新斗記的拿手名菜如即燒乳豬、泥鯭粥、豉油皇炒麵、啫啫生菜煲等,近年坊間好多酒樓都有類似供應,但人年長後,總會念舊,覺得所有事物都新不如舊,口味亦如是。新斗記雖有眾多分店,但總覺得還是佐敦總店最好。來到新斗記,基本上不用睇餐牌,招牌菜一頓飯也吃不完。糖心皮蛋酸薑糖心皮蛋有一貫水準,蛋黃味道香濃槳口,蛋白亦亳無灰味。酸薑染成粉紅色,微甜少辣。手拍青瓜手拍青瓜比刀切爽脆,而且蘸到的醬汁會更多更好味。金牌即燒乳豬四分一隻金牌即燒乳豬比例牌大碟一點。乳豬皮肉分開,乳豬皮輕薄鬆脆,猶如食薯片一樣。乳豬肉肥美嫩滑,沒有一般的過鹹缺點,並且有豬肉應有的鮮味。生炒上肉排上肉排肥瘦大小適中,入口有肉地,炸槳亦不太厚,十分鬆脆,伴碟的彩椒亦酸甜爽脆。啫啫唐生菜煲啫啫唐生菜煲簡單得來又野味,唐生菜伴上鹹香惹味的蝦醬,隔遠都聞到香味。兩口子很快就清光整煲唐生菜。蛋白薑米蒜香蟹飯蛋白薑米蒜香蟹飯一端上來單看賣相已經不俗。花蟹不算大隻,但很有肉地,蟹肉入口一梳梳的,鮮甜度滿分,蟹蓋內亦有鮮甜蟹膏。糯米飯蒸得軟熟,吸收了花蟹的鮮甜味及蒜粒的濃香,與花蟹相比同樣具吸引力。兩人雖然已經好飽,仍忍不住吃光。飯後贈送的紅豆沙煮得起沙,中間有幾塊百合甜甜粉粉的。一頓美味的飯餐配上不俗的甜品令人心滿意足!…Read More

出生於香港, 都是喜愛廣東菜今次來到米芝蓮推介的佐敦分店兩層高的酒家, 帶點舊香港的味道, 門口處就是一個大魚缸, 而另一邊就是燒乳豬的廚房早上中午都有茶市, 晚市主打是小菜形式是晚與一位長輩來吃飯, 緊係揀番D啱佢口味嘅餐廳啦~好彩有訂定位, 7點多已客滿我倆被安排在舒適的4人卡位, 坐得很舒服雖然是老字號, 但內裡的裝潢比我預期的新淨, 地方都好乾淨衛生餐具都是很老香港, 用上公雞圖案的茶壺, 碗碟, 杯, 很有香港風味坐低就送上花生一碟, 起寒冬寧捨早D餓, 可以頂頂肚今餐由長輩發板order啦先來1/4隻招牌燒乳豬件排得很整齊, 就當晚目測, 坐我們附近的幾圍都有order呢款招牌菜呀~唔使去飲或拜神時先食到既燒乳豬皮切得很薄, 而且是皮肉分開, 很細心, 就番有d怕肥既人士, 唔敢食皮, 就可以淨食肉雖然唔係熱辣辣, 但皮仍是很香脆肉片都切得得薄, 唔會食咗一兩件就覺得漏隨乳豬奉上沙糖及甜醬, 使足哂椒鹽豆腐粒是小吃喔每粒金黃的小粒, 皮脆內軟, 熱辣辣, 底仲有迎蒜粒辣椒粒, 蘸點酸醋, 中和熱氣呢份小吃我一個人可以吃得哂本身想吃蛇羹暖身, 可惜已沒做了~所以只點了一份龍皇太子羹給長輩, 單看已很足料, 每一匙都有咬口味道適中, 沒有味精, 喝完不口乾, 清清地, 啱哂長輩口味!生炒上肉排都是招牌菜呢~看似同平日的沒大分別, 但外皮是脆香, 很喜歡這個質感肉排是肥瘦均衡, 又唔會吃到成舊粉, 又或者一大舊肥膏酸甜度也適中, 同樣也是多人點的菜式, 難怪是招牌菜喂喂喂....原來我食完先知, 呢個又係招牌菜以為一份已熟的茶直接上檯, 原來送來的時候, 唐生菜是生的侍應在熱煲上兜了兜, 沙沙的聲音, 幾下手勢, 生菜慢慢變成熟菜真係新鮮熱辣, 食的時候很爽口, 不會變得軟淋霉, 入面仲有些辣椒絲, 但不會搶味仲有意外地唔會有好多油太凍的關係, 再點多一個飯: 蛋白薑米蒜香蟹飯有飯落肚, 冬天才抵得冷自己一向喜歡食有味的飯, 侍應端上檯時已聞到很清香的蟹及荷葉味道成隻蟹一齊蒸, 飯粒軟糯, 加埋滑嫩的蛋白, 薑粒又不會太多, 非常暖胃蟹肉蒸得剛好, 有膏有肉, 諗起都流口水雖然很飽很飽, 但呢個我竟然吃了2碗多最後....還送上紅豆百合陳皮糖水給我們比出面食開的是不同, 你會仍看到紅豆是粒狀, 不是起沙的加了陳皮的甘香味道, 又有百合的清香, 很豐富糖水的甜度也是剛好, 很配合現時愛吃又愛健康的人士口味亦將這頓晚餐畫上完美句號新春將至, 酒家亦有做盤菜宴及一些新年榚點大家有興趣就預早訂位啦老字號的出名酒家, 不單是老人家來用餐的專利…Read More

又嚟試一試個團購餐,米之蓮推薦的餐廳新斗記。由於這是一個團購餐,所以餐牌只供參考,散叫或下次再出團購時可能會有些不同。團購餐分兩段時間,食二小時,分六點或八點,不過我哋都八點半才走,沒有吹我哋埋單,可能沒有客等位吧……我哋訂了六點,準時去到,已經有客食緊飯。6人套餐,但我哋5個人食。枱與枱之間都幾迫一下,而且七點幾坐滿人後開始感覺不夠冷氣,加上食煲仔的客比較多,所以都好大味乳豬好香脆,不肥膩,而乳豬皮和肉是分開的。另一款菜是啫啫生菜煲,生菜這樣整法是第一次食,內沒有其他配菜的,應該是靠個醬汁,嚟到個侍應即時在你面前炒,超正……必食。是日例湯是白菜豬肺湯,湯好飲之餘d湯渣都好味。這款粟米大魚塊是招牌菜,但各人都覺得d魚太大塊,如一開二會比較好,味道口感都普通。生炒上肉排,甜酸度剛好。成個餐最差是隻貴妃雞,雞肉唔得嫩滑,無雞味南非鮑魚超正,用煲仔煮法,加埋香葱味道香口,同平時果皮蒸或配鮑汁鵝掌的食法完全不同,而且很大隻,可以用刀义享受,但可惜無刀义提供豉油皇海中虾都是好味,虾大隻,但就一開二揚州炒飯ok,炒得乾爽不油膩,配料少咗d。甜品紅豆沙廚房效率好高,出餐超快,基本上兩小時用餐的時間是足夠的。另外一提是佢哋有代客泊車,但不是免費,每小時$28…Read More

平日一有空檔就會不斷安排和朋友或同事約會,往往就忽略了和家人的共處時間。真的需要好好反省一下,約爸媽吃餐晚飯!知道爸媽喜歡吃傳統粵菜,所以專程找一間可以吃到懷舊燃手小菜的新斗記,氹下他們歡喜!酒樓除了有懐舊燃手小菜外,還有即燒乳豬都是他們的招牌菜。招牌即燒乳豬(1/4隻 $188)新斗記最聞名的即燒乳豬當然是必食!全隻:$698、半隻:$358、1/4隻:$188、例牌:$148。我們三人叫1/4隻就啱啱好,而且份量都幾多!㕑師先把皮、肉分別片開,即燒鬆化的乳豬皮片得薄薄的,一咬下去,便聽到卜卜脆的聲音,這就是即燒乳豬才可吃到這樣的口感。點一些沙糖和乳豬醬來吃就更美味,爸媽讃不絶口!梅子子薑蒸魚雲($128)這個真的可算是懷舊菜,現在已不是很多地方可以吃到,只是一些比較傳統和老式的粵菜食肆才找得到。魚頭雲的份量都很多,魚雲上舖上梅子和酸薑一起蒸,鹹鹹的梅子加上酸酸的子薑,更把新鮮的魚雲帶出鮮甜的味道,更加惹味。廚師在蒸煮時間掌控得宜,令蒸出來的魚雲又滑又嫩。生炒上肉排($98)這道菜亦是招牌菜之一,肉排蘸上蛋汁生粉後再炸,炸起後再加入調成酸酸甜甜的汁一起炒,是一個適合一家大小的菜式。炸漿很薄,新鮮炸好的肉排吸收了醬汁後,還可吃到外脆內軟的肉質,熱騰騰的肉排肥瘦均勻,外面脆內面還能保持肉汁。爸爸說這看似很簡單的菜式,但其實很考㕑師的功夫。生菜鯪魚球煲($98)鯪魚球有六粒,煲內還有布包豆腐和唐生菜,鯪魚球加了果皮茸增加香氣,更可闢腥。湯底清甜並加入草菇和果皮絲,清清地的煲仔菜,正好平衡一下吃了這麼多肉。甜品最後還有紅荳沙附送,糖水內的紅荳煑到起沙,還有百合在𥚃面,和絲絲的果皮香氣。茶錢@$15樓高兩層的店舗,一入大堂門口便可以看到廚房掛滿即燒乳豬,保証新鮮。魚缸放滿很多海鮮海鮮價目用了紅色膠牌和白漆寫上,還用了中國數目字寫上,現今已很少見。招牌菜式門面內在環境樓高兩層,樓底很高,長長的樓梯,老人家或坐輪椅人仕可以到隔鄰入口坐升降機。…Read More

初三無忌赤口,約食飯預祝朋友生日,新年流流就選定食中菜。聽朋友講,屯門呢邊嘅分店成日俾人炸形話服務差, 所以我地就決定去佐敦分店,一早訂左位,訂埋豬~即燒乳豬 $698/隻落單嘅時候提左,我地要瘦豬~ 一般都當客人耳邊風啦,理得你上左瘦定肥都要食啦,但真係有安排到唔太肥嘅豬!感動!我想講,佢地隻豬真係好好食!首先價錢唔係特別貴,閒閒地酒樓都差唔多價錢,而且比起貴貴紅隻豬,好食好多,呢隻完全唔油!(雖然冇飯)豬皮燒得超脆,而且起左層肥膏,豬肉嫩滑,又有肉地。連我唔太鐘意食乳豬,都食完一件又一件!貴妃雞 $328/隻貴妃雞都好食喎,雞肉唔乾唔鞋,仲幾滑添!食到呢度,朋友們都已經開始讚呢度唔錯,未來可以番啅。生炒上肉排 $98咕嚕肉味道一流!由於用嘅係上肉排,唔會肥淋淋。炸粉薄薄一層,唔會發到好大舊,實在必食,送飯一流!椒鹽鮮魷 $118鮮然份量唔多,炸粉亦都唔厚,鮮魷煙煙韌韌!當然啦,點都唔夠大排檔嘅有鍋氣~黑椒牛仔骨煲 $118牛仔骨份量唔多,但係煮得入味非常!不過呢碟我地後加,所以等嘅時間較長。啫啫什菜煲 $78菜心、白菜、西蘭花各樣都有啲~窩貼小棠菜 $118表面炸得非常香脆,墨魚膠爽口、彈牙!豉油皇銀芽炒麵 $72呢個聽講都好多人點,果然不錯食!炒得乾身,又唔會好油淋淋,而且調味恰當!清炒菜心 $68由於我地有8個人,淨係食個什菜煲唔夠啦,加埋個炒菜心。菜心雖然都大條,但唔會好老,不過份量太少,唔抵。手拍青瓜 $38因為朋友飲啤酒,所以追加左青瓜小菜。青瓜好爽口,唔會太辣,蒜味突出。作為參考,其他收費:汽水 $15/枝藍妹 $38/枝白飯 $12/碗晚茶 $10/位晚芥 $5/位總括黎講,我地8個人,埋單連埋加一2千3蚊,非常滿意,除開每人3百都唔洗!基本上各個小菜都好食,唯獨份量就唔係話大件夾抵食果種。推介乳豬,真係正!至於服務就冇咩特別,畢竟新年期間,店員都精神奕奕,冇十叫九唔應,我都冇咩要求了。我地當日就坐1樓,唔知係咪新年間啲枱比較密定點啦,空間感就真係唔多夠。…Read More
