生平踏進上水的次數簡直單手已數完,今次要不是為了和月巴去羅湖並在上水出閘可節省幾個錢也幾乎不會踏足此地…冰室離地鐵站也有一段距離,不過幸好天氣不太冷也適逢新年間沒有過多的水貨客,7-8分鐘的路程便到了。懷舊冰室旁邊的是五金店及寵物用品店,雖然好像顯得有點格格不入,但別小看它的威力,因為即使是兩點多也有不少人在門外排隊等候,幸而人流量都算快,十分鐘左右已可入座。踏進店內,妨如回到八十年代,風扇、餐牌、坐位都變得古色古香,十分懷舊。基本上每個食客都是點了茶餐($35):牛肉通粉配蛋治加飲品;奈可我今天完全不想吃白麵包,因此轉了其中一個配菠蘿油,而且奶茶可謂是等於一家餐廳的水準,但好甜的我總是愛喝茶走 (經常有餐廳制作馬虎或忙中有錯把奶茶當成茶走,所以這測試絕不隨便!我說的!)菠蘿油很快便來到,我和月巴一人一半,麵包皮脆內凍,牛油的厚度不偏不倚,即使是獨自吃了一整個也不會感到內疚!但個人更喜麵包帶微暖,這樣牛油會慢慢溶化,更為好吃!看著細小的廚房和水吧,兩個人一人顧著一邊分身不暇地做單,唯有喝著茶走靜心等待,大約等了二十分鐘完整的茶餐才來到,急性子的朋友可能會受不了。看著滿滿的牛肉通粉,先吃一片牛肉,完全感受到甚麼才是’真材實料’! 沒有鬆肉粉的味道,而是鮮牛肉的感覺,餐廳還切了薑絲和牛肉一起煮辟掉腥味。而蛋治亦絕不欺場,目測蛋的份量該有一隻半以上,麵包就是普通的白麵包,軟綿綿的沒有經過烤烘。整體而言,所以食物味道不太濃厚,眼見不少食客都隨自已的口味添加所需的調味料,但食材絕對能感受到是真真材實料…Read More

一直都很想試廣成冰室,但礙於時間和地點關係想了一年都沒有拜訪過,今次趁有空終於可以朝聖! 在上水東鐵站下車,穿過上水廣場走到後面天橋下去,走一段路到盡頭不久便會到廣成冰室,整段路程約需15分鐘。在芸芸菜式中我對港式食品、茶餐廳、冰室之類情有所鍾,雖然港式食品絕對是「三高」(高油、‵高糖、高鹽),但少吃多滋味,而且很喜歡冰室的環境,今次到碩果僅存的老牌之一-廣成冰室,去前的我更是雀躍萬分。 到達食店時約12點半,門外已有不少食客在排隊,相信是在附近上班的市民,我們大約等了15-20分鐘,但因為店外有簷篷,所以不會曬和很熱。等候期間食店的嬸嬸抬出一爐菠蘿油出玻璃陳架,很有舊式風味,肥美的牛油很吸引。以淺綠色為主調的舊式食店很小,我和baka被安排在四人卡位,要跟別人搭枱,當然很難期待會坐得舒適,但都是這種老牌冰室的獨特之處。餐桌上沒有獨立的餐牌,只可以看牆上的餐牌,主要為普通早餐茶餐三文治的選擇,值得一提的是手寫餐牌的字很懷舊,不禁勾起童年的點點滴滴。不要以為人氣老店的服務態度會特別差,店裡的姨姨和嬸嬸在落單、送餐和結帳時都很親切,頗有人情味!因為我很想吃紅豆冰,但紅豆冰只可單點不得不分開點食物,所以我也思考了好一陣子。最後決定吃一個茶餐、紅豆冰、兩個菠蘿油。可能因為看到陳列架上的菠蘿油($10),所以勾起吃菠蘿油的食慾。菠蘿油裡有很大塊牛油。雖然菠蘿包不太熱,但裡面的牛油沒有因熱力而溶掉,更能同時吃到菠蘿包和牛油的美味。菠蘿油的脆皮很酥脆和甜,和牛油配合得恰到好處,咬下去時啖啖牛油,不錯。在味道上總覺得不及華嫂冰室的菠蘿包,但廣成的又是另一種風味,邊吃邊覺得很有小時候爸媽常買給我們做早餐、小息時的那種菠蘿包的味道。之後送到的是紅豆冰($22)。上網搜尋資料時才知道廣成的紅豆冰是手刨紅豆冰,即先用刨冰機在一塊大冰上刨,再將碎雪儲在刨冰機形成尖三角形的小冰山,最後插在紅豆冰上。這種有尖三角的紅豆冰還是第一次見,記憶中小時候的紅豆冰已是現時沒有冰山的紅豆冰,相信是還要早的年代的特色食品吧!送到時非常驚訝!紅豆冰的紅豆超滿超多,因為平時連鎖食店和茶餐廳一般都是奶多過紅豆,今次廣成的非常足料,很適合這個喜歡吃紅豆的我。但不得不提的是,吃的時候有點狼狽,因為冰山好高,而紅豆冰又很滿,所以我要先喝一點,再將冰逐點壓進杯內。不過杯子有點高,我要努力挺直腰背才能喝到,場面搞笑。之後茶餐的牛肉通粉終於來到了~其實牛肉通粉味道很普通,但很有家的味道,牛肉肉質很滑亦值得一讚。跟餐還有雞蛋三文治,很熱辣,炒蛋滑溜,但難免油膩。同樣是跟餐的凍奶茶,這種炎熱天氣很難不點凍飲喝,奶茶味道不會太甜,有微微苦味,凍奶茶來說不錯!記得上openrice做準備時看到迷你黑洞的食評,他在結尾提到舊式冰室的食物沒什麼特別,但人們都喜歡去這種親切又富有人情味的小店,閱讀過後這段話不斷出現在我腦海裡。沒錯,現在有華麗包裝的食店多不勝數,但單一的經營模式始終讓人厭倦,還是去這種街坊傳統老店最滿足,味道環境可能稱不上絕佳,但從食店和食物中傳遞的那種消失中的童年回憶、上一輩對食物的堅持,不僅僅只是肚皮的滿足,而是感受到人情味的那份感動,那種心靈上的滿足是不能忽視的!很感激這群老牌冰室的人們繼續經營食店,讓我們年輕一輩能依舊吃到失落的味道。…Read More

原來lee間冰室係上水都好出名..一場黎到就去試一試..大約10點半已經要等位...等左5分鐘左右可以入去..雖然坐卡位但當然要搭枱la..睇牆上餐牌種類唔多..但其實都知lee到乜野出名所以我地叫左一個茶餐..本身想叫紅豆冰但待應話太早..要1點後先有紅豆冰..所以今次飲唔到la門外已有餐牌...lee2個餐係最出名..同埋都冇乜其他野食叫店內好懷舊好古老...成個環境就好似以前80年代咁..d吊扇制比到我有時光倒流既感覺..番番我以前幾歲既年代咁菠蘿油既牛油唔會太凍太硬實在係岩岩好..上面d皮脆脆地好好食..只可惜個包有少許硬可能唔熱la...如果個飽熱實加分~d蛋並非全熟有半漏既質感實在係好食抵讚係新鮮熱辣...只係有少許燶邊...不過我覺得已經好好食...如果d蛋有少許鹽味或椒鹽味就更好湯底好啖好湯食唔到有味精但薑味亦唔重變左好似齋水既感覺...冇味精係好但如果d湯重d薑味同牛味就更加好..有少許薑絲加埋d鮮牛一齊食還可以..但d通粉就真係冇牙婆都食到..實在係太淋奶茶還可以但茶味可以再濃d除左環境吸引我之外其實服務同食物都麻麻..我地食lee個茶餐足足食左約8個字...原因為佢地即叫即整人手又唔多..仲要係漏左我地個餐個待應話..唉...比你地先!!!!...我真係想講比我地先係應該ga我地等左好耐連遲入去其他客人都有得食...佢地出餐比較慢因客人又多人手又少大家要有心理準備呀...食物方面其實冇乜驚喜...但又唔係話好差好差..只係一般般如果想感受下d懷舊冰室都可以一試~…Read More

久仰上水廣成冰室大名,在非繁忙時段幫襯了一個late lunch。先來菠蘿油 - 牛油份量不少,菠蘿包不熱,但勝在夠鬆軟。雞蛋三文治 - 雞蛋好厚,半熟還有蛋汁流出,正!牛肉通 - 就是為了試這個而來的,湯的牛肉味好濃!牛肉也好味,不是奄到軟趴趴那種。熱奶茶 - 幾香滑,奶味較重。這天天氣比較冷,沒有試傳說中的紅豆冰。留待下次吧!…Read More
