青衣城第二期開了,有不少開飯新選擇。不要以為只有二期有新嘢,其實一期都大執位。丼丼屋搬上二層,原來的服裝店都變成食肆。這天跟朋友來吃的是以懷舊茶記特色作招徠的羅麥記。 餐廳內最令人印象深刻的裝潢就是牆上「全院滿座」的大字,氣勢如虹。看店內座無虛席的場面,就知道餐廳內這四字絕對掛得「穩」。 餐牌圖文並茂,照片裡的佈景都花了不少心思,單是那格子檯布,已滲出不少懷舊元素。 食物選擇眾多,小食,焗飯,撈麵,中西 fusion 菜式及甜品樣樣俱備,心大心細之下,我們才得出以下清單:- 蝦多士- 麥SIR 乳鴿仔- 磚頭焗咖哩軟殼蟹飯- 黑松露卡邦尼撈丁- 懷舊香蕉船 蝦多士 $60蝦多士這食物不難做,但很少餐廳願意做,因為工夫多,而且成本不少。蝦多士要好吃,蝦肉一定要夠多,多之餘亦要花時間和工夫將它打至起膠,現今愈來愈少餐廳會做了。這碟蝦多士有5塊,份量尚可,賣相雖未至於超吸引,但也不會影響食欲。蝦多士新鮮炸起,外皮脆而不覺油膩,實屬難得。蝦膠足料彈牙,吃起來啖啖肉。表面加上了蔥花芝麻更增加了香味,值得一試!麥SIR 乳鴿仔 $58 通常在酒樓才會吃到的乳鴿,竟然讓我在這裡有機會嘗到,自然不會錯過。雖然我跟朋友只能一人一半,但都很滿足!乳鴒皮香肉嫩,滿是肉汁香油,我可是吃得津津有味呢!磚頭焗咖哩軟殼蟹飯 $95 我們發現這個焗飯系列差不多是每桌客人的必食之物,可能因為大份夾飽肚吧!磚頭焗飯有多個配搭選擇,我們想吃個特別的,就選了咖哩軟殼蟹。 磚頭焗飯外形巨大,麵包磚內充滿飯粒之餘,頂部更舖蓋著大大隻軟殼蟹,十分吸睛。麵包磚邊緣焗得金黃帶焦香,而軟殼蟹炸過,吃起來酥脆香口;沾上咖喱汁吃,滋味無比。 磚頭內的是白飯,要是能變為炒飯底就完美了。朋友更貪心,笑高要是咖哩汁內可以加入薯仔的話,更能夠增添層次,這飯會更完美呢!黑松露卡邦尼撈丁 $68 看到黑松露和卡邦尼,我就已經瘋掉了。當這個口味與出前一丁麵配搭起來,又不知有甚麼火花呢?撈丁一來,香濃的黑松露味甫即傳來;快速將温泉蛋拌勻,生蛋汁消失得無影無蹤後,就是我可以開動的時候了。享用的時候,味蕾和嗅覺都被芝士香和黑松露的香味充斥著,所以,每一啖都吃得超滿足。原來,出前一丁可以取代意粉的。懷舊香蕉船 $40沒想過,在茶記也可以吃甜品,毋須轉場。有得揀,當然揀香蕉船來懷緬一下小時的快樂。「香蕉船」,吃的是回憶,小時候哪有這麼多甜品吃?一次過可以吃三個雪糕球已經令人很滿足。這個香蕉船上,左右兩側以香蕉圍著中間的三個不同口味的雪糕球。一口香蕉,一口雪糕,很久沒有這樣吃雪糕,吃香蕉了。雪糕慢慢地在口內溶掉,小時的快樂回憶也慢慢在腦海浮現。…Read More

晚上七時,新開張的<羅麥記>全院滿座,懷舊裝潢像七十年代的電影院,餐廳多款的地道美食,讓味蕾也重温美好時光。黑松露卡邦尼撈丁 $68卡邦尼撈丁是中西合璧的菜式,新穎配搭令人留下深刻印象。撈丁一上枱,飄來濃郁的黑松露香,拌勻温泉蛋和芝士粉,撈丁入口稠密,柔滑的白汁香甜,配合煙肉,啖啖滋味、窩心! 出前一丁代替意粉,帶來彈牙口感,著實不錯。避風塘鮮魷 $58避風塘鮮魷是必點推介,炸至甘香酥脆,薄脆的炸漿,包著有嚼勁的鮮魷,口感脆而可口。表面舖滿蒜頭、乾蔥及椒粒,惹味香辣的味道,十分吸引! 蝦多士 $60蝦多士香脆油潤,蝦膠夾合芝麻和莞茜,沾上沙律醬,超級邪惡。只是莞茜略嫌奪過蝦膠的鮮味,我認為不添加,感覺更佳。磚頭焗咖哩軟殼蟹飯 $95磚頭焗咖哩飯份量巨型,麵包磚焗至邊緣焦香,3隻金黃軟殼蟹及滿溢的咖喱汁,令人胃口大開! 切開麵包磚,米飯濕潤,配合酥脆無比的軟殼蟹,是雙重美味。有咖喱汁另外附上,可以跟據口味作調較,如果咖喱中有薯粒點綴,感覺更美味。麥SIR乳鴿仔 $56乳鴿仔炸至油光亮澤,外皮脆卜卜,咬開表皮,油香滿佈,吃到舔舔脷。只是內裡肉汁未算豐盛,但整體不錯。蜂蜜紅豆西多士 $28蜂蜜紅豆西多士是邪惡的化身,把大大塊牛油,塗上新鮮熱辣的西多士,牛油慢慢溶化及被吸收,令人垂涎! 西多士內層夾滿紅豆蓉,蜜甜、軟綿,加上蜂蜜的升華,是嗜甜者的摯愛! 懷舊香蕉船 $40懷舊香蕉船是最簡單的味道,香蕉夾著3球雪球,分別是芒果及芋頭味,配上朱古力醬和topping,甜入心扉! 我很貪心地想,如果雪糕可以自由選擇口味更佳。總括而言,<羅麥記>價錢大眾化,上菜速度快,同幾位好友幫襯,可以試到更多元化的美食。…Read More
