天氣終於開始凍凍地,即刻搵個地方打邊爐先。講開打邊爐,九龍城真係好多選擇。今晚就俾咗門面呢個牛頭吸引咗,入去試一試。呢度唔限時,唔使趕頭趕命,正👏👏👏!同店長傾開,原來呢間舖頭都開咗九年,主打精選牛肉,有好多唔同嘅部位。而家仲有刺身同海鮮成盒,方便鍾意食牛之外又想食海鮮嘅朋友。藥膳醉雞鍋 (💰$168)淨係藥膳湯底已經有16款,平貴任君選擇,我就揀咗個藥膳醉雞鍋試吓😛。牛皇拼盤 (💰$488)講到明食牛,一定要試吓呢個牛皇拼盤。淨係睇個擺碟都知道唔少嘢🤭唔係淨係hightea先咁擺㗎。安格斯牛肉粒、牛頸脊、牛舌、牛白肉、雪花肥牛、金錢牛𦟌,六種部位,六種口味。我最鍾意嘅當然係牛舌。牛白肉個口感都好得意,值得一試,因為出邊真係唔係成日見。總括嚟講呢個拼盤都係大推。如果今次多啲人可以叫多個添,一個唔係好夠喉!海鮮盛合 (💰$298)雖然呢度主打食牛,但係啲海鮮都好新鮮。見到師傅喺魚缸攞出嚟,整理好就上枱。新鮮海鮮打邊爐係唔同啲!即炸紫菜響鈴 (💰$38)呢個真係大推介,響鈴入邊夾埋紫菜一齊卷去炸,多咗一層口感,一試難忘。雜菜籃 (💰$48)人大咗,點都要食返啲菜嘅,呢個雜菜籃份量都好大,性價比高。竹蔗茅根水 (💰$48)清甜冰凍,打邊爐下下火最啱。餐廳面積雖然唔算好大,但座位都算寬闊。店員好有禮貌😄最緊要仲有貓店長🐱見貓我就like。上菜速度都都好快手,值得一讚。店長同店員都好殷勤,定期會幫手整走鍋入邊嘅油,等大家食得健康啲。唔好成日淨係話深圳啲餐廳好服務,香港都有好好服務嘅餐廳㗎。…Read More
