今日與朋友去西貢行下,出法前當然要食餐好先有氣有力。我們到六福菜館,食一食一間連續多年米之蓮餐廳睇下係咪咁正先。我們點了一個海鮮4人餐當中有椒鹽鮑魚,脆皮豆腐,天婦羅桶蠔生菜包,米湯浸時蔬,菠蘿生炒骨,薑蔥炒蟶子皇,上湯焗開邊龍蝦配伊麵。椒鹽鮑魚:超大隻厚身入口爽口彈牙加上鮮甜可口而椒鹽既香味令到鮑魚口感更多層次。脆皮豆腐:薄薄脆口外皮加上椒鹽香味,豆腐嫩滑可口,好一個外脆內嫩的感覺。天婦羅桶蠔生菜包:超級大隻桶蠔睇到目定口呆炸完都保持到蠔入面鮮味蠔汁加上生菜有著清新同鮮味的口感,蠔鮮味十足。米湯浸時蔬:青嫩菜芯加上蒜頭粒。菠蘿生炒骨:肉質好唔會太肥,脆漿夠薄唔會成口粉。火喉剛剛好,三色椒同菠蘿加上甜酸汁都非常惹味開胃。薑蔥炒蟶子皇:蟶子皇一大條,快炒火喉控制得剛剛好,完全鎖住蟶子皇之鮮甜肉汁肉質鮮嫩彈牙,薑蔥更加係令到海鮮鮮味再提高一點。上湯焗開邊龍蝦配伊麵:龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙,厚似既龍蝦加上上湯去煮鮮味一下子都落到伊麵上,而伊麵簡直係吸收左日月精華咁,啖啖似既鮮味龍蝦令人想一食再食。果然食物非常有水準,服務態度都好好。
