這家充滿南洋風情的茶室,裝修和用具都帶點復古,就連味道似乎也是走傳統古早路線,給人一種熟悉中又帶點不同的感覺。肉鬆煉奶油酥餅,油酥餅吃過不少,但是夾肉鬆的就很少見,再加上煉奶,那鹹鹹甜甜的感覺,讓人一口接一口,只是份量不多。玻璃魷魚通菜,魷魚爽彈沒有雪藏味,中間那個醬料非常惹味。招牌叻沙滲滲,上桌已經很吸睛,大大個雞公碗裝著滿滿當當的材料:蝦、魷魚圈、魚角頭、雞蛋、豆卜,廚師似乎都沒手軟的下。湯底很惹味,面底可選擇,粗麵和米粉混合最合我意。芭提雅海鮮炒飯,飯粒沒有炒到很乾身,不知是它原本的特色還是怎樣,不過有蝦仁、魷魚加上肉鬆、菠蘿、提子,味道很豐富。檳城炒貴刁,很夠鑊氣,粿條煙韌有咬口,特別的還有肥美短小的怡保芽菜和古早臘腸。椰汁珍多冰,上層椰汁下層椰糖,拌勻喝起來非常有椰味,少甜味道剛剛好。…Read More
