是日與好友到天水圍半島漁港吃晚餐加慶祝一下生日。見到魚缸咁多生猛海鮮再望下燒味部即燒就知要點什麼菜式。開估:係點了豐料老火靚湯,$1之選為極品BB豬,淮山雲耳炒鮮百合,孖寶既清蒸老虎斑仔/豉油皇海生蝦,聖子皇:大大隻聖子皇,肉質飽滿,肉質鮮味。豐料老火靚湯:赤水豆煲鯪魚粉葛更為香濃。極品BB豬:BB豬皮脆,卜卜脆咬落去,肉質肥瘦適中。淮山雲耳炒鮮百合:淮山有著健脾益胃,雲耳百合同樣是有田園色彩。清蒸老虎斑仔:清蒸可以令魚鮮味更為突出。火喉控制得好好令到魚肉保持到鮮嫩。豉油皇海生蝦:海蝦肉質就是有所不同,實肉爽口彈牙。豉油將蝦鮮味帶了高一個層次。再加返枝朝日就清涼返晒。食飽飯梗係要點返個蟠桃大壽包:香口蛋黃配起不是太甜蓮蓉。包皮鬆軟可口。最後仲有紅豆沙送為晚餐畫上完美結果。大大粒紅豆加上陳皮去煲口感起沙又唔會太甜
