踏入秋季,意味着蟹季的到來。老公曾在上海工作多年,因緣之下跟陽澄湖蟹農相熟,價錢當然會比市價實惠,質量上亦會有保證。對蟹痴來說,大閘蟹是一期一會,但近年親友們奉行健康飲食,小倆口子吃太多也非好事。向蟹農買貨要有個定數,不如先吃蟹餐解解饞吧!聽說今年蟹貨源緊張,遲遲未見蟹宴的推廣。發現龍苑推六道菜式的大閘蟹晚餐,原價$748的套餐只需一天前預訂,便可以優惠價每位$448享用得到。生拆蟹粉小籠包不用自己動手可說是懶人的最愛,小籠包折摺均勻,細薄外皮可見盈盈湯汁,鮮肉汁加上蟹鮮是美味得很,只吃一隻實在不夠滿足。花雕蛋白蒸蝦球,明蝦浮游在蛋白上畫面賞心悅目。蝦球彈牙鮮美,花雕蛋白清香滑溜,就是蛋白太少了,起不了襯托作用。蟹黃醬吉列龍躉塊,吉列龍躉塊與蟹黄醬分上,澆上蟹黃仍保持外脆內嫩,香囗程度不讓鮮味的蟹黃醬專美。蟹肉雞茸燕窩羹加入養顏燕窩,燕窩的滑溜加上蟹肉的鮮甜,矜貴又養顏。主角是紫蘇蒸大閘蟹,每隻足五両的大閘蟹,在蟹源緊張之下算不錯了。加上是酒店餐廳出品,貨源自是有一定保障,會比任食的大閘蟹放題靠譜。吃蟹工具一應俱全,平日大大咧咧吃蟹的我這天還是斯文一點,把蟹皇、蟹肉全數挑出才慢慢享用。

橙澄的蟹膏黃油足甘香滋味。吃的是雄蟹故有白膏,以前不愛那纏黏的口感,現在反而覺得是另有滋味。蟹肉是少有的鮮甜,可見這大閘蟹質素不俗。

作為蟹痴吃蟹無數,龍苑大閘蟹屬台灣蟹種,質素是比太湖的好,雖又未至陽澄湖的級數,但正宗黄毛金爪的陽澄湖蟹已十分難求。雖有購入正宗貨源的門路,但在健康和價格的考量下,在考慮是否入貨之前,淺嚐一下這秋蟹之香吧!
