已經是第二次來這裡食了,上次只有一圍人,今次就増加到三圍,還要預早半年前訂位,實在有夠誇張。(多謝葉小姐和爐兄的義務幫手)蚌仁花枝乳鴿甫 ~ 乳鴿味道偏淡,口感一般,平平無奇。桂花蜜餞金蠔 ~ 煎香過的金蠔帶有微微的桂花味及甜味,其實都幾配合。佛跳牆 ~ 一放上枱,大家就嘩聲四起,因看到三串大大粒的鮑魚,加上數不清的魚翅及雞肉等材料,隔水蒸足六小時以上,難怪鮑魚也蒸得非常淋,湯色清切,膠質感強烈,味道鮮甜,真係齒頰留香,湯內的豬前手,咸香味香濃,但因蒸得太久,難免肉質明顯有點變硬,這菜可說是今晚最出色的一味。陳皮蝦 ~ 蝦爽口彈牙,可惜感受唔到有陳皮味。蟹粉豆腐 ~ 豆腐嬾滑,但味道偏淡,蟹粉味道也不是太出色,反而伴碟的菜,更加出色。蝦籽柚皮拼鵝掌 ~ 蝦籽細粒沒有味道,柚皮明顯太淋,今晚比較差的一味。八寶鴨 ~ 一食落口,蓮子的香味,首先帶出,糯米已完全蒸至淋身,和食材完全溶為一體,是一味很飽肚的食物。可惜鴨味平淡。薑蔥蝦籽撈麵 ~ 梘水味過重,就算食物怎麼美味,也失色不少。荷葉飯 ~ 一上枱,奇怪荷葉色怎麼這樣青綠,有小小不安,好在食落也沒有感覺怎樣,飯粒不是太乾身,味道普通,荷葉香味就完全感覺不到。腰果露湯圓 ~ 腰果味道香濃,如可以再杰多一點就更好了,湯圓係芝麻餡,但味道偏淡。…Read More

這天懷著興奮又期待的心情去吃一頓中菜,究竟是什麼來頭的名店?先賣個關子吧!!這份心情像細時爸媽帶我去*鋸扒*前的一刻那感覺,滿心期待在路上會想定吃牛扒,豬扒定貪心哋要什扒!!還要一定扭自己耳朵記住飲黑牛喔,可知車媽媽細時要到扒房吃一頓並非常事啊~這天{會所月經會}一衆成員,朋友,家眷足足三圍為食之人到皇仁書院舊生會一嚐等足半年的飯局,係呀大家冇睇錯我哋早半年前book到今天才有位呢!!所以十分感謝{爐兄},{PJ}勞心勞力為大家張羅促成這趟月經會飯局^0^心情興奮到極點^0^第一味菜亦悄悄上場了,{蚌仁花枝乳鴿甫}色彩鮮豔奪目,內在的桂花蚌和象拔蚌都十分爽脆可口,鴿甫肉味超香濃肉質鬆化,最妙之處大廚用上酸子薑來平衡濃濃肉味~{蟹粉豆腐}這時候吃蟹粉坦白講不應抱有期望,可幸吃下也算不俗,但帶了少許腥味,豆腐挺為嫩滑,但伴碟的菜遠更加吸引我皆因它清甜無渣十分好味^0^萬眾期待的{佛跳牆}像個巨型椰皇般閃耀到來~侍應小心翼翼將燉盅蓋徐徐揭開,一看便倒是三串像元寶般的鮑魚,湯內還有原隻火瞳,老雞,精肉,肥厚香菇及粗針魚翅等名貴食材~篤魚旦大家經常會食,篤鮑魚又試過未,我試過.我真係試過嘻嘻!!車媽媽近年戒了魚翅未能為大家品評嚕!佛跳牆湯色清澈味道濃香喝下真的好鬼滋補囉,肥厚鮑魚咬下質感煙韌,味道芳香馥郁好鬼正囉^0^花菇厚身得很,質地滑溜菌味香濃,另外忘了影相的火瞳好吃到超然,軟糯豬皮加埋鹹香的火腿肉吃罷真的想升仙喔!!最後不得不提係內裡帶軟骨的精肉,肉質淋滑酥軟帶點骨膠原,喝罷此湯真係*快活過神仙*喔^0^從天堂回到凡間時{蝦籽柚皮併鵝掌}巳上檯,這味有點失望呀!!柚皮質感太散淋可幸沒澀味,鵝掌無疑軟滑得來有咬口可惜未夠入味呀!!反而墊底生菜爽脆又好吃~到我朝思暮想的{桂花蜜餞金蠔},桶蠔炸至金黃色再和桂花蜜糖緊緊擁抱,吃時質地還脆口的,桂花蜜糖香甜不膩,唯要挑剔桶蠔的蠔味不夠鮮甜囉!!{陳皮蝦}用上新鮮中蝦,肉地爽口夠彈牙,不知是否個佛跳牆太好味呢?陳皮味真的不太真實呢!!{紅酒燴牛尾配蒜蓉包}車媽媽當然未能品嚐啦!但我帶了一點給車爸爸享用,他吃罷都點頭讚好呢^0^喜歡這兒的蒜蓉包不會脆到剔"界"口好有住家Feel囉!!{八寶鴨}個子肥潤皮膚看下去充滿光澤感,切開後內裡爆餡非常有不少蓮子,瑤柱等吸滿肉香的餡料,鴨肉炆至入口即溶,吃下真的幸福滿滿喔!!{薑蔥蝦籽撈麵}這個撈麵鹼水味實在太出眾我不太喜歡呢!!但{荷葉飯}就唔同喇,飯粒炒得爽身,內藏不少蝦粒,肉粒及菜粒,鮑汁味香濃好吃到痺呀^0^最後的糖水係{腰果露湯圓}救命啊!!這碗腰果露油潤香滑腰果味非常突出,好吃到飛天啊~美中不足係湯圓不夠煙韌軟糯,其實不吃也沒損失囉!!…Read More
