各路高手成日話「色、香、味」要俱全先叫上乘。呢個醉雞鍋,完全符合呢D條件。

「味」-講完個雞煲賣相同酒香點吸引,終於都要講主角-雞;但講雞之前,先講講配料。
呢次叫個砂鍋,由於以藥湯做基底,所以除左微微黃酒味之外,湯底見到紅棗、淮山,另外加左疑似老姜(?)。不過,小弟完全唔覺得個藥湯「燥熱」,反而覺得好舒服。以微微酒味帶出雞湯的清、甜。着實加分。
如果好似小弟甘,追求飽肚感,麵底可以選粗麵類,例如刀削麵;相反,可以選配米粉、瀨粉之類,以享受食材同湯ge味道為主。
然後到「雞」。小弟唔系食家,所以唔識得分雞ge品種,同埋系唔系冰鮮、雪藏之類。但系,咬到雞肉個刻,突然間有種「呢D先系應該有ge雞肉味道」感覺。連皮帶肉,肉質算嫩滑,皮唔會太油膩。連埋湯食落口個下,最後一個字-

當天氣越黎越反覆無常,令我地身體越黎越差,但又未必的起心肝做運動,甘不如先從飲食開始,慰勞一下因平日拚搏而操勞ge身體,等自己開心一下。
雖然個砂鍋雞真系幾熱,但呢間店,小弟覺得可以作為「個人小小食療」第一步。

之前行過都想試,但係午膳時間lunch hour 真係超多人,今日係星期六,所以過嚟試一試。招牌砂鍋藥膳雞刀削麵見一攞出嚟煙霧瀰漫,已經知道 煮得好熱 ,staff 真係非常之小心.70蚊喺深水埗已經覺得係超抵嘅價錢,一大鍋,一定夠飽。味道好濃嘅藥膳咁啱講緊呢幾日嚟緊返風,真係好補身見menu仲有醉雞或者係最乳鴿等嘅餐,下次可以再試值得encore

講返個天氣,啊,真係啱啱好,就係適合嚟食啲熱辣辣嘅菜式。但係食完醉牛舌之後,我嘴巴有啲乾,幸好有啲蜜糖檸檬搭配,啲酸甜嘅口感令我舒服咗啲,又即刻補返啲水份。

而家,就等待我哋嘅主角——砂鍋胡椒豬肚雞出場啦!砂煲打開,一陣香氣迎面撲來,啲胡椒同埋豬肚嘅香味真係令人垂涎三尺。豬肚煮得腍滑入味,加上啲雞肉同胡椒,真係味道好濃郁。特別係啲胡椒,我可以明顯感受到佢地嘅新鮮同埋辛辣,令呢道菜更加特出。不過,要留意啲胡椒嘅份量,唔啱食辣嘅人可能會受唔住呢個嘅。

食飯嘅時候,我同啲朋友細細傾下,原來佢哋都係頭一次嚟呢度。我就即刻分享返我之前嚟呢度嘅經歷,睇佢哋啱唔啱嚟吖。不過,無論啲意見點睇,呢度嘅食物質素都係唔可以否認嘅。

食完之後,我哋一行人都大讚呢度嘅醉藥雞真係物超所值,個個都滿足而歸。下次,我一定會帶埋屋企人一齊嚟,分享呢份美味!

深水埗砂鍋雞🐔每次嚟到深水埗附近都會去食呢間醉藥雞🐔大大鍋仲要有得揀麵底🍜有米線、米粉、粉絲唔同麵,今日嗌咗個砂鍋雲吞雞$70同醉鵪鶉蛋🥚上菜速度算快,個砂鍋嚟仲滾緊起哂泡🫧不過食嘅時候真係要小心掂到個鍋,因為都好辣手,尤其是有小朋友更加唔好畀佢掂到👋🏻雞嘅份量正常,不過冇乜肉😕好彩入面有2粒雲吞🥟雲吞足料,真係有粒蝦喺入面🦐同埋麵底都算大份,粉絲好入味👍🏻醉鵪鶉蛋份量算多,2個人最後都食唔哂🫣始終食得多好滯飲品嗌咗枝裝豆漿,不過枝豆漿口啤得好實搣唔開,唯有搵職員幫手篤穿佢先插到飲管🥤最後兩個人埋單二百幾蚊,深水埗嚟講唔係平價餐廳,但質素算唔錯同埋唔係好洗等位,上菜又快😂

🍽環境:餐廳面積唔大,坐位大約得34~5個,所以一開門無耐就已經坐滿人,環境就普普通通,但裝修都幾別致有特式,整體都乾淨企理。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:員工服務都ok,我見佢地爆晒場,仲有好多人排隊叫外賣,但佢地仍然keep到好有禮貌。


💰💸價錢:埋單就$227無加一,價錢都算合理。


🐲💬總結:我覺得佢地嘅湯底同醉冷盤係做得出色嘅,但亦有不足之處,另外小食亦有待改進。

藥饍湯當然少不了藥材, 例如紅棗, 淮山, 另外還有雲耳, 微微花雕味, 整個湯藥材味不算重, 反而甜甜的合我胃口。雞件很滑, 刀削麵不是昝很正中有咬口那種, 是我喜歡的口感 😊
