To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch time嚟到，有好多學生同上班一族嚟，好彩叫朋友12點半左右嚟拎定位，唔使等去到12點9左右，已經好多人係門口排隊等位食物都好多選擇同正路，而且價錢比其他日本店平好多除左依啲仲有好多刺身、壽司同卷物揀Lunch set跟既沙律幾清新，仲有好多醬三文魚蟹籽飯($58)有六大塊三文魚，好厚身，都幾鮮甜海膽三文魚飯($68)三文魚相比三文魚蟹籽飯嗰啲無咁肥美而且海膽唔多新鮮，無乜鮮甜味:(粒粒魚生飯($60)份量唔少，都有唔少款既魚生再嗌多左個京葱吞拿魚卷($40)味道唔錯難怪會咁多人嚟，平得嚟質素都唔差…Read More

3.12.2009 6pm出左第一份全職工作的人工,同媽子吃餐好的知道石塘咀新開左呢間壽司鋪,就book位(雖然只係得幾個位)去到坐壽司吧,可以近距離同師傅交流,問佢是日有甚麼是新鮮的云云…活北寄見刺身($45),師傅掂下佢d肉等佢郁下郁下俾我地睇有幾新鮮,很爽口三文魚刺身($35五切), 切得細所以有六切,一樣新鮮貨油甘魚刺身($45五切), 很肥美彩虹卷($50 6件), 紫菜好脆,連埋沙律醬係好夾嫁粒粒魚生飯($48), 又新鮮又多,媽子話佢塊子姜幾好味、唔同出面果d,同師傅傾~話佢專登響日本試左好多間先至訂貨海膽手卷($25 ×2), 食彩虹卷食倒紫菜好脆,以為手卷紫菜都係,點知第一個叫既手卷紫菜係淋哂,媽子吃的就這樣反映,海膽新鮮;到我叫第二個個師傅專登用火炙個火燒脆塊紫菜黎包俾我食,所以我食既手卷超好味玉子壽司($9 2件),見佢既玉子個樣幾特別,問落師傅先知係自家製的,愛吃玉子的我必叫之選,很厚身同好味,推介食完師傅仲好好人請我地一人一球雪糕,綠茶/曲奇味,味道較普通坐呢d鋪頭仔好在可以同師傅交流,有傾有講,原來師傅以前係板X集團做左好耐,宜家就自己開鋪有自己既生意做老闆埋單$282,都算幾抵,唯一唔好係呢度只收現金,唔收咭的...…Read More
