今日小編約左舊同事做節團年,雖然離開左之前間公司已經差不多2年,都有定期出黎食生日飯同埋團年飯既,今年都唔例外。話說以前公司O系青衣,真心偏遠山區對於小編我呢個港島人黎講,但都遷就佢地食飯地點啦,始終佢地本地公司係麻X煩D。今次黎左呢度食團年飯,唔係第一次黎LU,以前O系舊公司返工都有黎呢度食,覺得唔錯,價錢其實唔算特別平但勝在夠鑊氣, 質素黎講唔錯,佢地招牌菜系黃金蝦,真心好好味道! 難得有機會跟一班同事食晚飯, 她們大部份是有小朋友的媽媽, 所以私人時間相對地較少。今次去到較遠的葵芳, 平日我只懂到葵涌廣場shopping, 今次來到金潮小廚是因為其他同事的強烈推介, 加上舊同事跟老闆們認識, 要拎位絕對沒問題, 因這間沒有訂位的...要自己排隊。金潮小廚好受歡迎, 7時多到達已坐無虛席, 而且檯與檯之間都幾擠迫。先來小食 - 鮑汁鳳爪: 我覺得味道較淡, 我較喜歡利苑的鮑汁有黏口感覺, 但有同事們都喜歡食。鮑粒荷香飯: 據說是店招牌菜, 有同事食過都讚口不絕。可惜今次失水準, 這個太乾沒有汁, 將底的材料撈埋也是這樣, 好失望。胡椒蜆湯: 胡椒豬肚湯就聽得多, 胡椒蜆湯就第一次! 不過我較抗拒胡椒辣味, 所以都是抱著一試心態。第一啖飲入口湯好鮮甜, 胡椒味剛剛好不會搶喉, 蜆夠多好大粒, 而且粒粒都沒沙。 冰梅骨: 甜甜酸酸, 肉排夠厚而且入味, 跟白飯食一流。啫啫通菜雞煲: 較鹹, 而且太多肉絲, 喜歡食清炒菜多點。炸肉排: 夠鬆脆, 但仍保留住肉汁好juicy, 而且香味撲鼻。還有同事們另外叫外賣打包回去給家人食, 一路上都嗅到肉排香味!香草蝦球: 賣相美觀, 蝦球夠大隻, 伴沙律醬食好美味, 再配有香草及檸檬香味, 清新醒神, 中和沙律醬膩感, 我連百力滋都食埋~~金沙南瓜: 金沙蝦球聽到多, 南瓜一個幾新配搭。第一口咬下去感覺到外層鬆脆, 然後就有南瓜林林地的質感, 甜甜地中和了炸物油膩感覺, 可能你聽落南瓜個味好單調, 但食落去唔太似南瓜。魚皮: 望到賣相的確好醜怪, 我一向食魚都不食魚皮, 所以見到呢碟會打冷震。但同事說一定要試下, 因為好好味, 唔似食蒸魚的魚皮感覺。鼓起勇氣去挾第一條點豉油, 原來感覺好像食海哲一樣好爽口, 完全對它改觀。有位同事想試南乳炸豬手, 當時我已經好飽不過每人一舊都可以的~hehe。最後一道菜也是很惹味, 咬到豬手的皮好鬆化, 連骨都炸得入味。以上的菜好難在家中食到, 因為要食店才可以煮到咁有鍋氣。大部份菜都是炸的好熱氣, 間唔中食一次都ok既~~~食中菜都是一班人食較好, 可以叫好多個菜share, 每人都是付$150 好抵食。…Read More

我很久沒有來到這個地區了 - 葵芳,因為朋友介紹,我到了這裡一嚐他們口中美味的小菜。到步後,眼見餐廳沒有任何特別豪華裝修,內外都人山人海,心想食物質素一定不錯。等了約25分鐘終於有位(不過要搭枱) 。今晚我們點了一湯三餸,服務員很好,知道我們只有三人,提我們不要再叫,這個份量已經足夠。這間餐廳最好的地方是出菜速度十分快。只是十幾分鐘,我點的菜都到了。黃金蝦 – 三高朋友的敵人。用咸蛋黃兜炒至起沙,薄薄的咸蛋黃漿密密地包圍住已炸的乾脆鮮蝦,味道可口,粉不厚,蝦殼十分乾脆,完全可以連殼入好,咸蛋黃令鮮蝦更有鮮味,味美可口。糖醋排骨 – 甜甜地又唔太酸的汁配上了半肥‎瘦的排骨,所有排骨完全被甜酸汁包住,十分入味,可惜有些排骨真的有點太肥。言而無可否認有些排骨是外脆,肥而不膩,但並不是每粒都是肥瘦相間,有些排骨的肉質頗為多筋,均勻性略遜一籌。瑤柱扒荳苗 – 不但賣相吸引,而且煱氣十足的炒荳苗加上瑤柱,味道可口,份量十足,但瑤柱中有混合了一些金菇。胡椒蜆湯 – 是這裡的招牌菜,湯清胡椒西芹味濃而且份量十足,蜆肉美味但多殼。湯的確有小許辣味,但很惹味。冬天有它,我不會怕凍。我想我會介紹這間餐廳給友人,因為食物質素好,服務生態度親切而且價錢合理。…Read More

星期五黃昏曬完太陽,朋友們問食飯有冇提議呀,就諗起之前見到大排出龍而冇入到去既金潮小廚,心諗咁早,應該唔洗等位掛。就提議試下呢間拿。估唔到真係好食得咁緊要 。曬左咁耐,大家都好鬼肚餓,黎到果然唔洗等,就即刻入去睇餐牌。第一道黎既胡椒蜆湯,好飲到爆,帶有胡椒味既白色清湯,真係唔知點樣煮出黎嫁。我一路飲一路諗,顏色樣貌咁似日式豬骨湯,配上拉麵唔知會點樣呢!第二道係軟殼蟹配米通,個汁個味勁似合味道咖哩海鮮杯麵,幾好「飲」的。軟殼蟹配咖哩,好食就好食啦,但朋友同我都話,如果炸粉少D就更好了。之後呢道菜係用山楂汁去炸豬肉粒,粒粒脆口,酸酸甜甜,開胃又得,做餸又得,唔錯唔錯。主角真係最後先出場,最獲好評既呢個黃金(軟殼?)蝦,蝦肉入口即溶,蝦殼照咬無誤,少炸粉,蛋味濃。我食過既其他坊間小菜館的黃金蝦認真望塵莫及。總之好味好味。碟旁有蛋黃一個,唔通呢個就係個秘訣??其實仲有一道時菜炒牛肉,太普通無影到,但呢道菜反而令我印象深刻。菜嫩肉滑,配上淡味既蠔油,強勁既鑊氣,雖不至於最頂級,但恐怕香港大部分廚師都跟他比下去了。所以,不妨一試。…Read More

今晚同埋屋企人去了葵芳呢間盛傳好掂既食市, 睇下身邊既朋友有無吹水講到咁好食; 六點半去到時門口已經有廿幾人等緊位, 欏飛仔後等到七點九先入得去, 坐位好似茶餐廳咁唔算太窄而衛生都係可以既, 於是點了幾道菜;南乳炸豬手: 炸得外脆內軟味道幾好,值得一試胡椒蜆湯: 實在好精彩, 隻隻蜆都好大隻, 無沙又好肥美, 讚!!白灼魚皮: 我唔食魚皮, 但見其他人都好似食得幾滋味黃金蝦: 炸得幾好食, 蝦縠幾軟身可以食埋, 但咸蛋味唔算突出可以改善薑葱魚腩煲: 試了少少, 個菜幾惹味馬拉盞炒通菜: 雖然無泰國舖頭咁正但都算合格有餘一品粥: 個粥太多料, 有雞有花膠有蠔豉等, 粥底OK的但村料太多了,反而下次會試其他無咁複雜既粥…Read More
