一早聽朋友講呢間邊爐唔錯 呢幾日天氣又咁岩轉涼凍冰冰去打邊爐就fit晒啦而我又怕假日會多人一早叫男朋友book定位咁就萬無一失啦!去到可能太早啦仲未係好多人侍應就即刻安排座位俾我哋呢度嘅座位編排都唔錯非常高私隱度每張枱都會有個屏風格住 唔會怕比啲陌生人見到我狼吞虎嚥既樣
一坐低侍應就俾咗啲調味料我哋呢個都係一般打邊爐都會有齊嘅調味料我哋兩個整完之後都係發現其實我哋都從來無點過啲豉油同調味料因為其實個湯都已經好夠味所以純粹叫做係俾個選擇俾你 點唔點 任君選擇
喺芸芸好多嘅湯底裡面我哋掙扎左好耐終於揀咗鮮椰青雞湯侍應一拎個鍋黎就會即刻炒湯底裏面嘅半隻雞同椰子炒嘅時候已經聞到椰子嘅香味係佢炒嘅同時我哋係咁講「好香」侍應就話一陣間加埋椰青之後會仲香炒完之後侍應會倒少少酒 然後再點火但啲酒揮發後就會倒一個鮮椰青落去佢講得冇錯呀!真係好香椰子味
加完椰青之後侍應就提我地湯滾起之後要即刻飲湯 嗰時嘅湯會係最濃最鮮味個湯好味到我哋每人都飲咗兩碗佢嘅湯好重好重椰子味 配合埋鮮雞嘅味簡直係天作之合 十足我阿媽係屋企煲嘅老火湯一樣
我就10分喜歡湯底裡面嘅椰子啲椰子就算煲到最尾食落口都仍然係好重椰子味 反而隻雞唔知係唔係鮮雞嚟嘅呢所以略嫌有少少鞋 但就都幾有雞味嘅而且佢嘅份量一啲都唔小 食極都仲有!我哋食咗好多雞都已經飽咗一半啦
呢個自家製炸響鈴黎都唔算係非常熱 微暖啦!食得出佢係新鮮嘅因為仲脆卜卜唔會因為擺咗好耐成陣油益味響鈴最正嘅係吸晒啲湯 冇得頂
呢個手打芝心牛丸冇得輸呀首先講佢嘅牛丸非常濃嘅牛味同埋佢會有手打牛丸必有嘅牛筋識落非常之有口感 而佢嘅芝士亦都唔會濃而蓋咗個牛丸嘅香
呢個係麻辣牛肉餃佢入邊嘅料非常紮實 識落啖啖肉佢嘅麻辣唔算好麻但係都幾辣鍾意食辣嘅人千其唔好錯過
最後到我地最期待嘅牛拼盤啦打邊爐肥牛當然係唔少得㗎啦呢個拼盤有晒牛舌 手切肥牛 牛粒 同牛胸爽啱晒我哋兩隻牛魔王
首先講吓安格斯手切肥牛(上圖最左)見佢嘅油花分布得咁平均就知係好野啦食落入口即溶 過後滿滿嘅油香
再講下佢嘅牛舌(上圖中上)牛舌雖然冇手切肥牛嘅油香但佢既牛味 係個口到久久不散!而牛胸爽就比較遜色左啲佢淥左幾秒就會縮到好細食唔出佢有啲咩嘅味淨係覺得好似普通肥牛中間嘅肥膏咁 無咩味仲有嘅係極上手切肥牛佢冇安格斯嘅咁多油花 但佢識落亦都係入口即溶有油香亦比安格斯牛味更重
最後當然唔少得放左係下面既霜降牛粒佢既牛味重到覺得自己据緊扒咁呀!D肉汁多到噴出黎 勁juicy!!!本身我哋叫完都後悔冇叫A5和牛但食完之後完全改觀呀呢個拼盤個份量多之餘又多選擇而且每一樣野都好好食 亦都非常新鮮各位牛魔王一定要挑戰下
