餐廳的裝修風格以木為主,燈光柔和如舊式居酒屋。我和友人不是第一次來,上次還要用筆點菜單,現在已可用QR code下單,十分方便。上菜的速度頗快,逐道拍照不久就上齊四款食物了。色彩鮮艷繽紛,真的很好拍照。琦玉網燒牛舌 $78四大片厚身牛舌燒得輕微焦香,逼出肉汁及油花、飄著香味讓人口水直流。牛舌每一口都是爽中帶嫩的質感,牛味香濃,吃時整個口腔都充滿香味。附上的香草味深綠色醬汁味道微酸但又好夾,帶來不同的感覺。我和友人點了"蜘蛛"及"煙花"兩款卷物,截然不同的系列放一起都十分吸睛。蜘蛛 $103名為蜘蛛其實是指炸軟殼蟹,一份有整隻的份量。大件炸軟殼蟹插在壽司上,炸得十分酥脆,蟹身味道鮮甜又多汁,加上爽脆的青瓜絲、柔軟的蟹柳及牛油果,口感及味道都好有層次。另外三件也餡料滿滿。煙花 $108由白色、粉色、淡黃色到鮮橙色,就如煙花般燦爛綻放。用辣汁調味過的三文魚及吞拿魚蓉並沒有搶去本身的鮮味,口感軟稔,跟頂部的脆片及爆汁蟹籽完全不同,相映成趣。原以為上方已有海量的餡料,底層該只是芝麻混合壽司飯,怎麼知道連壽司飯內都包含了三文魚及吞拿魚?餡量比飯量多,十分滿足。日式章魚小丸子 $48這大阪名物有六粒,每粒的外層都帶點煙靭感,內部粉團則相對柔軟。木魚絲、紫菜絲這些配料很常見,但原來加上爽脆的高麗菜絲也很搭。醬汁只用了甜燒汁,如果有蛋黃醬更好吃!除了以上的卷物及小食,他們還有很多選擇,所以只來一次是絕對不足夠的!…Read More

好耐無約表姨甥女出嚟食飯啦,因為佢之前長時間喺鄉郊搞復耕,近半年先搬返出嚟市區暫住,所以今晚約佢食番餐簡單嘅日本菜。聽聞「古今二」啲壽司卷好有創意、好有特色,因此上嚟走訪一下。餐廳位於「澳門逸園中心」食廈,所以一出電梯就喺餐廳,店面已經好有日本風情,走進餐廳裡面,一派傳統木系風,簡約舒適:);餐廳面積唔算好大,但座位排得唔算密,加上今晚未至好爆,所以,感覺幾唔錯。另外,仲有一個長型廂房,大概坐到14人左右,睇得到可以間為兩個細廂房,適合人多時自成一角搞吓聚會。上文都提及過呢度嘅賣點喺啲創意十足嘅壽司卷,超過成40款,真喺超多,單看名字已經幾搞嘢,除此之外,仲有沙律、前菜小食、天婦羅、炸物、燒物、鍋物、湯、飯類、串燒、壽司、刺身……等等,真喺選擇非常之多。我哋都無乜頭緒,所以,都晌啲廚師推介中落手。日式章魚小丸子 $48一客有6粒小丸子,淋上自家製醬汁之後,再灑滿好多木魚碎同紫菜絲,夠晒日式傳統風味,小丸子入口粉粉腍腍,裡面章魚粒煙韌有咬口,配埋木魚碎、紫菜絲,味道唔錯。琦玉網燒牛舌 $78小弟本身都幾鍾意食牛舌,見到呢款又喺廚師推介,當然要試試。雖然一客只有4件,但件件都喺厚切,最正喺燒得有碳火香,牛舌嘅質感有種彈牙爽口感,而且油脂豐盈,沾上秘製醬汁,更能夠突出牛舌嘅獨有味道,正呀喂!煙花卷 $108卷物試咗兩款,而呢款叫「煙花」嘅喺以辣味三文魚、辣味吞拿魚、脆片作為組合,再晌面頭加啲蟹籽做裝飾,扮喺爆開嘅煙花,當然似唔似放煙花,就要加啲幻想同用心領會一下喇。上面嘅吞拿魚蓉堆到成個小山咁,又刴得軟滑,加埋啲脆片同蟹籽,食味唔錯;而三文魚其實晌壽司捲裏面,仲夾咗少少脆片嚟增加口感,不過話喺辣味,但食咗好多件都唔覺得辣。金龍卷 $105另一款卷物喺以三文魚、炸蝦、芝士 作為組合,其實講就好似好簡單,但細心睇晌製作中仲有好多心思位,首先就喺將天婦羅炸蝦加上沙律醬嚟做成壽司卷,面頭嘅芝士片又火炙過,入口味道富層次,咬落去有唔同嘅口感,比起「煙花」,我哋更鍾意呢個「金龍卷」。雖然今晚試嘅嘢唔多,但食得出用料有質素,而且,兩款卷物亦各有特色,招呼亦都幾好,侍應不時為我哋加添熱茶。…Read More

好耐無去古今食野,今日星期六,午餐去左銅鑼灣既澳門逸園中心分店食返餐。呢間分店非常方便,係正Sogo附近。古今主打特色創意卷物,餐牌除左有好多款主打既創意卷物,都有刺身,壽司,沙律,前菜小食,天婦羅及炸物,燒物,鍋物,湯,飯類,串燒。卷物一共有40款左右揀,個清單超長,好多都改左個特別嘅名。今日叫左金龍卷同煙花。兩款卷物一齊上枱,用一隻長碟放得靚靚。仲加左食用花裝飾,伴碟有日式芥末同酸薑片。金龍卷 $105 另加一呢個金龍卷真係必食,每次食都無失望。金龍卷賣相真係成條龍,一客八件,今次分開兩條。飯卷上面舖上新鮮肥美嘅三文魚,加少少香辣沙律醬。飯卷中間卷住紫菜,再包住炸蝦同忌廉芝士,食落又脆口又滑溜,連炸蝦尾都食得。飯加上黑白芝麻粒增添香味。我好鍾意呢款卷物既多重口感同味道。煙花 $108 另加一煙花一客8件,放係碟中間。其實係飯卷包住紫菜同少少辣味三文魚,上面係肉眼見到既辣味吞拿魚球,最頂加上脆片同蟹籽。飯外圍加上黑白芝麻粒調味。辣味三文魚好滑溜,味道只係微辣。而辣味吞拿魚都係微辣,反而有少少偏酸,都好開胃。呢個卷物口感係滑溜中帶脆口脆片,味道上因為較少醬汁,所以好清淡。點解叫煙花?原來仲有花瓣裝飾看似煙火,伴碟仲有唔少沙律菜。琦玉網燒牛舌 $78 另加一琦玉網燒牛舌一客4件,牛舌彈牙有肉汁,質感超好,正!伴有少量爽口椰菜絲沙律。櫻花蝦原條茄子燒 $88 另加一呢個櫻花蝦原條茄子燒係燒物之一。原條茄子大大件已經介開咗,上面滿佈櫻花蝦仔,加上足夠醬油同飯素,味道剛好,唔會太鹹,伴有少少爽口椰菜絲沙律。今餐食物都唔算太飽膩。裝修係以木材為主,非常日式。…Read More
