呢日真漢子同太太去咗尖沙咀北京道一號嘅「功德林上海素食」,由於係食飯順便探店,所以點嘅菜式未必係最招牌果啲。我哋今次點咗:🥣 竹笙百合北蟲草燉湯 (位)$75飲落非常清甜,冇話加咗太多調味,感覺味道都係來自湯料嘅鮮味,所以都幾真材實料。👍🏻🍲 京滬酸辣湯羹(位)(有蛋)$60打正招牌叫上海素食,但呢個酸辣湯就唔算特別好味。酸同辣度都唔係好夠,而且個素蝦咬落去竟然有啲「死實實」 😑,其實唔加素蝦會更好。湯料仲有竹笙,筍絲,木耳。🐮 沙嗲金菇肥牛煲 $118餐牌上有隻辣椒,估唔到真係幾辣喎。我太太喜歡佢嘅素牛肉,覺得好滑,我都覺得滑,但比較偏好有咬口啲嘅口感。味道上呢個煲冇令人失望,非常入味,亦令人好想叫飯食。😂🐟 羊肚菌扒鱈魚 (有蛋)$128羊肚菌其實响另上果碗汁度,汁基本上係素蠔油調配嘅。鱈魚係炸咗,所以蛋應該用咗响炸漿嘅部分,除非唔係。咬開舊魚睇下咩樣先?咦,豆腐嚟嘅?講真舊炸豆腐好好味,尤其點少少羊肚菌汁食,真係外面香脆,入面嫩滑。但點解唔開心見誠講係炸豆腐呢?真漢子覺得期待食素魚嘅人未必好多,因為間間餐廳用嘅素肉質素都好參差。反而好多人都鍾意食豆腐㗎嘛(無論是否素食者),尤其外國人食中式素食,好多時都會點豆腐嘅菜式(我睇返餐牌英文都係寫 vegetarian cod fish),都未計有啲人好唔鍾意食素肉,所以咁樣命名個菜式真係唔太明智。😅食咗咁多濃味菜式,見佢哋鮮榨果汁就叫嚟飲吓。$38 杯可選蘋果汁,或蘋果汁拼 西芹/青瓜/胡蘿蔔汁。一樣價錢梗係揀雙拼啦,太太揀咗拼西芹,我就揀胡蘿蔔。但竟然係啲部長直接响個 counter 即榨比你個喎,咁搞笑嘅,好「綠野林」喎呢單嘢。🤣蘋果汁加胡蘿蔔汁毫無違和感,而且都同時飲到兩種汁嘅味道,非常好味。太太嘅西芹汁都唔錯,冇咩草青味,十分清新。😙埋單五百幾蚊,送咗兩張 $100 卷可以消費滿 $500 用一張(適用於尖沙咀或銅鑼灣店),兩個月內使用。遊客區嚟講呢個價錢都差唔多啦。😀…Read More

夏日時份最好就是食素,食素對身體較為健康,而且又環保,平時家人都好喜歡食素,偶爾在家都會煮下齋菜,藉著今天是媽媽的生日,較早前我在尖沙咀的功德林上海素食訂了枱食晚飯,慶祝媽媽的生日。尖沙咀的功德林上海素食位於北京道,在朗廷酒店的附近,又鄰近地鐵站,交通十分方便。環境都好寬敞,從落地玻璃窗可以欣賞到海景,夜幕初升的醉人景色,與家人一邊食晚飯一邊欣賞維港的夜景,感覺真是不錯又寫意。飯前先點碗熱湯,我選擇了竹笙百合北蟲草燉湯 ($62),來一碗的滋補燉湯真是不少得,菌帶出濃郁菌味,蟲草花口感煙韌,配合竹笙及百合,好足料。而媽媽選擇了南瓜蟹粉魚翅羹($78),媽媽都大讚南瓜味道相當濃郁,入口都好香甜,蟹粉其實是甘筍粒,當然沒有魚翅成份,都是用粉絲代替了魚翅,更增添了嚼感,質感濃稠,媽媽都大讚好吃。平時我瘁李都好喜歡食叉子餅,今次是素食都是第一次食,我們點了一份素仁鬆配叉子餅($118),素仁鬆爽脆鹹香,調味得宜,將素仁鬆放入酥香的叉子餅中,嚼中散發陣陣香惹芝麻香,真是非常美味。爸爸平時最喜愛食麻婆豆腐, 讓我們試下素食的功德林麻婆豆腐 ($88),與平時食的麻婆豆腐般,都好夠麻辣,豆腐都香滑有豆香,很惹味。招牌菜之一的咕嚕肉($108)更是必食選擇,外表的炸粉都夠脆,入口都好香脆,內饀其實是猴頭菇,一咬有外脆內爽口的感覺,酸酸甜甜讓人十分開胃。最後不忘的當然是甜品時間,媽媽與我都選擇了芝麻湯丸( $42 ),每碗有四粒湯丸,湯丸的外層煙韌軟糯,內有香甜飽滿的的芝麻餡,薑湯夠熱帶微辣,水準真是不錯。健康地點杯鮮榨的胡蘿蔔橙汁($38),鮮榨果汁香甜又足料,營養豐富,在炎熱天氣下來杯新鮮的果汁,馬上解渴感清爽。閒時來「功德林上海素食」來食素都是一個不錯的好去處,地方整潔光猛,服務員招呼殷勤,又難得家人都喜歡食素,在此與家人一同來享用素食都讓人開懷滿足。…Read More

我跟食玩 Group 兩位靚女朋友,間中出來食飯聚一聚! 早前,其中一位靚女因為腸胃不適,因此不能一起食火鍋!:( 有見及此,我提議食素食晚餐吧!:) 她聽見也一致讚好!為了方便尖沙咀上班的她,於是,我們一行 3人相約到尖沙咀北京道 1號 7樓的 <功德林上海素食>!當晚,我們一行 3人都好準時,不約而同分別在北京道1號地下及餐廳門口碰到!尖沙咀北京道1號不論日與夜都是景觀一流!加上以竹林設計為題的 <功德林上海素食> 佔地全層,維港靚景盡入眼簾!供應 創意上海素食!包括:前菜冷盤、滋補燉湯、特色名菜、香辣系列、蔬菜、菇類、暖胃鍋物、鍋巴、飯、年糕、素麵、點心、甜品、飲品等。 另有套餐供應!堅持不加味精、不加色素、少鹽少油;讓食客食得健康! 真是功德無量!更榮獲米芝蓮 2015 & 2016 推介的全港唯一素食餐廳! 竹笙百合北蟲草燉湯 $58雜菌帶出濃郁菌味,蟲草花口感煙韌,配合竹笙及百合,好足料!湯水入口清新滋潤!整碗湯沒有加鹽,無油又健康!:) 認真抵飲!南瓜蟹粉魚翅羹 $78以南瓜的天然橙黃色製成湯羹,:)入口甜美而質感濃稠適中,我都頗為好奇什麼做成素蟹粉?!所謂蟹粉,原來是紅蘿蔔切碎! 一絲絲的素翅都不少!不論賣相及味道,相信大人小朋友都會喜歡!砂鍋獅子頭 $118這是得獎菜式, 大大粒獅子頭入口很熱燙! 獅子頭以豆腐、素翅…等製成, 連內裡都是灰色,好似肉類的顏色!以素蠔油調味,惹味濃郁!配上黃芽白及小棠菜,吸收醬汁精華夠入味!羅漢齋炒麵 $88炒麵香口鬆脆,羅漢齋份量十足! 包括:紅蘿蔔、白果、竹笙、冬菇、蘑菇、豆腐乾…口感豐富!芙蓉炒桂花翅 $98這道菜可以清一清味蕾, 清爽的芽菜,軟滑的蛋白,素翅彈牙可口,其中與火腿看起來沒有分別的素火腿,口味最為突出!酥炸三絲雞卷 $98即叫即炸,口感香脆熱辣辣! 真是無得彈!除了金黃色的外層,還有白色的卷皮,餡料豐盛! 包括:紅蘿蔔絲、素雞絲、西芹…等,不太接受西芹的朋友,也覺得接受整體配搭,其他口味把西芹那種獨特的味道掩蓋得天衣無縫!:)完全內外兼備!高力豆沙 $68 +香蕉 $10未嚐高力豆沙,香氣已撲入大家鼻子嘞!新鮮即製的高力豆沙口感最佳,富彈性又香軟! 表面灑上糖粉,包住紅豆餡及香蕉,意想不到兩者可以夾得來!這裡環境開揚,合理價嚐到富水準的素食,味道很適合大家胃口! 而且不會覺得油膩!:) 令大家食得好開心又滿意!就算是好飽肚,卻不會飽到上心口!肚子感覺舒服!始終素食很容易消化!…Read More
