朋友一年一度回港探親,唯一條件就係想搵間方便湊小朋友既餐廳,於是帶左佢去距離地鐵站唔太遠既素食中菜試試。二人餐 ($388)五味人生可以話係我見過份量最足既冷盤,本來預期味道清淡以食材原味為主,估唔到雪耳、木耳同山藥都用上湯煮過,夠味又爽口。 蒟蒻切成魷魚狀,辣辣地幾惹味。 店員介紹中間'鮑片'要點芥辣豉油,食落索索聲有彈性,整體幾款冷盤都好滿意。椒鹽素魷魚如預期般食落似魚片,彈牙惹味。黑松露糯米燒賣黑松露醬味道濃郁,可惜食開肉餡燒賣,唔太習慣糯米燒賣粉粉地既質感,但見夾左幾款菜都幾健康。尚品素湯第一次飲素湯,湯料唔多,只撈到少少蘿蔔所以開頭冇咩期望。 估唔到用豆黎代替豬骨熬湯原來好鮮甜,同平時飲到既老火湯一樣咁香濃,朋友都大讚有驚喜。咕嚕甜酸素肉一直對扮肉既假齋有少少反感,因為唔健康又味道麻麻。 呢味咕嚕肉竟然一改我印象,麵筋炸到外脆內嫩又乾爽,似偏腍既豬肉,重點係甜酸調味恰到好處,配埋新鮮多汁既菠蘿完全食唔停口。川式龍口粉絲原煲上既炒粉絲熱辣辣香噴噴就無可厚非,最欣賞既係調味辣辣地好惹味,仲隱約食到少少肉碎,其實我直到呢刻先醒起我係食緊齋,大概素菜最高境界就是如此。一行三人驚唔夠分,所以叫多左兩款。牛肝菌香煎芙蓉鮮竹($138)現實與圖片一模一樣,除左腐竹既豆香同煎餅既香氣,牛肝菌獨有既濃郁菌香亦令人一試難忘,物有所值。黑松露松子仁炒飯 ($98)炒飯粒粒分明,每粒都沾滿香濃既黑松露醬,一啖咬埋面頭脆口既松子仁,完全令香味更上一層樓。 單單只有黑松露味難免會有少少膩,值得一讚炒飯加左蔬菜同雞脾菇粒,感覺清新。本來見二人餐菜式數目唔多,預期唔太飽肚,估唔到樣樣份量都好足,散叫多兩款實在太貪心喇,最後未食甜品就飽到要打包走人,十分抵食。第一次帶埋BB用膳,BB肚餓扭計就難免。 值得一讚由安排僻靜座位、準備BB椅去到盡快上白飯俾BB醫肚,店員都盡善盡美,態度友善,大家都稱心滿意。…Read More

身邊素食朋友約食飯,地點當然由佢負責。收工過到黎觀塘見時間尚早就睇左陣STARWAR展先,等到朋友都到埋就行過黎尚素。路程唔使五分鐘,都幾就腳。因為餐牌實在太多選擇,朋友驚我選擇困難症又發作就揸主意點左個二人餐。二人餐可揀嘅其實都幾多,同埋價錢都幾實惠。餐湯係老火湯同竹笙燴素翅。飲落好夠火候同清甜,啱啱近排寒流龔港飲完暖笠笠。本身係可以升級做松茸湯的但見我地之後幾樣菜都係菇菌就唔升了,驚補得濟。頭盤係叉燒配海蜇及苦瓜涼伴珍珠耳。一食叉燒都真係有啲食肉嘅錯覺,用腐皮做成嘅素叉燒無論造型同埋味道都好真,燒焦香加埋入口甜甜咸咸咁真係幾好食。而海蜇係用蒟蒻做成,入口滑溜溜又有少少彈牙。微量麻辣味道十分開胃。珍珠耳都幾爽口,加上苦瓜除左好多苦味。兩者一齊食麻油香同回甘味夠清新。同叉燒一濃一清咁,配搭得幾好。麻香擔擔麵。份量十足,雖則係二人餐但份量足夠三至四人分都無問題。配料睇落唔多,但味道好濃郁。花生香同芝麻香十足,麵質夠彈牙混和花生碎同炸蒜夠晒香口惹味。干窩煸榆耳。榆耳睇餐牌介紹係高蛋白低脂肪嘅食材,又可以行氣活血係秋冬進補食品之一。除左榆耳入面仲有包括白木耳/珍珠耳/冬菇同埋秀珍菇等,十分豐富。因為仲用左幾樣鮮/乾辣椒黎爆炒,所以味道偏香辣濃郁,配上腰果食令人口除左榆耳本身嘅爽口仲多左層脆卜卜嘅口感。食多幾口都唔會覺膩。食完都未夠喉,我地點多個牛肝菌腐竹煎蛋。經過香煎後嘅牛肝菌同腐竹,除左香口之外亦保持軟嫩。菌香,蛋香,同豆香均勻,平平無奇嘅煎蛋係加入其餘兩樣材料之後,意外的好食。最後食埋糖水蓮子桂花小丸子,清甜又解辣。聽朋友講近年素菜愈來愈多變化,而呢度採用養生保健菇菌概念製作,醫食同行得黎又夠好味,朋友今餐真係無介紹錯。…Read More

星期六晚黎左呢間觀塘中式素食,即日book位都有位,但去到都幾爆差唔多坐滿。環境較暗,但地方算大,幾寬敞,抬都唔會拍到好迫,而且好多大圓抬,幾適合一家人黎食。食物選擇好多,偏四川口味,好多麻辣酸辣菜式。假海蜇都算做到爽的口感,青瓜冇乜味,海蜇少少麻辣幾惹味。咕嚕素肉就少少失望,完全唔係酸甜,只有酸味,太酸,素肉得好少,唔好食。呢度菜反而係驚喜,煎餅好香,好有蛋的感覺,佢用左腐竹加麵粉漿營造蛋漿的質感,加入左牛肝菌好香,而且唔會煎到好多油,好乾身,食唔停口呀!酸辣土豆絲我好鐘意食,佢的土豆絲整得幾好,夠爽身,唔會太淋,但個味道就少少過酸,平衡返個酸辣味會好啲。粟米羹冇乜味,黃耳幾爽,好似雪耳咁,但整體冇味。呢個蓮藕煲又係失望,蓮藕太淋好粉,一啲都唔爽口,魔芋有啲似上海個啲前菜窩夫的口感,好似海棉咁索哂啲汁,但個南乳汁其實麻麻地,又係唔夠味。牛肝菌炒飯一上抬好香,但食落反而又冇乜味,普通炒飯的味道,牛肝菌食落有少少苦澀味,而且有少少沙,香味夠但味道就好一般。素食店好講求創意,呢間幾有特色加入左啲四川風味,但好多菜式都味道一般,只有色香冇味,但勝在環境同款式多搭夠,都係唔錯的素食選擇。…Read More

近月因各種原因,都少有找朋友吃飯;後來終於有朋友忍不住要拉我出來吃飯,地點當然是由我選啦,於是就來了我一直都很想吃的「尚素」。我和朋友都是半個觀塘人,所以覺得這棟位於商廈商場的「尚素」地點也算方便(其實在駿業街熟食中心斜對面)。餐廳陳設是典雅的,座位也不算太擠。觀塘這一帶的商業區入夜後就沒什麼人流 ,想不到周五晚上竟然全場滿座,不訂座的話一位難求。現時「尚素」正在做一個優惠,就是三月及四月份於晚市時段享用「蘿蔔千層酥」、「黑虎掌碧玉蒸素餃」和「意式松露香菌餃」,即送同款點心一籠。這裡的點心是每天當店即製的,當然不可以錯過啦。可惜蘿蔔千層酥已售罄,於是我們點了「意式松露香菌餃」。一籠三隻,剛好夠分,買一送一還可以一人多吃一隻。話說這款黑松露餃年前始創於一家中式新派素食館,經過數年的發展,已「發揚光大」到不同的素菜館都有得吃了。透明的餃皮很貴氣,混了黑松露醬的菇粒也香口,沒有不討好的道理。跟着到主菜時間,點菜後才發現我們點了很多豆腐類菜式。首先是大廚客家豆腐煲($98)。印象中我自從吃素好臭沒有吃過過客家豆腐這道菜(那也很正常,因為我不是客家人嘛)。餐牌上寫著是推介菜式,加上使用香港老字號珍香園的豆腐,應該差不到哪裡去吧。結果也沒令我們失望。豆腐上釀了少許像是素肉的東西,個人並不特別反對素肉,有時若是為了保留原來葷菜的特色,我覺得用少許也無妨。的確是很香口,豆腐也綿密,保留到客家豆腐的神髓,當然我們也立即叫碗白飯來伴吃啦。跟着有一道我一看見就想點的菜式,便是透牛肝菌香煎芙蓉鮮竹($138)。這一道菜是貴得有道理的。其實它是純素的菜式,是在「扮」香煎芙蓉蛋,卻又要沒有蛋,是不是很神奇?秘訣在於把新鮮腐竹切碎,再混入牛肝菌,細心煎煮而成,非常花工夫。我也有吃過加了蛋的煎腐竹,不過這個因爲沒有了蛋的黏力,所以難度更高;難得的是出來的效果一流,外面略為焦脆的外皮,腐竹卻仍軟嫩,加上牛肝菌的香和少許芽菜的香,大家都讚不絕口,當然也是非常好下飯的菜式。寫到這裡竟然忘了另一個同樣是有腐竹的小食:鮮淮山伴腐竹!這個比較清淡,不太鹹。原來到甜品時間才最精彩!都說女生有兩個胃,第二個是用來裝甜品的。甜品方面我們最初只叫了一客黑芝麻卷 - 好吧我對這種懷舊點心總有種情意結,這裡的還特意做成兩層,那層「皮」是黑芝麻和椰汁味兩層口味的!然後朋友見到有純素雪糕,於是又點了兩杯。這是本地品牌的用椰奶和椰棕糖製成的雪糕,我自己不時買來吃,朋友們第一次試吃覺得很新奇,覺得不像一般雪糕但試過後她們也覺得好吃。接着大家又發現填網上問卷有糖水送,於是得到紅豆沙和番薯糖水。可是吃蕃薯糖水的,感覺是「勁薑」!於是我們吃到撐住肚子離開,每人也只約 $150 有找,算是合理的價位。想吃豪華一點也可以,他們有高級的菌類菜式啊。好在是晚比較繁忙,出菜不算很快,可以慢慢敘舊傾計。(我也吃過他們的午市點心套餐,選擇困難症患者可以多試幾款了。)…Read More

聽聞左呢間素菜一段時間,適逢生日可以請全家一齊去試。除左相片既送我地仲點左一個桂花糖炸饅頭,桂花糖唔會係死甜味,食得出應該係自己釀。出街食素好多時避唔過一定會有好多加工野,即係用豆渣整成啲假肉咁,食得多呢啲分分鐘想健康變左食多左化學野。所以想食尚素就係因此係佢FACEBOOK 見到佢菜單上偏向都係用天然材料而唔係用假肉做呢樣做個樣。淨係食啲貴菇菌其實都預左比坊間既素菜貴一啲。所以埋單唔會話覺得太貴,算叫做合理亦係近年難得地食完屋企人都覺得可以再黎既餐廳。…Read More

samurai 不錯, 坊間的素食很恐怖, 五顏六色, 簡直是在吃化學餐, 全是添加物和油, 還有的是諸多收費, 埋單時嚇一跳.
