🦀又到咗食大閘蟹嘅季節啦!好多餐廳都陸續出咗好多唔同嘅大閘蟹套餐,今次嚟到龍苑中菜廳試咗佢哋嘅「蟹逅在龍苑」大閘蟹套餐,大閘蟹來自日本北海道,套餐做緊優惠價$498一位,有6道菜式,食完覺得性價比都幾高👍🏻。由於個人體質偏寒,食親大閘蟹必定會見暈,所以今次先叫咗杯薑茶暖暖胃,如果體質偏寒嘅朋友不妨都可以先叫杯薑茶暖暖胃打定底。我今餐前後連甜品飲咗三杯薑茶,所以食完狀態仍然係非常ok😝!🔹生拆蟹粉小籠包:有一粒小蟹粉係上面,皮算幾薄同都幾多汁,不過就無咩蟹味係入面,會覺得係食緊普通做得唔錯嘅小籠包。🔹蟹粉蟹肉高湯燴燕窩:將大閘蟹拆肉成一絲絲配埋熱騰騰嘅燕窩羹,蟹肉唔小之餘又啖啖燕窩,好濃稠,相當真材實料,令我幾驚喜👀!🔹紫蘇蒸大閘蟹:清蒸大閘蟹唔算好大隻,但蟹肉十分鮮甜。因為食大閘蟹兩隻手食都幾捩咁棄,所以打開個蟹蓋時無手再留影,不過一打開蟹蓋時已見到金黃色嘅蟹膏,幾濃郁同都算夠膏。當晚一路食蟹時,同行友人分享咗一啲食蟹嘅小知識,話食蟹時要注意有幾個地方因為太寒涼,食完有機會肚痛,所以盡量剪開唔好食,呢度都分享俾大家😊:一)蟹蓋裡有蟹黃沾住嘅位置有個三角形嘅蟹胃。二)旁邊兩排好似扇仔嘅蟹腮。三)蟹中間塊黑膜衣下面有蟹腮,蟹腮中間白色六角形嘅蟹心。四)蟹腸,即蟹肚下面嘅三角殻裡面有一條連接蟹身嘅黑線。🔹吉列越南虎蝦球配蟹黃醬:脆漿好薄,色澤係金黃色,炸得啱啱好,好脆口。裡面嘅蝦球好彈牙好滑,配埋濃郁嘅蟹黃醬食,非常惹味。🔹鮮准山胡椒高湯浸班球:呢味餸可以清一清味蕾,裡面有准山,芹菜,雲耳同斑塊,斑塊滑溜有魚味,准山好爽口,但成個胡椒味唔算話好重。🔹蟹粉海皇窩巴:蟹粉味重,同上面嘅蟹黃醬非常相似,但裡面亦加多咗啲蝦同蟹肉等,窩巴煎得好脆口,加埋呢個蟹粉點汁,好難唔好食,食完哂窩巴都仲有好多蟹粉剩低,所以都幾大碗。🔹黑糖薑茶湯圓:臨尾仲有個薑茶驅寒同中和返大閘蟹嘅寒涼,兩粒芝麻湯丸細細粒,啱哂已經食飽哂唔駛太有負擔,口感亦夠Q彈,薑茶薑味好重,偏少辣,個人非常喜歡。雖然我比較少食大閘蟹套餐,無法同好多坊間比較,但整體嚟講佢哋嘅蟹製菜式都做得相當唔錯,而且又好足料,大滿足呢!除咗大閘蟹之外,我哋亦都叫咗幾款其他菜式,不得不提呢度嘅「西班牙黑豚肉叉燒」真係相當唔錯。佢哋嘅叉燒係以秘製煮法去烹調西班牙黑豚肉,豬肉邊緣有少少燒焦,肉質柔軟嫩滑,夠軟綿綿之餘亦淋而不爛,唔會過肥或過油。入口有麥芽糖香甜味,不過對我嚟講醬汁有小小偏甜,如果加碗飯可能更完美。不過切得偏薄,切得再大舊厚啲就更正,因為個人覺得只講味道唔講每舊嘅大小,同天龍軒嘅叉燒有得揮。…Read More

踏入秋季,意味着蟹季的到來。老公曾在上海工作多年,因緣之下跟陽澄湖蟹農相熟,價錢當然會比市價實惠,質量上亦會有保證。對蟹痴來說,大閘蟹是一期一會,但近年親友們奉行健康飲食,小倆口子吃太多也非好事。向蟹農買貨要有個定數,不如先吃蟹餐解解饞吧!聽說今年蟹貨源緊張,遲遲未見蟹宴的推廣。發現龍苑推六道菜式的大閘蟹晚餐,原價$748的套餐只需一天前預訂,便可以優惠價每位$448享用得到。生拆蟹粉小籠包不用自己動手可說是懶人的最愛,小籠包折摺均勻,細薄外皮可見盈盈湯汁,鮮肉汁加上蟹鮮是美味得很,只吃一隻實在不夠滿足。花雕蛋白蒸蝦球,明蝦浮游在蛋白上畫面賞心悅目。蝦球彈牙鮮美,花雕蛋白清香滑溜,就是蛋白太少了,起不了襯托作用。蟹黃醬吉列龍躉塊,吉列龍躉塊與蟹黄醬分上,澆上蟹黃仍保持外脆內嫩,香囗程度不讓鮮味的蟹黃醬專美。蟹肉雞茸燕窩羹加入養顏燕窩,燕窩的滑溜加上蟹肉的鮮甜,矜貴又養顏。主角是紫蘇蒸大閘蟹,每隻足五両的大閘蟹,在蟹源緊張之下算不錯了。加上是酒店餐廳出品,貨源自是有一定保障,會比任食的大閘蟹放題靠譜。吃蟹工具一應俱全,平日大大咧咧吃蟹的我這天還是斯文一點,把蟹皇、蟹肉全數挑出才慢慢享用。橙澄的蟹膏黃油足,甘香滋味。吃的是雄蟹故有白膏,以前不愛那纏黏的口感,現在反而覺得是另有滋味。蟹肉是少有的鮮甜,可見這大閘蟹質素不俗。吃過性寒的大閘蟹後,可以薑茶驅驅寒,再以香檳汁海皇蟹粉焗飯暖暖胃吧!香檳汁是焗飯的亮點,海鮮粒也不少,份量小小的正是小食多滋味。甜品是黑糖薑茶湯丸,用上薑香強勁的黑糖薑茶,辣意更濃,芝麻小湯丸就沒有很特別。作為蟹痴吃蟹無數,龍苑大閘蟹屬台灣蟹種,質素是比太湖的好,雖又未至陽澄湖的級數,但正宗黄毛金爪的陽澄湖蟹已十分難求。雖有購入正宗貨源的門路,但在健康和價格的考量下,在考慮是否入貨之前,淺嚐一下這秋蟹之香吧!…Read More
