屯馬線通車後,去九龍城真係好方便,今日就登等約朋友仔去九龍城「上戶酒場」食晚飯,在宋皇臺站一出就到了。坐下後先來一個前菜野菜條伴鯷魚醬 ($32) - 香濃鯷魚醬是用沙甸魚和多春魚混合而成,配上爽甜的沙葛、脆脆的紅蘿白條食用,鯷魚醬的鹹味帶出蔬菜的鮮甜時令活魚(金目鯛)刺身 ($588) - 師傅把金目鯛厚切做成刺身片,再用火槍燒一燒魚皮表面,令魚食落有微微焦香,金目鯛色澤白中帶紅,肉質鮮甜彈牙火炙左口魚邊壽司 (2 x $24) ($48) -左口魚是我的愛人之一,魚油十足,鮮油感在口中蔓延,肉質鮮嫩,讚!牛油果軟殼蟹卷 ($128) - 軟殼蟹炸得酥脆,唔油膩,配上蟹籽和香甜牛油果,一個卷物雙重美味時令活蠔刺身 (酸酢汁) 🦪($176) - 來自西班牙的生蠔,清甜爽脆,配上酸酢汁來吃,恰到好處蘆筍炒牛舌 ($88) - 牛舌味道夠濃,咬落爽口,食完口腔留著牛的香味,蘆筍爽甜泡菜炒豚肉 ($78) - 泡菜辣辣的,用來炒薄切豚肉,十分惹味煙燻厚切三文魚 ($78) - 餐廳用上櫻花木來煙燻厚切三文魚,滑順絲柔的油花口感,生熟程度恰到好處,帶著點煙燻的風味,香滑細緻,必點煙燻帆立貝仔 ($68) - 同樣用上櫻花木來煙燻,帆立貝大大粒,香煙燻番薯 ($68) - 用上了日本番薯,番薯甜美,和煙燻香氣互相輝映。白魚湯 ($96)- 是用上時令活魚(金目鯛)刺身的金目鯛魚頭煲成,十分清甜巨峰梳打 ($38)Suntory 黑啤 ($65)…Read More

屯馬線通車後,現在去九龍城區變得很快很方便,由荃灣西到宋皇臺站只需24分鐘,因此便相約太太前往這間高級日本料理,預祝太太的生日:)位置(9/10):宋皇臺站B3出口步行約2分鐘,前往太子道西亦只需3分鐘,附近有不少泰國雜貨店及甜品店,十分方便環境(9/10):餐廳面積算大,座位闊落,環境舒適,裝修很有日本酒吧的感覺服務(9/10):餐廳提供消毒潔手液,侍應很有禮貌,會奉上熱茶並不時幫忙加茶,上菜會一再介紹食材食物(9/10):各式日本料理,包括刺身、磯煮、燒肉、燒海鮮等一應俱全,擺碟及食物質素都不錯野菜條伴鯷魚醬 $32前菜是用多春魚及沙甸魚混合而成的香濃鯷魚醬,配上沙葛、紅蘿白條等蔬菜食用,帶出蔬菜的鮮甜亦減少醬汁的鹹味燒明太子伴青瓜片 $88一層夾一層的青瓜片及辣味明太子,再輕輕燒香,味道夠鮮夠辣,很醒胃磯煮鮑魚(原隻) $88磯煮後有光澤的原隻鮑魚,切成四份方便食用,既香且滑,很是鮮甜時令活蠔刺身 $78/隻(時價)用上西班牙蠔去做的活蠔刺身,我和太太選了不同的口味太太選的原味即是生蠔配檸檬,蠔肉非常飽滿,口感很好,而且鮮味十足我則選了酸酢味,在生蠔上放上香蔥、酸汁及辣蘿蔔蓉,令生蠔的鮮味更為突出時令活魚刺身-伊佐木(原條) $488(時價)當日時令活魚是名為伊佐木的石鱸科海魚,師傅把牠薄切做成刺身片,色澤白中帶紅,肉質鮮甜彈牙,可沾上酸汁配蔥花蘿蔔蓉,令魚的鮮味更出櫻花蝦炸豆腐(4件) $68把一些堆櫻花放上蝦豆腐去炸,再放上香蔥,上枱時香氣滿溢,豆腐外脆內嫩,且有櫻花蝦的鮮甜和口感煙燻牛舌 $98煙燻味非常濃烈,醬汁醃過的牛舌吸收了煙燻味所以很香,而肉質乾爽之餘亦有醬汁的鮮味龍蝦味噌虎蝦 $178在燒香的虎蝦上放上龍蝦味噌及大量蟹籽,帶有濃郁的龍蝦香味,而虎蝦肉質結實,本身的鮮甜融合濃厚的味噌,味道相當不錯白魚湯 $48用上白魚去煮湯,亦即方才的伊佐木的魚頭及魚骨部位,配合香蔥、味噌及黃芽白,非常鮮甜味美,亦能暖胃巨峰梳打 $38三得利威士忌割冰 $58飲品選了鮮甜的巨峰梳打汽水及三得利的highball,配上煎炸及濃味的食物,汽水或酒類又怎能沒有呢?為了預祝太太生日,提早請餐廳安排用甜品做出生日的設計,包括了日本卷蛋和福餅日本卷蛋(2件) $68有巨峰及香蕉兩款口味,巨峰味有很香的提子忌廉味及巨峰果醬在中間;香蕉味則非常重香蕉味,且放入了香蕉粒,同時有淡淡的朱古力忌廉味福餅(4件) $48四款口味包括哈蜜瓜、鹽漬櫻花、芝麻及焦糖,前兩款水晶皮軟滑而餡料鮮甜,而後兩款較香和濃,全部都很吸引:)整體來說,這間餐廳由於屯馬線開通變得更加方便,環境服務都很不錯,當然食物質素好及外觀吸引才是她們客似雲來的主因吧🌺上戶酒場🌺地址:九龍城龍崗道33-39號龍翔閣地下A號舖…Read More

疫情稍緩馬上相約朋友出來聚聚, 朋友介紹屋企附近有間新開日本料理不錯,所以就來試。店內環境舒適具日本風情,菜式方面亦多選擇,經過一輪研究,終選出我們最想食的菜式。前菜:鯷魚醬(沙甸魚+多春魚)採用沙甸魚和多春魚打成蓉,盛載在用蠟燭保暖的器皿中,讓魚醬保持和暖,不會有魚腥味道,只有陣陣的鮮味,配合蔬菜條清爽口感和清甜味道,真是不錯的前菜。磯煮鮑魚鮑魚用汁醬浸泡了一整晚,食下去清甜又帶有酒香,十分入味,口感嫩滑,真係食多幾隻都唔多。京姬 一酌一景清洒環看店內有很多清洒樽擺設,心想點枝來飲都唔錯,異話不說店員便介紹了我們飲一款清酒,告知我們有買一送一優惠,果真抵飲。講返枝清酒,是一枝大吟釀,用研磨50%白米來釀成,味道清爽順喉,又易入口,洒精不算高 15%,還帶點花香,真係一枝不錯的清酒。活魚刺生:伊佐木店員再為我們推介活魚刺生,因當日有空運貨到店,特別新鮮,亦有較少見的魚品種給我們選擇。今次點了「伊佐木」,是一款白身魚,魚身帶有淡淡的微黃斑紋。「伊佐木」這魚品種油脂含量比其他白身魚高,所以肉質特別肥美嫩滑,又鮮味十足。白魚湯我們食過伊佐木刺生後,店員跟我們提議將魚骨淆個湯。奶白色的魚湯,十分鮮甜,一口氣便飲清光。火炙牛小排壽司牛小排用火炙過油香四射,肉質肥美嫩滑,配在壽司飯上,又香又滑。黑松露帶子手卷這件手卷的帶子份量不少, 每片厚厚,既鮮甜又粘口,加上頂部的黑松露醬,又有另外一番風味。葱吞拿魚腩薄脆免治吞拿魚腩混和微酸的醬汁和蔥粒,口感十分肥美,再配襯著脆卜卜米通一起食,口感倍增。松葉蟹膏甲羅燒師傅將松葉蟹肉、蟹膏和味噌混合一起,在爐火燒烤, 令味道濃縮,再用碟旁青瓜片和餅乾片夾來食,滋味無窮。煙燻羊扒一客有三件,羊扒熟度剛好,十分嫩滑,還帶有陣陣煙燻味,好正!焦糖味,芝麻味福餅甜品一定不可缺少啦!福餅是一個好選擇,我和朋友各選了一款味道, 朋友選擇焦糖味,她說有陣陣焦糖香不太甜,十分好味。 而我就選了芝麻味,煙煙韌韌的口感,加上外層黑芝麻的香味,真係令當晚有個完美的結局。…Read More
