為左做冬有最好嘅火鍋配料,今日黎到暫時未有地鐵覆蓋嘅九龍城,買齊料難得一場黎到就不如係九龍城食埋野先走。一路聽朋友講九龍城梗係食泰國野啦,「黃珍珍」啦!我同女朋友就本住朝聖嘅心態黎朝拜下! 由於買火鍋料買晏左,黎到黃珍珍已經差唔多下午三點。如果冇做茶市,通常呢啲時間都係餐廳嘅「落場」時間,估唔到黃珍珍呢個時間都仲有兩、三枱客。例牌量完體溫店員就帶我地入座,「仲有午餐呀慢慢揀」,慳家嘅我就往午餐進發!而家疫情關係午餐堂食都有8折優惠! 午餐有以下選擇A. 泰式海南雞飯(去骨)B. 泰式炒粉C. 菠蘿炒飯D. 青咖哩雞飯E. 香葉辣肉碎炒飯 拼 脆邊荷包蛋F. 泰式豬手飯 食得泰國野就梗係試我最愛嘅菠蘿炒飯啦! =======================菠蘿炒飯 $78 由於餐湯轉冬陰功湯要加$20有啲貴,我就揀例湯冬瓜湯。冬瓜雞湯配雞腳,由於我唔食雞腳加上比較咸同油膩,味道一般。 黎到主食,除左炒飯外午餐包埋雜菜同小食。雜菜唔係整定,冇浸到淋,小食炸蝦餅係我至愛,蝦餅夠彈牙,不錯不錯!菠蘿炒飯配料有蝦、臘腸、肉鬆、腰果,青豆等,蝦夠彈牙嘅,炒飯食落比較淡口,咖哩味唔夠,比起坊間其他泰國餐廳冇乜特別突出。 最後餐飲叫左杯泰式凍奶茶。知道泰式奶茶相對港式奶茶比較甜,所以落單時都叫左少甜,只係估都估唔到,少甜都可以咁甜。唔飲得甜嘅我,只係飲左一半多少少,最底最甜嘅部分真係不了。 總括黎講,黃珍珍可能係我地d港島「外城」人黎講就皆知巷問,不過朝聖完就知係有啲名過其實。希望下次有機會再黎九龍城,試試其他泰菜比較下!…Read More

我成日都覺得,約朋友食飯,想約就要約,想去就要去!做咗阿媽講呢啲係幾衰,不過我哋早咗幾個禮拜約,爸爸又肯幫我湊住兩個,咁我就梗係要出嚟鬆一鬆啦!太耐冇食泰菜,我哋就相約在九龍城黃珍珍泰國菜館,我都算係半個地膽,去過九龍城嘅朋友都一定聽過黃珍珍。一坐低我哋就埋頭苦幹咁睇餐牌,我哋4位少婦,一人揀幾樣,一唔小心我哋竟然叫咗 11 個餸,兩款甜品!食物到枱,大家都一定係相機食先啦!唔係大家又點會睇到靚靚餸菜個樣,下面我就講下我哋叫乜叫咗咁多。生蝦刺身:食泰菜必叫,而且用嚟打卡一流,睇相你就知點解,真係超夢幻 (其實係啲乾冰造出嚟嘅效果)。新鮮生蝦配正宗酸辣泰式醬汁,仲要配埋呢個傳統泰式食法「生蝦、涼瓜、辣椒、蒜頭」一啖入口,層次豐富,真係睇得又食得之作。柚子沙律:超 fresh 又開胃嘅沙律,真係食完之後個胃可以裝多咗食物。燒澳洲和牛舌:牛舌絕對係嶠爸至愛,我就一般般啦!但黃珍珍呢個澳洲和牛舌,我就真係食唔停口,因為食落口超「冧」嘅,唔似平時嗰啲咁「un」。串燒鮮白鱔:呢個真心不得了,一上枱,我已經被佢嘅香味吸引住!老老實實,連我呢個唔好魚嘅人,食完一串都想再嚟一串,因為真係燒得勁香,啲汁真係同舊鱔好夾。炸單骨雞翼:聽店員講係新登場,佢哋係用無激素雞翼,配埋新鮮泰國香料醃製。食落口真係脆到卜卜聲。內層仲好 juicy,仲要係單骨食法,真係勁方便!冬蔭公湯:新鮮生猛嘅大頭蝦,煮出濃郁惹味嘅冬蔭功湯,酸酸辣辣勁開胃!泰式明爐元朗烏頭:呢個烏頭來頭不少,再經過黃珍珍嘅廚師團隊巧製泰式蒸烏頭,加入咗酸梅等泰式食材,突出魚嘅鮮味,另外仲加咗豬肉丸,夾埋魚湯一齊食,果然有驚喜。招牌咖哩炒蟹、法式麵包:法式麵包,沾咖哩食,勁正!或者就咁食啲咖哩炒蟹,一樣係食唔停口。馬拉盞炒泰國通菜:泰國通菜真係同一般通菜唔同,好爽口,再配埋馬拉盞炒,真係好香口。菠蘿炒飯:芊嶠至愛,入面有菠蘿粒,面有肉鬆,有腰果,放係個菠蘿入面上枱,真係又靚又香。泰式炒粉:估唔到個配搭咁夾,有酸酸嘅味,即便個肚已經好飽,但食完一啖都仲想繼續食🤪甜品 - 芒果糯米飯 (左) & 椰青糕 (右) 椰青糕 :類似大菜糕,入面有一絲絲椰肉,所以有淡淡嘅椰香味。芒果糯米飯:黃珍珍嘅芒果糯米飯好特別㗎!因為係分別有黑糯米 & 白糯米,白糯米係出面少啲機會食到,但原來白糯米都幾好味!總結:對上一次食黃珍珍都年幾之前,今次再食,感覺同以前唔同,味道唔再似以前咁濃味,而且多咗啲「花神」,淨係個仙氣生蝦刺身,都已經好特別。下次一定要同老公仔女到嚟食!…Read More

昨天因為一些事情聚集了媽媽和姨姨、姨丈們。晚上到一起去吃即興的晚餐。原本是想到泰國素食的。剛巧有另一組十三人的客人比我們先到餐廳。座位滿了。我們唯有到附近的黃珍珍泰國菜館吃晚餐。(姨姨曾到過那裡用餐,知道有素食餐單。)然後,我們點的全都是素菜。因為八人之中有五人都是吃素。男侍應覺得很奇怪…… 清炒椰菜苗,$86。之前在泰國素食吃過椰菜苗。很想再吃。餐單上是清炒芥蘭。椰菜苗是可以轉換的蔬菜。還有通菜、雜菜、豆角和涼瓜可選。椰菜苗和通菜都註明是泰國直送的。椰菜苗有輕微的苦味。那是它獨有的味道。像芥蘭的苦味。口感爽嫩。 泰式炒通菜(不要辣),$96。本是辣的菜式,我們不要辣。通菜口感十分爽脆。所以,他們再多點一碟通菜。這碟子是鏟子形狀。他們覺得很有趣,叫我一定要拍下來。 菠蘿炒飯,$108。兩位姨姨都很喜歡吃這個炒飯。可能有菠蘿酸甜的味道吧。有雜菜粒和焗腰果。不過,腰果不脆。整個炒飯不會太油膩。味道不錯。 酸甜炸豆腐,$88。餐單沒有辣椒的圖示。味道卻是辣的!然而,因為有酸味和甜味,也多少中和了辣味。否則是十分辣。這道菜,除了酸甜外,還可以選擇香葉炸豆腐。炸豆腐外皮不脆,但內裡非常滑溜。有西椒和菠蘿作配料。 椰汁香芋南瓜木薯煲,$108。這道菜會令人感到很飽足。因為三種食材都含有澱粉質。口感粉軟結實。我沒有吃到南瓜,或許數量太少了。椰汁的味道香。稠密度適中。醬汁可以下飯。 香葉雜菜焗粉絲,$118。這道菜也是辣的。餐單上同樣沒有辣椒圖示。粉絲很惹味。配有本菇和薑片。薑片是子薑。我以為是杏鮑菇。(媽媽也是如此認為。)整片放進口裡咀嚼,很辣呢!連媽媽也說辣。 紅咖喱薯仔,$88。看到這些咖喱汁,大家都說要白飯。於是,我們加單要了兩碗白飯,一碗是$13。下單時,姨姨問男侍應是不是很辣。男侍應說不辣。但我記得青咖喱才不辣……結果,當然是辣了!不過,我也能吃。馬鈴薯口感粉軟。咖喱味道好。 泰式炒金邊粉,$108。這金邊粉好像沒有酸味。油份也不多。有芽菜和素肉作配料。 香芒椰汁糯米飯,$63。來到泰國餐廳,這是必點的甜品。 有黑、白糯米。黑糯米會鬆散開來。沒有白糯米那麼黏糯。芒果的顏色比較淡。但味道鮮甜。…Read More
