因為係openrice入選之店,所以就同男朋友來朝聖,星期二晚七點半來已接近full哂。先來一條鹽燒石蚌,🐟表面佈滿粗鹽,魚鱗沒有擦走,所以燒完,魚肉仍充滿肉汁,質感細嫩,而且極道鮮美!超班嘅燒魚!磯燒雞泡魚干,基本上係必點之佐酒小食,魚干燒得十分香口但又不會太乾和太’銀’,燒汁入味不需要沾沙律醬, 調味已經足夠好吃。手打鮮墨魚棒中間穿了香茅,鮮墨魚滑有粟米口感十足,而且香茅入味,創新得來好好吃!鹽燒先雞皮有別於其他食店的燒雞皮,完全沒有多餘油脂,每塊都超香脆可口, 問店員才知道原來是老闆會印走所有油,才串起雞皮去燒,十分認真!令雞皮原本的味道完全呈現出來!燒雞中翼調味和雞皮一樣,不過肉汁就多好多而且燒得剛剛好!香燒脆皮豆腐,有燒乾腐皮的口感,一層層日本油揚豆腐質感,雖然烤乾但味道十足!芝士焗雙花,芝士極多極多,濃郁奶香,不過我喜歡西蘭花多個椰菜花🥦!必選蔬菜類難得有間燒烤店每一道餸都用心新製作,而且美味可口!店員服務態度一百分💯,一定要再返來!…Read More

去到東大街食飯,揸車去唔怕冇位泊,有個時租停車場平日都係$15個鐘,都化算喎。見到間小店以日式串燒為主既桻之燒,雖然座位唔算好多,8:00入坐,好在唔洗等,剛好有位。可以先唔看餐牌,齋看牆上掛著的幾十款木牌,已知點咩食,見到每枱必叫乳鴿,我平時最愛醉雞,所以期待佢著名既太白鮮農場醉頂級乳鴿$158,都算大隻,唔只一開四咁少。店員一放下已聞到好大陣酒香味,滲晒入乳鴿,好香醇味道,肉質較實肉,唔會太淋。 再叫了海鮮, 蒜香燒原隻象拔蚌$88兩隻一碟, 好多汁,蒜蓉香味夠濃,仲有叫了甲羅燒,滿滿蟹肉撈埋青瓜絲蟹籽,唔會太咸味。叫了二人套餐$468,有齊我地心儀菜色,先來前菜"一口蠔", 新鮮生蠔,加入蕃茄碎一齊食,好鮮味,個shooter 杯夠別緻。第二味係超大片既磯燒雞泡魚干,面層焦香,濃郁既蜜汁漿口,咬下厚片有口感,香甜。 選了清酒日本沙白, 外形好似蜆咁,好大隻,有成十幾隻。湯汁有陣陣酒香,清甜浸住蜆肉啖啖都係蜆汁。再來既係汁燒雞脾菇, 一串三塊,唔會燒濃,醬汁味帶出菇味。同時間上既係美國安格斯牛小排串, 最愛燒牛肉粒,仲要係Angus beef ,好香牛味,唔會好油膩,串埋車厘茄同大蒜燒。串燒當然唔少得雞翼,跟餐再散叫共四隻,有花雕醉香雞翼同鹽燒, 醉雞翼較甜蜜、鹽燒雞翼個雞皮較脆,帶出雞肉香味。蝦多士平時試得多,第一次食蟹多士, 用鬆脆法包托底, 面層係蟹肉撈入沙律醬,再面洒上蟹籽,精美小食,像party finger food , 好似未夠飽,套餐仲有一大碟飯,好震撼,一大個黑松露燒大啡菇意大利飯, 啡菇好像一塊扒咁大,黑松露味香噴噴, 意大利飯淋身,啱晒香港人口味,唔硬,食埋剛好。最後叫飲品,巨蜂乳酸梳打同菠蘿乳酸梳打,不過因係溝糖精,較甜。每人約$250 ,食到幾樣海鮮,勝在新鮮。…Read More
