 太古坊附近有家馬來西亞小店名叫「檳榔島敍」,風味地道,烹調以香口炸物為主,但唔算油膩,吃到辛香層次,味道剛好。 簡約小店風格,佈置花了些心思。晚上竟然有現場鋼琴演奏,令人感覺興鬆賞心。若然兩個人晚上來的話,多半會選擇二人晚餐因為項目豐富,價錢合理,值得一試。$338 星期一至五$368 星期六日我來過兩次了喜歡這些:沙律先至送上沙律,羅馬生菜車厘茄中,最特別是添加了大樹菠蘿,自然的果甜為沙律提味,調味醬汁可省。 蝦醬風味炸雞翼 皮炸得極酥脆,仍能保持肉汁。馬來沙嗲雞脾肉串沙嗲醬唔算好有味道,但大大粒花生口感好。  馬拉盞一口蝦多士  小巧輕便免過油膩,不失為好主意。 手打馬來蝦餅 +$28已經切粒,一口份量,同樣煎得香口,味道足不過火。馬來生炸雞脾配椰漿飯雞脾炸得好,但依我口味,椰漿飯比較乾。鮮茄蘑菇牛油果薄餅   素食之選,芝士豐富,味道唔錯。 芝味咖喱海鮮焗飯烤香微焦芝士鋪面,芝香洋溢,咖喱味道豐富但不複雜,馬拉風格,非常好配飯。自家製班蘭咖央多士特色在那多士,烤至極脆,近乎餅乾的口感,而饀料除了有班蘭醬之外、有大片牛油,對比明顯,口感及味道皆相當好,估唔是地道做法,心水推薦。 斑蘭龍眼冰甜度適中 Linesman’s Pecheresse  +$28桃味的手工啤,甜美。 大樹菠蘿沙律 $168可考慮散點一客大樹菠蘿沙律平衡炸物之膩,羅馬生菜為主,特色在大量水果,包括大樹菠蘿。  …Read More
