今晚約左男友人食韓燒,睇完餐牌後都係決定食鰻魚飯,好似好吸引咁,男友人就叫左個燒肉餐。爐開左之後,喺蛋漿上加人粟米同芝士就等佢熟。首先燒左豬皮,好香,唔錯!然後就燒磚頭五花腩,好肥厚,用個熨斗板壓一壓會較快熟,前後反左幾次終於燒好,然後剪成一條條就食得。豬肉味香,點啲醬油一齊食都幾好味。燒完豬個鰻魚飯就到啦,比我預期嘅大條,好正呀!鰻魚味道好好味!什至比燒肉仲好味。中間有層玉子,入口係半熟,蛋好滑,一啲都唔老。燒完豬之後就換個網燒牛啦。牛分別有一口雪花牛粒,牛肩胛同m9霜降西冷,味道黎講最滿意牛肩胛,入口油香四射,肉切得夠薄,好滿足。最後飲多杯荔枝特飲,like fb送架,份量夠哂大杯,配燒肉就最啱!…Read More

食韓燒食得多,今日同友人去開元朗,試下依間,熨烤達人。裏面的裝修很cyber,坐倚是可以揭開的,方便顧客放隨身物品,很好的設計。原來每張枱已預備了些芝士,粟米和一些配料,準備燒烤時放進蛋液中一起烤。見到餐廳內的侍應都是後生仔,女好有活力。看了餐牌後,費時傷腦筋,所以,叫了個熨斗烤壓拼盤同,見原隻八爪魚做特價,都叫了一份包括磚頭五花楠 400g牛肩脾肉100g ,一口雪花牛粒,調味朱皮120g ,M9 霜降西冷80g磚頭五花腩,第一次燒咁大舊肉,侍應教就是要用熨斗壓著燒底,面3分鐘,再剪開一件件燒。用熨斗壓著燒,很好玩,五花腩啲脂肪出晒嚟,燒完後,好像食緊燒肉,沾了醬汁,包著提供的生菜一起吃,無咗五花腩的油膩,大大件包著食,又是另一種風味.朱皮因是熟的,所以,燒一燒就食得,好爽,有啲咸味。牛肩脾肉, 比起M9 西冷應該厚啲那種,因是牛肉,燒一燒就食得雪花牛粒,因是方型,要燒耐一點,吃落好有趙口,比起牛肩脾肉,更有牛肉味全隻八爪魚,觸鬚很長,要用較剪剪開才可以燒,燒完沾上醬汁,很爽好,份量好多。Cider Special 草莓味,很大個杯,樽Cider倒轉插在杯內送上的,淺淺的粉紅色,可能溝了Cider ,所以草莓味並不太濃,但份量夠,可以清除燒烤的熱氣。今餐食完好滿足,但個熨斗都有啲“份量”,有啲手軟,哈哈…Read More

今日和友人到元朗探完朋友,唸住喺埋元朗開餐,但毫無頭緒,在街閒盪之時,見到這張Banner,“熨烤達人”,韓燒就食得多,但什麼叫熨烤呢?好奇之下,便和友人去了這間餐廳醫肚。餐廳用了類似鐡的物料做牆身,有數部電視播著韓著韓國歌,每張枱都放著一個“熨斗”,這些前菜每枱都預備好放在枱上.看後餐牌,決定叫個“熨斗烤壓套餐”,飛魚籽沙律.首先餐廳送上2人份量的胡椒湯,飲下很香黑胡椒味,辣辣的又不太鹹,很驅寒,好味。首先送上的就是.熨斗烤壓拼盘,當中有豬肉,牛肉,侍應很詳細解釋如何用個“熨斗”磚頭五花腩,餐廳已將這件“磚頭”半切開了5 件,就是用這個熨斗壓著來燒。壓著的時候,豬皮的脂肪就滲出來,很香,當煎完上,下兩邊後,就可剪開一件件,再煎剩餘的位置。生的時候看似很肥,但煎完後,脂肪已滲出大部份,沾上韓國醬,包上生菜,可吸收埋餘下的油,豬肉雖然煎了很久,但吃下去唔覺靭。調味豬皮,啡色薄薄一塊,買相真的不討好,有些卷曲,侍應亦示範用熨斗壓著燒一會就可食因已熟,食下是爽的,鹹鹹地.可能吃慣豬皮,魚蛋啲豬皮,所以,bond bond 唔係咁習慣這種口感。燒完豬肉,侍應換上了網板燒牛肉。一口雪花牛粒,咬落幾有咬口,唔靭。但牛肩脾肉和霜降西冷,bond bond 就不識分,但都是薄薄一片,燒一燒就食得,好香口。飛魚子沙律,很多魚籽,配上沙律醬,卜卜聲連同青瓜,蟹柳一起吃,很清新.食下疏菜,可以心理上減低了些罪惡感 .餐廳侍應大部份都是20出頭的後生仔女,好有活力,襯返韓國style .…Read More

知道元朗開咗間特色韓烤,義不容辭地約哂成班老友黎玩下食下店內裝潢好可愛新潮,用嘅櫈都係the avengers本店好玩之處 大熨斗 從來未試過用熨斗煮野食(屋企嘅小朋友切勿模仿 )每張枱櫈都有自己嘅角色,黑寡婦成個地方好似置身於機地咁,設計別出心才啲爐具抽油煙機都係韓國專程運返黎,務求做到百分百完美有幾位就緊係叫下5同類別嘅味道:叫左個脆卜卜 大圓手攪飯,睇得,玩得,吸晴又好味材料跟飯被放置得整整齊齊而中間有脆米、青瓜絲、紫菜、沙律醬、吞拿魚、三文魚籽、雪糕筒等等 感覺有少少5夾,但店員解釋後,方明白: 原來用雪糕筒同甘色彩繽紛全為吸引小朋友多吃飯,誘騙佢地食緊雪糕咁好味道的而且确,同朋友搓下搓下又影下相真係好快樂每啖飯充滿住沙拉油紫菜青瓜鮮魚,脆口但甜甜的,青草新鮮味及魚鮮味帶入飯中,加上雪糕筒,卜一聲滋味如果份量再多啲就好啦之後又食左原隻八爪魚,第一次見成隻八爪魚上碟好彩已經死咗,如果5係我覺得自己好殘忍講下隻八爪魚先 呢度嘅店員好細心咁為我地解釋如何處理,燒法,同食法:)細心又詳細 值得一讚跟住佢地嘅方法,我地開始剪開腳同頭,身同內臟,先烤熟啲腳其實都5易烤,火嘅控制要做得好好我地烤得半焦咁 但變相脆口左,鮮味依然喺度每個部位所帶出嘅味道不一,全憑你嘅烤功;淨返嘅半隻,由店員阿蚊幫手烤,佢為人細心又善談,一路會教大家如何燒呢樣個樣,笑容又親切,呢度嘅服務好可加呢度嘅小菜都5錯,有茄子、醃蘿白、浸薯仔、2款5同辣度嘅泡白菜、醃青瓜、醃芽菜、菇等等。。。:)每款都好好味 5會太辣 大眾化 醒胃醒神主菜係肉套餐,有豬皮,肉眼扒,M5雪霜牛肉,牛脊骨Bravo 高檔中價享受豬皮易熟,爽脆但多油,細心1看會發現餐廳logo正正在豬皮上印著牛脊骨俾人特別嘅感覺,幸好憑店員熟稔嘅手法,我先先吃出有咬口而不韌嘅美味肉眼扒烤壓得4成熟,肉汁漏哂出黎,juicy到不得了蔬菜類都5錯,幫忙吸收了大部份嘅油膩感:)每個爐都配有雞蛋 配料有泡菜、芝士、玉米粒供大家調節雞蛋口味雞蛋嫩滑程度因個人喜好變化我地還加了舊五花腩,一睇就知打大佬咗厚好難燒,跟住佢地嘅講解 2手並用夾同熨斗,令五花腩盡在掌握之中,燒到油脂慢慢流出,變成可口調味品,整舊豬腩漏走多餘嘅油份,食落去肥而不漏呢1餐總結黎講開心輕鬆,學到野,燒到,玩到,亦都好吸晴可惜人流5多,始終天氣仲好寒,門口位置入風,希望下次更加溫暖來吃P.s.紀錄一下來回味…Read More
