自問疫情嚴重期間真的很乖很聽話,完全沒有外出吃過飯沒有見過朋友,所以當限聚令一放鬆,餓了很久的我即刻兩眼發光約人吃飯逛街。太久沒有外出吃飯,看到什麼都好似好好吃也好想吃,而這家石鍋堂的門面做得就很吸引人,石鍋裡滿滿地鋪著豐盛的材料,行,就吃這個了!落座後看了看餐單,餐廳主打的石鍋類有分石鍋烏冬和石鍋飯,似乎就以烏冬佔比更重,每款烏冬還有5種不同湯底可供選擇,價錢也會因應湯底而有所不同,其他主食則還有蛋包飯和茶漬飯。另外還有一些炸物啊燒物啊日式沙律之類的。吉列芝士豬扒,熱辣可口,內裡芝士熱熔流心,賣相和味道都不錯,份量不算大,但作為我們的開胃菜,已經充分勾起了食慾。原條鰻魚蛋包飯。這鰻魚的份量真的是相當有誠意了,肉厚Q彈,感覺吃的是滿嘴的膠原蛋白,照燒汁份量也控制得很好,不會過鹹。不過蛋包飯裡的飯似乎不是炒飯底,如果是炒飯底的話,相信滋味絕對會再升級。石鍋堂海鮮石燒手打烏冬。一見到5款可選湯底中還有我愛的黑松露味道。。。而且既然這裡敢用烏冬作為的主打菜色,不試試怎麼能行呢。這石鍋烏冬被端來的時候已經一路飄著黑松露的香氣,再攪拌一下,黑松露醬更好地融入了熱湯,而藏在熱湯底下的海鮮料也滿滿地出現在了眼前。帶子、蜆、蠔、蝦、蟹柳、魚板。。。也太幸福了吧。伴著濃濃的黑松露香菇湯底,烏冬的滋味也濃厚了起來,重點是,烏冬的份量超多,好像怕人嘗不夠這鎮店招牌似的。雖然並沒有多叫其他小食,但最後已經是吃到飽到要抱著肚子離開的狀態,好吃又實惠,這就是對這家店的總結。…Read More
