呢排天氣都非常涼爽,好適合出遠門,近呢幾年都無去過長洲,所以今日就過嚟放鬆一下。提起長洲,好多人都會諗起佢嘅大魚蛋同芒果糯米糍等,但當我行完食完呢啲特色小食之後,都係想坐低慢活一下,就突然諗起長洲海鮮都係香港食海鮮嘅推薦地方之一,出名又平又好食,所以就行到去碼頭沿岸一帶嘅「海鮮街」度覓食吓。去到海鮮街一帶,即使係下午時份,聚集人流都好多,而且沿途叫賣嘅聲音都係此起彼落。兜兜轉轉之下,我哋去到呢間「新潮發海鮮菜館」,餐牌上面嘅套餐好多款式同埋相當吸引,而且餐廳幾乎坐滿哂人,但剛巧有個空嘅位置可以對住海景,所以我哋就決定毫不猶疑選擇佢。餐牌上面無論係海鮮定係小菜嘅菜式選擇都花多眼亂,而且價錢超值,有唔同價位嘅套餐可供選擇,套餐可以自由搭配小炒,肉類或者海鮮等,最後我哋選擇咗$328 四餸套餐。落單後,侍應姐姐就已經將一大盆栗米魚肚羹放喺我哋面前,原來點菜後就會有湯羹同油菜送埋,加埋即係$328會有六款嘢食,真係覺得非常驚喜。🔸栗米魚肚羹(免費):我哋3個人每人足足可以分到各2碗,又大又足料。而且雖然係跟餐送,但係質素絕對唔錯,湯羹夠哂竭身,栗米香甜,裡面魚肚份量夠多之餘又夠爽口,真材實料。🔸生菜(免費):好多小菜館所贈送嘅大多數係會有菜黃或者邊位有爛嘅情況出現,但呢碟生菜有驚喜,大碟得嚟生菜亦夠新鮮爽口,雖然稍為有少少偏油,但仍然保持到翠綠,喺可以接受嘅範圍內。🔸蒜蒸蟶子:係小型品種嘅純蟶子肉配蒜蓉粉絲蒸,底部以空殻墊高,蟶子肉爽口新鮮無霉味,上面鋪滿粉絲同蒜蓉,粉絲吸收哂蒜茸同埋汁料嘅香味,非常惹味。🔸避風塘魷魚:一上枱香氣四溢,非常吸引,上面嘅避風塘蒜茸炸得恰到好處,每一舊嘅外皮都炸得脆口又啱啱好,肉質又夠哂爽彈。食完魷魚仲可以逐粒蒜蓉夾起食,好滋味。🔸肓鰽(清蒸/豉汁):個人都幾喜歡食肓鰽,肓鰽係一般小菜館裡面好常見,但聽老一輩講,肓鰽魚一定係即撈上即食,先可以品嚐到佢最正宗嘅味道,肉味會好鮮滑,如果隔夜就會無咁美味。呢度嘅肓鰽食落肉質嫩滑,我哋揀咗豉汁蒸,但豉汁蒸都無遮蓋到佢魚嘅鮮甜味道,所以必然係新鮮嘅。🔸椒鹽骨:鑊氣非常足夠,炸得乾爽無油之餘又新鮮熱辣,啖啖肉又夠香,味道適中唔會過鹹,連旁邊嘅洋蔥絲都好好食,係一種好傳統小菜店裡面生炒椒鹽骨嘅味道。呢四道小菜份量唔算話好多,大約係例牌嘅份量左右,勝在一次過可以品嚐到好多唔同海鮮,明碼實價,選擇亦多,而且質素亦有一定水準,性價比非常高。海鮮街裡面有咁多間海鮮小菜館,都有一定嘅競爭,但呢度嘅質素係令人感到可以再次Encore,而且店員服務相當殷勤,整體感覺滿足。…Read More

天氣如此涼爽,最適合外出遠郊。所以今個週末就去到長洲,輕鬆一下順便食一些長洲名物。來到傍晚時分,發覺長洲真的非常漂亮,我們在長洲海旁附近行行,行到咁上下已經有點肚餓,就來到今日我最期待的在長洲食海鮮。長洲有非常多的海鮮菜館,我們差不多兜了一圈,發覺全個長洲最受歡迎,最旺的餐館就是這間新潮發海鮮菜館。未到六點就幾乎已經全間滿座。這麼多人來食的看來有保證,相信大家的眼光。天氣這麼涼快,坐出邊絕對不成問題,而且還可以欣賞到海景,簡直就是海景餐廳。新潮發的餐牌明碼實價,而且一個餐牌有着不同款式,不同煮法的海鮮,非常抵食。兩個人我們就點三款菜,但老實說,要在咁多咁吸引嘅海鮮要選三款是非常困難的。⟳ 1. 粟米羹 & 生菜坐落才知道,原來餐館係會每台客人都會送一碗粟米羹和一碟炒生菜。看得出餐館非常有誠意,變相我們可以少叫一碟菜和湯。⟳ 2. 椒鹽鮮魷無論食打冷、大排檔,或是海鮮菜館,我都會必點椒鹽鮮魷。新潮發的椒鹽鮮魷外表金黃色,香脆的黃金外皮,再加上爽口的鮮魷,香口而彈牙。⟳ 3. 黃金蝦香口嘢點可以食一碟咁少,店員推介我們食黃金蝦,她笑着說這些都是在家弄不到的,我們就一於嚐嚐店員的建議吧。黃金蝦很香鹹蛋黃味,一隻一隻咁很快就食清光。⟳ 4. 豉汁蒸倉魚食了兩碟比較熱氣的海鮮,當然要食返一碟傳統的蒸魚吧。豉汁蒸倉魚,吹着涼風,食一口蒸倉魚非常舒服,倉魚吸收了豆豉汁的香味,而且倉魚沒有過多的魚骨,啖啖肉非常好食。食完就知道為甚麼新潮發會是長洲最旺的海鮮菜館,好食之餘又抵,又加送粟米羹和生菜。店員又會向我們介紹一些海鮮,這裡絕對是海景海鮮中菜館!…Read More
