昨天和朋友去位於深水埗福榮街103號的醉藥雞吃午飯。點了三個菜,包括砂鍋胡椒豬肚雞(半隻)、口水雞(半隻)和人蔘湯浸娃娃菜。另外加一碗飯。先上口水雞,藍色花紋的白色瓷碟盛着的口水雞,油亮亮的,上面是一些黑紅色的醬料,還撒上白芝麻,見着它,我的口水快要流出來,趕忙吞回去。同時間,提起筷子,夾一塊來解饞。先是一陣冰涼,咬一口,滿口的的雞味,喚醒了我味蕾,繼續咀嚼,感覺嘴裏麻麻的。透過我的味蕾感應,我知道那些醬料有辣椒干、花椒、蒜泥、干葱等用料,醬料很野味。加上香滑的雞皮,鮮嫩的雞肉,口感先是冰涼後是麻辣,很過癮。這道菜得配上白飯,說真的,我一個人也能吃一大碗呢。接着上桌的是砂鍋胡椒豬肚雞和人蔘湯浸娃娃菜,兩個菜都是熱氣騰騰的。黑色的砂鍋下面還有一個白色盤子墊着,怕是太熱了,方便侍應端上桌子。满满的一大鍋雞湯,湯裏是雞塊和豬肚,中間還放上一些花椒,起畫龍點睛的作用。我先夾了一塊豬肚吃,剛好能咬爛,不錯。豬肚太硬没法咬得動,吃起來費力;煮太久了,又會沒口感,這個火候剛剛好。然後喝一口湯,熱騰騰的,味道剛剛好,不鹹不淡,雞湯濃郁鮮味,是我喜歡的味道,我連喝了兩大碗。這道菜的雞是熱食,和口水雞不同,但同樣都雞味濃郁,我同樣愛吃。最後吃人蔘湯浸娃娃菜,娃娃菜是一貫的清甜,也許是用湯浸着,沒有煮太久,所以清甜之餘又爽口。喝一口湯,有人蔘的獨有的甘苦味,用人蔘煮菜,感覺就是滿滿的健康味道。兩個人很快就將這三道菜吃光了,我倆還真能吃。這一頓飯,吃得真滿足。美食當前,盡情享用,完全將減肥一事抛諸腦後。這是我第一次吃口水雞,一吃就愛上。下次再來吃,帶上我的侄子,他特愛吃豬肚雞,相信他必定喜歡。…Read More

上星期五同同事經過福榮街都只係見到得車仔麵要排隊,有望過下依間新開嘅醉藥雞,但無幫襯到,因為已經食完晏。過兩日見到網上有片介紹喎,好似幾正咁,所以呢日即刻衝去食。誰不知唔夠一個星期再去到,個場旺咗勁多🙈,我哋下午一點去到,要等咗兩張枱先入得;但原來高峰期係一點半,門口好多人排隊,又好多人等外賣。餐廳新開張,所以裝修都好新淨,採用咗湖水藍做牆身嘅色,並放置咗唔少中式碗碟做裝飾🍽。環境好乾淨,座位亦都闊落,坐得舒適。可能天氣仲係涼涼地嘅關係,我哋眼見每一個食客都係食緊一鍋熱辣辣嘅嘢🍲。再者,係呢到招牌嘛!餐廳無做午餐,全日都係同一個餐牌,選擇非常多,除咗砂鍋雞同生滾麵外,仲有冷盤同各式小食。老實講,全部都幾吸引,款式老少咸宜,價錢合理。雖然等上菜嘅時間稍長,但呢個等侍係絕對值得㗎😊。因為兩個以砂鍋上嘅雞湯麵,都係新鮮滾熱辣送上,啲蒸氣升到吧吧聲,睇得出個湯真係啱啱滾完。不過要小心唔好掂到個鍋邊⛔️。砂鍋雞鮑翅($98),呢個價錢食到真嘅魚翅加鮑魚真係邊到搵😋,真材實料,好正!雞湯味道超濃郁,個人認為係偏鹹少少,但完全無問題,掛米線一流。配料方面,足料唔使講,魚翅唔係得條蝦毛咁細,係大大片👍;鮑魚有兩隻,亦都唔太細隻,應該係同酒釀嗰隻一樣味的,但放湯後酒味弱啲。雞件份量唔少,即使唔係髀,都有好多肉食,並且無乜碎骨。砂鍋胡椒豬肚雞($68),我本身以為同雞鮑翅個湯差唔多味,點知佢係胡椒味重,似好正宗嗰種,又唔會太嗆喉;不過食到底就要隔開啲胡椒同八角。粉麵方面,我就搭配咗銀針粉,其實味道係夾嘅,但食落好唔方便,因為太瀡😂,有時間慢慢食就好,下次我會試刀削麵或者粉絲。另外,豬肚絲好爽口,而我嗰碗嘅雞仲要係雞髀嚟🍗!雞肉就算放喺熱湯到都無變老,肉質保持鮮嫩。醉三鮮(鮑魚、蝦、花螺)($85),一場嚟到就試埋佢嘅「醉」系列啦。同樣地,呢個系列亦都係好出色,酒香濃郁,不過唔會有好難入口嘅感覺,而且仲有少少甜添🤤。我好怕食物嘅酒味太重,呢度剛好。蝦有三隻,啜蝦皮時食到啲汁好正🦐;鮑魚只得一隻,但勁好食,花雕酒味滲透哂全隻,加上口感好彈牙、唔韌,唔係平日好硬食完覺得好難消化嗰種。花螺就有七、八粒,但懶懶嘅我覺得要拆肉比較麻煩😅。溏心醉蛋($12),🥚睇相就知隻蛋係做到溏心嘅效果。上碟時已經切開咗兩半,旁邊加咗幾粒杞子,醉蛋嘅味同醉三鮮嘅酒味一樣,不過同事覺得好似無咁濃,我就覺得分別不大。所以如果一個人想食砂鍋雞,又想食「醉」系列,嗌呢隻醉蛋絕對係一個好選擇!最後,我哋各自加咗$5要豆漿,原來係支裝的。$5都抵叫,食熱野解解佢都唔錯。總括嚟講,我估唔到深水埗開咗間咁高質嘅滋補砂鍋雞.養生藥膳店🥢,食物有賣點,唔係周圍有得食,無論追求健康嘅後生一代或長輩都好啱食,加上性價比高,真係無得輸。雖然餐廳忙到七彩,但幾位女店員仍然保持好好禮貌。我相信如果餐廳能夠保持呢個高水準,長做長有,直頭可以開分店😉。…Read More
