呢日同屋企人去咗將軍澳行街,時間啱啱好要食嘢,又見到莆田有做下午茶,所以就入去試下。果陣3點鐘左右🕒,餐廳已經無乜人,我哋都拿拿臨落單,下午茶主要分兩種$49同$59,分別係啲點心同小菜唔同,而主食嘅選擇同指定糖水係一樣的。我哋三個人叫咗兩Set $49同一Set $59,叫啲唔同嘢食乜都試下。三Set點心同小食好快就上菜,一個木盤盛有三個小碗,造型係幾精美嘅✨,但基本上六款點心/小食,無一款係好食嘅(真係一款都無),四款點心要咗杞子白米糕、莆田糯米丸、酥香黃金磚同酥炸莆田扁肉,頭兩款應該係甜嘅❓,但個白米糕根本唔係糕而係一個又凍又乾又細個又扁又完全無味嘅包😑,而糯米丸就係兩粒炸芝麻湯圓配啲花生碎,亦同好味拉唔上關係。至於後兩款酥炸乜乜,味道係正常,但最最最最最接受唔到係兩樣都係凍嘅,唔係同我講呢兩款都係凍食嚟啩🤬,啲炸扁肉唔知係咪凍咗所以好油😣,而黃金磚其實即係煎釀三寶啲炸魚肉豆腐。你如果想早啲收市做晚市,咪唔好做下午茶囉,而唔係敷衍一早整哂啲嘢,有人叫就凍冰冰咁拎出嚟俾人食。呢個係間餐廳有無誠意嘅問題,你食物可以唔好味,因為味道係主觀,但如果食物係凍,就點都唔會好食😵👎🏿。另外,兩款小菜就要咗水晶豬蹄凍同鹽焗豬肝,前者勁細粒而且一夾就散,豬蹄亦勁少,根本只係食緊啫喱😒;豬肝無食唔comment,但屋企人都話麻麻。小碟嚟講我諗最好食係個糖水囉,紅棗雪耳,清清哋甜甜哋,但得2啖🤷🏿‍♀️。主食都叫咗三款唔同的,主食好過啲小食/點心嘅,因為起碼係熱應該係即整的。第一款係興化炒米粉,味道都正宗嘅,但呢到好孤寒得勁少餸(一隻蝦毛同兩隻蜆仔)炒😩。呢款係福建炒米粉,我自己本身都鐘意食,因為米粉較幼身炒起上嚟又無咁油。第二款係醬爆肉絲湯麵,個麵係麵線來的,好滑,我幾鐘意👍🏻。本身以為會好濃味,但原來唔係,比想像中好,屬正常水平。第三款係包菜飯,呢款係三款入味最差的,雖然飯係豉油色但無乜味道,而且食嚟食去都係飯,面頭得兩片菜,我以為係素食,食到尾先發現到有一片得肥膏嘅豬腩肉,實在不了😫。總括嚟講,今次嘅下午茶經驗真係勁差,食物未到難食但完全唔好食,重點係無誠意,食物係凍㗎😡。而且店員服務亦都唔好,由入座帶位條友掛住接電話唔理我哋,落單條友勁唔醒目,我指住餐牌講要乜都不斷問我究竟要$49/$59,其次又搶住收碗碟,後面不斷吸塵抹嘢,但其實仲有唔少客食緊嘢囉,最後問佢要牙簽又木住面咁拎落嚟。唉,都係果句如果你咁需要預備晚市唔緊要,但唔該唔好做下午茶市,唔好個個掛住趕收工,又覺得我哋好似阻住佢哋咁。唔好忘記呢個時段佢哋都係有收加一的,只係唔收茶錢,同埋原來一開始塞落嚟果碟涼菜雲耳係收錢的,承惠$10😑。我之前都有食過莆田晚市覺得ok,今次先同屋企人嚟食,點知咁失望🙍‍♂️🙍,唔知係分店定茶市嘅問題啦,要負評。…Read More

跟家人到將軍澳莆田吃晚飯。這次點了一個4 人套餐,份量足夠我們一行5 人有餘。苦瓜片軟得來有點韌,苦味不重,蜜糖清甜。用來打苦瓜汁也不錯~~米粉依舊很鮮,很香,很軟熟,是晚最愛。煎黃花魚是單點的。醃過的黃花魚甘香皮脆,媽媽一個人吃掉一大半。層層疊疊的豆皮香軟嫰滑,但醬汁有點過稠,芥蘭亦帶苦味。小腸跟早前在元朗吃的水準一致,淡淡的滷水香,脆脆的口感很別緻。竹筒蝦上桌時有點WOW 的感覺。湯的藥材味非常豐富,先甘後甜。每筒內有兩隻又厚又結實的蝦,不賴。松鼠魚魚肉鬆散,炸得過火令外層變硬,是今晚頗為失分的一道菜。豬手上桌時要求服務員將豬手斬件,服務員告知炸豬手前已將豬手炆至軟淋,果真一刀下去豬手已骨肉分離。豬手炆得很入味,也炸得很香,略嫌肥肉比例過多變得糊口。以上分享菜色的次序,正正是菜色上桌的次序。家人說上菜次序有點隨意,是呀,在尖沙咀及元朗分店也是這樣的,放鬆吃就好 在興化炒米粉的光環下,依然給一個笑臉。…Read More

今年,家人選擇在午餐時段做冬,最後決定試試這家得奬的新加坡餐廳。繁忙時間,職員在入座前,已經表示用餐時間是90分鐘。就座後,大家選了二套二人午市套餐,包開胃菜,菊花茶,水,服務費。看來很化算。無奈午市客人較多,職員很忙碌。多次招手,持續廿分鐘,也没有職員來下單。下單都被拖累,又何以在90分鐘內完成午餐呢?我的母語廣東話:落單都DUM曬D時間啦!上得菜唻,仲邊可能係個半鐘內食曬呀! 套餐奉送的開胃菜先上:乾身紫菜,雲耳!  滷水嫩豆腐  醬汁不太鹹,淡味的滷水。但炸過的嫩豆腐,外表似豆卜多尐囉!蝦苗伴頭水紫菜  一份小食,跟開胃菜的雲耳份量相若,其實無需動用如此大的碟子。濕身紫菜的酸味,不似陳醋/烏醋,酸味反而似阿蔘果。傳統肉扁湯  肉扁=雲吞,雲吞細細粒,容易食。雲吞的湯底亦很鮮甜。大白菜燉軟豆腐  母親大人喜歡這個清淡小食。百秒黃花魚 黃花魚少骨,魚肉又滑,母親大人至愛。軟煎黃花魚  黃花魚半煎炸後,加上啡色的勾芡! 不過煎炸後的魚肉肉質較結實,没有百秒黃花魚的細碎。閩香洋燒棒  二條豬肋骨,下方以淮山墊底。豬肋骨肉質鬆軟,一篤即散,無需太多手力,即可起出豬肋骨。芋香棒  香口炸物,小米至愛。興化炒米粉  米粉好幼細,好鬆化,很入味。大家都集中在炒米粉,反而海鮮類都變為配角了。包菜飯  濕身的炒飯,混有肥肉及椰菜。小米很喜歡軟身的飯,添了二碗呢!職員表示芋圓花生湯改為芋圓紅豆沙  白色黃色紫色綠色的芋圓不Q彈,芋圓芯似一堆粉,實篤篤。 甜品還有蓮子銀耳。  完成午餐後,向職員示意埋單,馬上有職員前來結賬。剛才我們想落單時,無人理會。但一講到付款,即刻變身九秒九呈上付款單據。 合共四百多元,只得2小時的免費泊車優惠,而且要在Popcorn一期商場的客戶服務部才可處理免費泊車優惠。還記得,以前是一百元=1小時免費!…Read More

莆田呢間新加坡福建菜已經左香港短短幾年,分店已經遍佈港、九、新界,我同老婆由荃灣搬去將軍澳之前,同外父外母食過莆田荃灣廣場一次,佢地都讚不絕口,不過因為將軍澳莆田由開店直到而家,每逢周末都大排長龍,所以我地一直都未有機會去食返餐。今日因為外父外母中午已經入左將軍澳,所以我地決定6點鐘就出發去攞位,睇下有冇機會可以趁未到繁忙時間到莆田食返餐。將軍澳莆田位於PopCorn商場2期,我地未到6 點半已經到餐廳,不過都已經開始要等位,好彩因為未到繁忙時間,人唔算太多,我地等左10分鐘左右就已經有位,另外餐廳係等位位置安排左薑茶俾客人免費享用,非常貼心。餐廳裝修以木、白色為主調,配上黑色吊扇,既時尚亦帶點懷舊風格。菜色選擇好多,大部份都不是普通中菜店常見嘅菜色,有部份新菜色我地對上一次去荃灣店食時亦未有,所以我地今日點的都係以新菜色為主,有九轉小腸、百味黃花魚、傳統扁肉湯 、興化炒米粉、蝦苗拌頭水紫菜同酥炒芋芯,4個人食應該都夠食。蝦苗拌頭水紫菜 ($52)頭水紫菜比一般紫菜更爽更嫩,配以微酸的調味,非常醒胃。九轉小腸 ($79)我非常喜歡呢個九轉小腸,口感彈牙,而且好入味,份量都唔少,加上有火一直保持熱度,相當唔錯。百味黃花魚 ($69位)熟嘅魚我唔多食,不過老婆同外母都係無魚不歡的,外母大讚呢個百味黃花魚好嫩滑,老婆亦食到停唔到口。傳統扁肉湯 ($28位)傳統扁肉湯是每位上的,湯底帶有醋的酸味,最驚喜係扁肉的皮,是以肉製造的,真正啖啖肉。興化炒米粉($78)興化炒米粉配料好豐富,唔會太咸,搭配餐廳嘅辣媽醬,非常惹味。酥炒芋芯($89)呢款酥炒芋芯口感同反沙芋好相似,外層香脆,中間芋頭軟糯,加上砂糖、薑、葱炒香,味道更有層次。雖然我地唔係點左好多款菜,不過由於份量唔少,尤其係碟酥炒芋芯,佢地食量都比較少,去到最後我一個人差不多要清左半碟,捧住個肚行返屋企。餐牌…Read More

每次約屋企人食飯都係一大挑戰,由於父母都偏愛食中餐,屋企附近的中餐館都試勻晒無乜新主義,表弟前日試過popcorn的莆田,讚食物有特式,於是就約父母去試試喇。未到7點莆田已經坐滿人要等位,餐廳門口擺放左一張枱示範整傳統扁肉湯,雖然無師父表演,但媽咪睇擺設都已經話想試😂餐廳好貼心係門口有熱薑茶免費供應,客人可以一邊等位一邊享用熱辣辣嘅薑茶😊等左一陣就到我地入座喇。店內裝修以木色為主,光潔明亮,配以吊扇更添異地特式。我地選的食物都圍繞父母口味為主,當然不少得媽咪最想試的傳統扁肉湯。炸紫菜餐前小食炸得香脆又唔油膩,食多左都唔怕肥。蝦苗拌頭水紫菜酸酸凍凍的紫菜拌上蝦苗,好醒胃,媽咪好喜歡。九轉小腸九轉小腸以火酒膏加熱保溫上桌,入口依然溫暖。小腸中間的肥膏已被除去,入口爽彈無油膩感,而且滷水炆得好入味,我地好快就清晒。傳統扁肉湯媽咪最期待嘅食物,湯底已加醋,入口酸中帶有鹹香味,連平日唔飲醋嘅老公都飲晒。扁肉每粒都好彈呀,肉中釋放鹹香味道,真正皮薄饀靚。百秒黃花魚媽咪話街市好難買到正宗黃花魚,叫我地好好品嚐。黃花魚好滑,魚肉一梳梳,燜到一點腥味都無,連汁都無腥味,不錯!興化炒米粉炒米粉配料豐富:冬菇~蛋~芹菜~小棠菜~豬肉~蝦~蜆。米粉配上餐廳的招牌辣醬好夾,酸酸辣辣好惹味。酥炒芋芯相對以前食過的反沙芋頭,今次係味蕾新享受。芋頭外面被糖霜包圍,又甜又鬆脆,而入面就好軟糯,煙煙韌韌的口感好特別,配以乾蔥等配料炒令香味更突出。今次試咗幾款菜式都好滿意,下次再同父母嚟試其他菜式。…Read More
