結尾我通常都會食響鈴加麵條。炸響鈴佢地係即炸,一上黎摸到仲熱,而擺入鍋幾秒吸曬湯汁,加埋響鈴半脆半淋既口感,好滋味。而薯粉放入鍋一陣就食得,已經預先泡好左,食完一定夠飽。

今日又嚟胡爐打邊爐。正苦惱應該揀咩湯底時,店員推介一款椰子雞煲。生雞先用熱鍋翻炒,加入少少酒,火槍一點立刻火光熊熊。適當翻炒後加咗湯同椰青水,再滾返之後就飲得。咁好味,飲返2碗先開打邊爐。配料方面揀咗安格斯肥牛, 珊瑚蚌,瑤柱墨丸,黑松露蟹肉餃同紫菜響鈴。瑤柱墨丸係第一次食,真係有見到瑤柱,絕無欺場。黑松露蟹肉餃保持一貫水準。紫菜響鈴係必點,因為唔係度度有。嘢飲點咗一瓶青檸梳打,2個人分真係好夠飲,有好多杯。
