要數香港地道美食,一定少不了燒鵝!這日就與外地朋友趁去開中環順道到一樂食餐燒鵝。 :)  我們都愛吃啖啖肉的鵝胸肉,於是點了燒鵝胸肉飯,配杯凍檸茶,再share碟腐乳通菜,全部共只約$100。以中環來說,消費算平民得很。 一樂店內座位其實算安排得幾密,好在我們是的時候做下午茶又太遲、做晚餐又太早的尷尬時候,所以我們2人亦可獨佔一張4人枱,加上隔離和前後都無其他客,我們可以坐得頗舒適。凍檸茶先到。不過味道只是一般,因為這日的茶香及檸檬香都不夠濃。燒鵝和菜一起到,一下子枱面都放滿了食物和飲品,真係看到以開心。大家一輪拍照後,就開飯了!每碟鵝肉的份量都好足。肉質鮮甜又多肉汁,啖啖肉,伴著熱辣辣的白飯,食得好滿足呢!腐乳通菜的菜都很綠嫩,不過我就覺得腐乳稍鹹,不撈腐乳蛋食通菜更好食。:)…Read More

「一樂」尚未奪得米芝蓮美食推介,已被雜誌、飲食節目,甚至台灣網友不斷讚歎,但我數次路經都過門而不入,從未嘗過其鵝香。最近因為表弟由加拿大回港,想吃盡香港美食,於是充當導遊帶他來試一試。我們一行三人點了兩碗湯瀨粉、一碗湯米粉、一碟腐乳通菜、叉燒及燒鵝下庄,老實說,燒鵝的確皮脆肉嫰,甚少機會可吃到正宗燒味的表弟,連番讚歎不已,猛說:「好正!」我也覺得味道不俗,若是喜歡啖啖肉的老饕,則可能嫌不夠肉地;表弟還讚叉燒很夠味,只略嫌不夠蜜汁的甜,但已較他之前一天在再興燒臘吃的叉燒好吃。若單論食物質素,「一樂」的表現確是交足功課,我們亦願意奉上較市面貴一點的價錢,唯獨店方的服務態度,須長遠改善。雖久聞該店的名「氣」,早已預計要吃便要受氣,也沒料到店方的黑面指數達「神級」,是分分鐘都想趕客離開似的。由於表弟遲到,我和妹妹先到先點先吃,那一個留給表弟的位置空着,一直被職員虎視眈眈,多番要我們讓出座位,因表弟遲遲未來,我們也聽從「指示」。直到表弟抵至,我們再加點食物,其中一位女黑面神竟叫我們外賣帶走,還着我們到門口付款,我們表示是堂,對方一言不發,拒絕落單,我們只好找另一位女職員幫忙,真的很莫名奇妙。我們離開時,表弟提議由他請客,我們卻之不恭。他在櫃枱向另一位疑似老闆娘的女黑面神付款383大元,便走出店外。我見他掏出多張鈔票感奇怪,最貴的燒鵝下庄也只是120元,為何吃出近400元呢,於是代表弟折返問清楚。我只是有禮地問是否多算了一碟叉燒?怎料女黑面神以為我們嫌貴,一臉不屑把單據遞上,面露不悅地回應:「你自己睇喇!」幸好再算清楚,總數應是$273,但她算了$383,還在單上寫着$383,足足多收了$110。女黑面神繼續以極度不滿語調,回應一句「唔好意思,俾返你」,我真的覺得無言......…Read More
