真係好耐都冇晚餐食中菜⋯今次嚟到長沙灣呢間中菜餐廳試下~佢面積都幾大,每張檯都好大坐得好舒適。不過我哋坐咗入房,就冇咁闊落。呢度嘅定價算係中中等等,唔特別貴,亦冇話好抵。款式選擇多,由各款海鮮、小菜、煲類,到甜品糖水都有。首先真係要推薦呢個手撕雞!應該都係佢哋比較招牌嘅菜色~《麻辣手撕雞(半隻)》$148係勁大碟!就咁睇個價可能會覺得有啲吊高咗,但其實佢都唔hea, 有好多配料。調味恰到好處,麻辣唔會太重,慢慢累積會開始辣,但唔會好辛苦好麻。 唔太食辣嘅朋友都應該食到。雞肉口感都算軟嫰但我稍嫌佢未夠香同滑。可能因為佢係冇汁,所以整體都會偏乾少少。青瓜大大條,清爽味道剛好中和番雞嘅麻辣。仲有扎肉做配料,都幾出奇~而且份量唔少。《生啫大澳蝦醬唐生菜煲》$108之後講下呢個生菜煲~都幾浮誇!因為佢係臨上檯先喺個熱煲內灑水同放菜炒,炸一聲~~~ 勁多水氣令到個菜上檯時係超熱,亦保持到菜嘅爽口。個蝦醬汁掛咗上菜就啱啱好,就咁食會太鹹。個汁混有肉碎,而且食完啲菜都淨好多汁。如果加碗飯送埋佢會勁正!《砵酒焗桶蠔》$188呢個係令我頗失望嘅菜色⋯事慣我都幾鍾意食桶蠔但佢呢個製法就好似用桶蠔嚟整蚵仔煎咁——— 外層係半煙韌又帶啲啫喱感嘅粉漿,但做到腍又唔係、脆又唔係成個口感變到非常差同奇怪酸甜嘅醬汁又唔太夾個桶蠔,反而仲帶出咁蠔嘅腥味。我覺得係嘥咗隻蠔⋯可能揀酥炸會好好多。$188整得唔好食而且都係得5隻,係好令人失望嘅一道菜。《生炆斑頭腩》$148呢個算係不過不失嘅一道~魚腩份量唔算多,但勝在超熱上檯,配料亦多。最後講一講都算提升番我心情嘅甜品~《生磨蛋白杏仁茶 》$28杏仁茶中混有頗多嘅蛋白塊,蛋白味濃,而杏仁茶嘅杏仁味都好重同味道天然又唔會好甜,淡淡地更帶出杏仁香。連我個唔太鍾意杏霜嘅朋友都覺得唔錯!杏仁茶薄身好水但味道好足。如果真係要嫌,就純粹係佢蛋白味真係好重😂好似食緊烚蛋咁。但其實真係幾好味嘅杏仁茶啦~整體而言我覺得係中中挺挺嘅中菜,勝在坐得闊落舒服,一試無妨。當中手撕雞同杏仁茶都算比較出色~如果嚟食都推薦嗌呢兩樣但上菜真係比較慢,當中個魚腩等咗差唔多半個鐘。希望可以改善! …Read More

最近,約了好友出來晚飯,由於當日他在長沙灣工作,當晚,他便帶我到一間位於長沙灣元州街天悦廣場地下,新開的小菜館 <名煌金閣> 食晚餐!由於新冠肺炎疫情的限聚令之下,店方會加上臨時夾板,以相隔桌與桌之間的距離! 同時,食客入座前亦要量度體溫,絕不鬆懈!中式菜館裝潢別緻優雅設計,左邊是卡位、中間是圓枱,右邊是孤型多人大枱!:)聽講,小店大廚由5星級酒店大廚坐鎮! 食物有信心保證,師傅落足心機烹調,做掛汁!有水準及誠意之作!打開餐牌,圖文並茂,屬於中價!其水準比酒樓更高!值回票價!舟山海蜇花 $68如果海蜇口感可以做到爽身更好!帶有麻油香氣及微辣挺開胃!麻辣手撕雞 (半隻) $148一絲絲的手撕雞都幾麻辣入味!加上帶點麻辣的豉油雞及雞皮,絕對有畫龍點睛的效果!雞皮甘香軟滑,令人難以抗拒!如果好似我怕辣的話,不妨蘸上店方的秘製醬汁,味道夾雜黑醋的風味,正如朋友建議,酸酸地的確有助解辣啊!上湯杞子花膠浸時蔬 (皇帝苗) $98略嫌皇帝菜苗有部份較老身,食起來有渣!花膠選用花膠邊,色澤雪白,食落爽口!鳳梨脆皮咕嚕肉 $108 加入麥芽糖製成的醬汁濃郁而黏身,還有拉絲效果, 酸甜度適中,選用新鮮菠蘿,滲出香甜果香及天然果酸,至起碼少了一份人工化的甜度;咕嚕肉被薄薄的炸漿包裹住,一點都不乾身,可鎖住水份,啖啖肉又富肉汁!頭抽香煎班球 $168煎製比炆製更花功夫及稱傳功架!  鮮美的魚肉厚切平均,煎至表面薄薄的金黃色,証明火候拿捏準成!以露筍墊底亦沒有違和感!生磨蛋白杏仁茶 $28入口濃郁杏仁味,加入軟滑度滑不留口的蛋白,香滑少甜,健康美味的飯後甜品!:)臨走前,我先去一去洗手間,不知道是否清洗洗手間還是倒水?女洗手間好濕滑!我著住平底涼鞋也基乎跣親!反而,朋友去男洗手間覺得衛生程度高!…Read More

受疫情影響,外出用餐的次數也越來越少,喜見疫情有所舒緩,就與朋友一起四出覓食。朋友說佢公司附近開了一間新的中菜餐館想試試,就一於打鐵趁熱試試。店內環境簡約光猛,有卡位,也有圓檯,迎合二人食飯或是三五知己或家庭敍會的需要。 餐點選擇多樣化,而價錢也相宜。 麻辣手撕雞(半隻)店員推介麻辣手撕雞,果然沒有介紹錯。麻辣手撕雞份量非常大,麻辣味濃厚兼好有層次,麻香辣味充足,我喜好食辣,所以覺得可口非常,而唔食得辣的朋友就覺得略為刺激。但由於實在美味,所以整碟手撕雞也清盆。雞肉滑嫩帶爽,配合麻辣味的確不錯。 特色鮮沙薑煎雞朋友喜歡食雞,所以也叫了一客沙薑煎雞。沙薑煎雞上枱熱辣辣,雞肉滑嫩兼入晒沙薑味,食到雞的鮮味。但由於麻辣手撕雞的味道比較濃烈,所以沙薑煎雞比較清淡,適合唔食得辣的朋友。 老陳皮古法蒸斑頭腩估唔到蒸斑頭腩的份量也大,斑頭腩新鮮,蒸魚的火喉控制得好好,斑頭腩入口滑嫩爽口,魚味鮮甜,配合味道調配得剛好的蒸魚豉油,實在推介。 馬拉盞菜心馬拉盞菜心意想不到的有鑊氣,馬拉盞味道帶鹹鮮,味道濃厚,配上本身清淡的菜芯,估唔到咁夾。菜芯好爽脆,沒有渣。 生磨蛋白杏仁茶要做一碗有水準的杏仁茶一點也不易,生磨的杏仁茶味道是特別香濃,不會帶苦澀怪味,口感也特別細滑,飯後吃番碗熱辣辣的生磨蛋白杏仁茶,感覺非常滋潤。…Read More
