因為實在好喜歡飲靚湯,所以嚟咗呢間好出名燉湯嘅店。見到一個個椰子盅,就知一定超級正! 點咗兩個燉湯配飯套餐,都幾多嘢食。一個餐89,一個跟菜同紅豆仙草嘅餐就109。嚟到椰小盅,又點可以唔飲椰小盅?呢個蟲草花乾貝土雞燉鮮鮑椰小盅 原個椰子上,一打開蓋已經有滿滿椰香味。小小嘅椰盅入面有滿滿嘅料,有一隻鮑魚仲有好多雞件。咁多料,個湯當然好鮮甜。呢個仲係佢哋嘅得獎燉湯,唔試唔得。呢度唔係個個湯都係椰盅,所以記得睇清楚,而且椰盅通常好早就賣晒!呢個 花膠排骨土雞燉湯都好足料,有幾塊花膠又有雞肉。啲湯都好咁,但同椰盅比,真係會覺得失色,所以要試記得試椰盅呀~ 一向都鍾意食醋香骨,因為煮到啲肉入晒味,感覺完全唔會膩。呢個焦糖醋香排骨紫薯飯份量感覺有啲少,不過成個餐咁多嘢食都夠嘅。因為啲菜式都唔太吸引,所以揀咗呢個叉燒拼燒腩仔紫薯飯。叉燒可以,唔會太肥,但燒腩仔嘅皮腍咗… 至於個甜品,花倫啫喱個表面似啫喱,但中間唔似,因為係一種鬆散嘅感覺,好好奇到底係點整嘅呢?而個紅豆仙草雖然唔係咩特別嘅甜品,但係整體感覺好好味。 一個餐有齊靚湯,主食同甜品,真係一次過滿足晒三個願望。靚湯真係好正,必試椰子盅嘅燉湯,不過主食就有啲失色。…Read More
