呢日真漢子同太太去咗尖沙咀北京道一號嘅「功德林上海素食」,由於係食飯順便探店,所以點嘅菜式未必係最招牌果啲。我哋今次點咗:🥣 竹笙百合北蟲草燉湯 (位)$75飲落非常清甜,冇話加咗太多調味,感覺味道都係來自湯料嘅鮮味,所以都幾真材實料。👍🏻🍲 京滬酸辣湯羹(位)(有蛋)$60打正招牌叫上海素食,但呢個酸辣湯就唔算特別好味。酸同辣度都唔係好夠,而且個素蝦咬落去竟然有啲「死實實」 😑,其實唔加素蝦會更好。湯料仲有竹笙,筍絲,木耳。🐮 沙嗲金菇肥牛煲 $118餐牌上有隻辣椒,估唔到真係幾辣喎。我太太喜歡佢嘅素牛肉,覺得好滑,我都覺得滑,但比較偏好有咬口啲嘅口感。味道上呢個煲冇令人失望,非常入味,亦令人好想叫飯食。😂🐟 羊肚菌扒鱈魚 (有蛋)$128羊肚菌其實响另上果碗汁度,汁基本上係素蠔油調配嘅。鱈魚係炸咗,所以蛋應該用咗响炸漿嘅部分,除非唔係。咬開舊魚睇下咩樣先?咦,豆腐嚟嘅?講真舊炸豆腐好好味,尤其點少少羊肚菌汁食,真係外面香脆,入面嫩滑。但點解唔開心見誠講係炸豆腐呢?真漢子覺得期待食素魚嘅人未必好多,因為間間餐廳用嘅素肉質素都好參差。反而好多人都鍾意食豆腐㗎嘛(無論是否素食者),尤其外國人食中式素食,好多時都會點豆腐嘅菜式(我睇返餐牌英文都係寫 vegetarian cod fish),都未計有啲人好唔鍾意食素肉,所以咁樣命名個菜式真係唔太明智。😅食咗咁多濃味菜式,見佢哋鮮榨果汁就叫嚟飲吓。$38 杯可選蘋果汁,或蘋果汁拼 西芹/青瓜/胡蘿蔔汁。一樣價錢梗係揀雙拼啦,太太揀咗拼西芹,我就揀胡蘿蔔。但竟然係啲部長直接响個 counter 即榨比你個喎,咁搞笑嘅,好「綠野林」喎呢單嘢。🤣蘋果汁加胡蘿蔔汁毫無違和感,而且都同時飲到兩種汁嘅味道,非常好味。太太嘅西芹汁都唔錯,冇咩草青味,十分清新。😙埋單五百幾蚊,送咗兩張 $100 卷可以消費滿 $500 用一張(適用於尖沙咀或銅鑼灣店),兩個月內使用。遊客區嚟講呢個價錢都差唔多啦。😀…Read More
