每季一次的M Club 聚會,今次友人提議去銅鑼灣新食廈內的小蝶,我第一個舉手讚成,皆因此店是以前釆碟軒的姊妹店,而「小蝶」楺合了中西fusion 菜式,的而且確部分菜式都是細細蝶,而賣相極之精緻吸引!裝修十分講究,高雅清麗,樓底相當高,感覺開揚。而裝飾品吊燈都很花心思同懷舊,有著昔日上海大飯店的影子,旁邊設置Bar 枱充滿格調。我早來到,待應都十分禮貌地介紹菜式,茶具色彩繽紛,分別有黃、橙、藍、綠顏色,充滿童真,增強食慾!朋友未到,唯有開茶先,餐牌上全是貴價茶,什麼上等龍井、碧蘿春、陳年普洱王,每壷都過百元,嚇到我開壼茶都咁貴?後來待應同我講都有普通茶叫,不過每位茶介都不平宜,始終都是高級中菜館。食物的質數也不錯,最驚喜是咖喱牛腩,賣相十分特別,用特大的圓形銅盆子上,伴隨四件蛋撻形的酥餅,咖喱汁好味,牛腩都入味,可能我們太餓,不消一分鐘已吃乾,剩下的咖喱汁要叫多碟炒飯伴來吃。此外,菠蘿咕嚕肉外形精緻,酸酸甜甜,用菠蘿包盛着配合得不錯。糯米飯釀雞翼,最抵食同好味,炸得香脆而不膩,這度手工菜最花師傅手藝,而糯米飯香同飽滿,新年吃最好不過,我們差不多每人一件,讚不住口!不過亦有失手之作,東坡肉太淋同味道淡,口感像啫喱般,一切已散,沒有質感。三小蝶,真是細細蝶,一上枱朋友們已完全掃清一件不剩,原因不是好食是份量太少。分別有冰鎮花雕鲍,好味但只得一件,朋友吃過都有濃郁酒香,不過鮑魚太硬。牛展太乾,味道淡而無味。最後是法介千層薈,像似豆腐實則是腐竹,味道一般。之於胡椒粒浸娃娃菜,尚算不錯,胡椒不太辣,亦醒胃!後記:到來時見到這家餐廳老闆在隔離枱,不知是否老闆在,待應都服務好D!…Read More

得知銅鑼灣開左間fusion中菜,當然要一試。其實自己曾經食過佢既午餐同晚飯,如果係一大班人食晚飯既話,就唔係咁建議黎呢到,事關佢d野食真係好符合佢個名-"小碟"。如果兩三個人黎飲茶既話,都可以不況一試。首先係菠蘿咕嚕肉,原來係菠蘿包+咕嚕肉,第一次咁食法,都幾特別,d汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃。咖哩牛腩配酥皮撻,又係第一次咁食法,味道都ok。春風得意腸,味道普通,相比之前兩個就無乜特別。三小碟,份量太小,味道一般,食唔食都無所謂本身自己好鍾意食雪山叉燒包,但又唔係周圍都有得食,所以知道有得食時都幾開心。…Read More
