呢間咩記打邊爐出哂名,接近食飯時段愈來愈多人,好岩一家大細或朋友聚會,呢到除咗可以食到羊嘅罕有部位,仲有多款海鮮、牛豬雞同串燒,就連傳統中式甜品都有得揀。食左經款覺得特別好食,真係要推介下俾大家<3卜卜蜆濃湯鍋有海鮮嘅鮮甜,外殼乾淨無沙,後肉質飽滿彈嫩無腥味。高鈣肉係前腿夾心肉與扇面骨相連處嘅一塊月牙脆骨,軟組織上面有一層薄薄嘅瘦肉,由於前腿運量大,肉質細嫩緊實,肥瘦相間,以瘦肉為主,肉質鮮甜可口帶脆口,每隻羊只有600g大概3碟肉,帶月牙脆骨係羊肉唯一可以食用嘅軟骨,所以好珍貴。羔羊肉取自180日大嘅羔羊,而且係用四個月月曆以內羔羊,肉質最鮮美鮮嫩,香味重,唔係羶臭味,瘦肉為主,脂肪分布比較多,筋膜較小。羊後腿呢個部份嘅肉更有嚼頭,充滿鮮甜肉汁,肉鮮甜可口,而且肉中夾雜筋膜唔容易煮爛。尾巴肉取自180日大嘅羔羊尾巴,白雪雪,羊香味最重,油脂豐盈,肥而不膩,有豐富膠原蛋白,入口即化~口感似牛胸爽,鍾意食牛胸爽嘅一定鍾意食呢個羊尾巴。招牌經典烤羊小排x 招牌經典烤羊肉串带骨部分烤得得焦香,瘦部分嫩,唔韌,肥部分焦香唔膩,每啖都吃到肉香同油脂香平衡,係優質羊肉。桂花蚌味道又鲜又脆又香,勁中意佢爽脆嘅口感,又無沙。浦燒鮮海鰻繼羊之後覺得最好食既燒海鰻,入口先係醬汁甜,之後係海鰻本身嘅脂香,表皮帶有微微焦香,鎖住左入面嘅油脂,肉質雪白細膩,魚肉軟嫩不爛,最難得係無細刺,好juicy。…Read More

近日轉涼,即刻又想打邊爐或者食羊腩煲,原本係旺角搵緊食邊間,行過路口見到滿街花牌,有間哪口記既新開張,見到個咩字應該係食羊,所以就走左試去睇下一入門口就見到好靚既裝修,有別訴一般火鍋店果啲卡位,工業風加好多香港特色,全部都播緊耳熟能詳既廣東歌坐低左經理就過黎招呼,又推薦我地食咩部位最好,最後就信佢先點左個雞湯$38(未見過咁平),再點左個羊肉拼盤,個拼盤一上場全部人都即刻狂影相,出晒煙好靚拼盤入面有羊上腦,高鈣肉,後腿肉,羊尾巴,百日羔羊,最好食係羊上腦,真係入口唔臊仲有淡淡奶香味!而羊尾巴都好特別,全白色既油脂,唔會有油既感覺,又爽爽口口咁超好味最後唔夠食,再單點多一輪羊上腦同埋高鈣肉!4個人埋單$1200左右,食到又暖又飽落樓,服務都唔錯,經理時不時會招呼一齊飲兩啖吹水問意見如果鐘意食羊既人,我相信試一次之後一定會回頭!…Read More
