 豬仔包頗大個, 外層微脆, 中層鬆軟, 而麵包最內層雖有微微實, 不過整體都合格。薯殼焗扇貝 MOP$66扇貝放在連皮的薯仔片上焗成, 扇貝中型大小, 有鮮味, 還不錯; 薯仔片外層焗得微脆口, 吃起來像炸薯條, 香口好味, 不錯!薯仔蝦沙律 MOP$60來到時我們'嘩´了一聲! 怎麼份量上跟餐牌相片完全不相符!? 跟實物的有差呢!來到只有兩隻蝦, 每隻還要切開一半。 餐牌上是加了句'相片只供參考´, 但我想不是'大晒´吧!?蝦的數量如果沒照片的多, 而你拍出來給食客看, 那是失真, 是誤導和欺騙食客。 說回食物, 蝦是鮮甜爽口的, 但薯仔粒味道酸酸的, 那酸味又不完全是來自沙律醬, 很怪, 都沒吃。炸自製墨魚丸 MOP$48吉列炸墨丸, 每粒都好像乒乓球一樣大, 很誇張! 外層炸得香脆, 墨丸很彈牙, 真的很彈! 而且都很有墨魚味, 雖然是炸物, 但不油膩。 不錯! 葡式炸馬介休球 MOP$35不像平常的吉列炸馬介休球, 這個以一層薄脆外皮包裹, 內餡很軟綿, 吃到有馬介休的味道, 整體ok。桔仔水 (送)其實就是檸檬水的味道, 略嫌偏甜, 麻麻吧!是晚埋單MOP400有找, 價格上不是太貴, 畢竟也點了6款菜, 味道上就不過不失吧!不是好食得要再回頭, 又不是很難食, 整體普通吧!但下次來澳門都不會再來這間了。…Read More

自從轉左新工,壓力超大。除了每天加班,甚至周六日都返工,人都癲,趁假期到澳門走走,減減壓。訂左十一點船,諗住食兩點完全無問題,就係openrice度訂左兩點。上左船發覺可以食早d就改食1點半。原先諗住問題不大,咁就大穫啦。出左氹仔碼頭,我們先上發財車去海立方,再步行往外港碼頭轉乘巴士前往。依據訂座指示,3A與10B於海濱站下車是最方便。原來3A是有往關閘或司打口方向,由於我地唔識路,見有3A到站就上車問車長,往司打口方向是不對的;到有關閘問車長又被告知沒海濱站!!!不知何解,每個車長都好惡結果我們看車站轉牌看發覺真的沒海濱站於是擾攘一番後,見有車站職員問方知往關閘方向是對的。其時已過1點半30分鐘前已不能更改訂座時間。最後上了往關閘方向3A加上車長行錯路,於是當然遲上加遲下車後步行一段路找到林記,去到先say sorry,服務員小姐都依開飯給予9折優惠:)。然後登記我開飯資料(可惜最後收到開飯通知話本人取消是次訂座,奇怪)。Anyway,二人點了5個菜,分別有焗扇貝,馬介休焗飯(芝士),葡式逼咸豬手,蒜蓉炒西蘭花同網民推薦的凍蝦。先說3隻焗扇貝,每隻22蚊的價錢略嫌貴了點。每隻有半隻薯仔釀了薯蓉加隻扇貝,飽肚的但我還是喜歡吃新鮮的蒸扇貝多些。馬介休焗飯看似份量小了一點,但好在小了點,我們2人才能吃那麼多的食物。相公讚這焗飯好吃。這份葡式豬手份量大得驚人,加上充滿薯仔飽肚之選。雖然大份。,但我還是愛德國豬手的整法多些。個菜有驚喜,好食!蒜味很香。見網民推薦也來一客凍蝦吧!凍蝦下舖滿伴有醋跟橄欖油的生洋蔥,食法頗特別。只是每隻20蚊價錢確實貴了點。但總算嘗試過。埋單時才發覺來燒烤店卻沒吃燒烤…Read More

林記啲位置對於遊客黎講有少少偏僻,可能自己好少去到黑沙環果邊,由拱北關閘打的都要成20幾蚊,不過為左搵野食…冇計啦~咁吊腳啲地方D人都要黎,一定有原因啲~ 店內啲環境非常街坊,近乎冇乜裝修,分兩層,下層較少地方,上層就好較大,仲有細廳房。不過可能可以玩骰盅啲關係,就令到餐廳裡面好嘈,而且店內用啲枱櫈都係好普通嘅摺檯同背椅啲…好一間室內啲大牌檔!話到明係勁食之旅,當然又要勁order啦,我同Cobi爸都係食得啲人,不過心唸要留肚食宵夜,唔可以亂黎…不過2個人都叫左5樣餸。葡式凍蝦Cobi爸係玻璃肚,少少野唔對路就會肚仔痛,一見到我order凍蝦就”er…”哂,仲以為係生食…經我一番唇舌之後最終回我一句「死就死啦」! 唔洗下嘛…上枱時個樣以為平平冇奇,毫不起眼,不過就聞到陣陣啲洋蔥香味,一入口就覺得呢個菜式非常惹味,係用左去殼啲中蝦,加上大量啲生洋蔥、黑椒、芫茜、橄欖油、少量啲檸檬汁醃製而成,真係好好味,D生洋蔥完全唔覺佢辣,唔係好鍾意芫茜啲我都冇理咁多,就連D洋蔥都唔放過,全碟食清光!果然係招牌菜!:)燒羊架 (孜然粉+wasabi)響網上已經得知可以order半份,而半份又可以order 2隻唔同味道,可以feel到店主都關心我地呢D table for 2 啲客人,唔錯~講番個羊,外表好油,呢D唔係羊油,係上枱前加啲,目的係令到D肉光身D、靚D,不過就油左少少囉:(;肉質方面OK,店主應該係用左蒙古啲羊仔架,又平又正(因為我自己屋企都唔食紐西蘭羊架,而轉食蒙古羊仔架lu~)肉質好嫩,如果D羊架係燒好至cut開一件件仲好,可以做到just pink啲效果! 羊架有少少啲羶味(食羊唔食羶不如唔好食),混合埋D新疆孜然粉,好match~如果多D孜然粉仲香;至於wasabi味啲羊架都係第1次試,味道好新鮮好特別,羊架被燒到外脆內嫩,廚師為求特顯羊架啲酥脆感,再響羊架表層加少許麵包康,可以令食客覺得冇咁油膩之餘,又大大提升個口感,加埋wasabi,微微帶出日式feel,別有風味~ wasabi羊架必食!燒鹹牛脷厚切我同Cobi爸都係牛脷狂,本身係睇左so good之後再上網search佢啲食評,但係點解D食評全部都係話「好稔」…? 可能每個人啲口味唔同,我同Cobi爸都係鍾意食爽口啲燒牛脷,但係爽得黎係唔「un」果隻,可能佢地用啲材料no good,所以維有煮稔佢再燒,咁就會做到好似「冇筋、入口即化」,不過就冇哂燒牛脷應有爽口啲質感,如同食緊一件燒香左啲午餐肉…如果有下廚經驗者,可能會留意到件牛脷…其實層脷胎唔係去得咁乾淨……味道方面,燒牛脷唔需要特別調味,海鹽同黑胡椒已經足夠,呢方面佢地就跟足,冇手多多加D醬汁,整體黎講,唔係我杯茶~燒沙丁魚Cobi爸唔食冇鱗魚,所以只係order左1條(竟然可以order 1條,幾好幾好~)沙丁魚啲外皮燒得夠乾身,而且好香,魚啲油分亦重,入口好重魚味,如果唔加檸檬汁的話可能會有少少腥,好OK呀~虾醬炒通菜4句~通菜鮮,虾醬夠,味道濃,有鑊氣!店員招呼都係一般啦,抵唔抵食就真係見仁見智啦~冇裝修啲食店每人都要$130落樓,同日啲下午我去左船屋食lunch都係每人$150…總括而言,如果唔介意去D冇裝修,又嘈嘈地啲地方食飯,林記都係一間不防一試啲食店。PS.so so 啲介紹…有時唔好信哂lu~…Read More
