放工後辛勞一整天想找點美食慰勞自己,旺角區餐廳很多,今天想找一些平日比較少光顧的餐廳大快朵頤時間是晚上六時,基本上我是晚市第一台客,店員詳細介紹餐牌以及今天的特價菜式。不消一會兒熱辣辣的串燒便上桌了!牛油焗金菇$40好香的牛油味,加了一點鹽,沒有其他複雜的調味,反而顯得更香香煎鵝肝多士配紅酒汁 $138 / 2件外脆內軟脂香十足,配上紅酒汁開胃解膩蒜蓉燒蟶子皇$138/ 2隻十月份海鮮非常肥美,香口的蒜蓉加上爽甜蟶子,有金菇墊底,吸收蟶子的鮮甜味不消一會兒串燒登場鹽燒牛舌芯$48- 牛舌厚切,彈牙有口感,但又夠柔軟。燒雞腎$20- 爽口但不韌,沾一下泰式辣醬更添風味。燒泰國蘆筍$24- 食串燒多數都是肉類, 加點蔬菜中和一下燒菠蘿$20- 超甜的菠蘿,食完好想再encore燒豬頸肉$20- 與店家提供的泰式辣醬簡直是絕配,肉質爽口安格斯牛肋串$30- 呢個價錢食到安格斯牛肋其實非常抵食,重點是牛味重得來沒有筋也夠林燒白鱔$49- 皮燒得薄脆,但鱔肉不會乾,非常推介蒜蓉燒茄子$40非常惹味的菜式,原條茄子開半,加上大量蒜蓉,孜然及醬料燒至熟透軟身,同叉子一梳又一梳茄子放進口中,香氣四溢!留意返啤酒做緊買一送一,如果喜愛飲啤酒嘅人士飲啤酒最抵! 另外讚一讚侍應快手有禮,非常勤力幫我們清理檯面。…Read More

早幾個星期試過深水埗的好燒式,覺得好好食,所以心思思想再試。上 Openrice 見到旺角有分店,所以就嚟試試。 旺角店的店長一貫地熱情地推介海鮮,終於明白箇中的因由,原來佢哋每天去街市買最靚的海鮮,所以今次嚟就無聖子皇食,話今天聖子皇唔靚,於是就食左蒜蓉燒扇貝及日式汁燒南非鮑魚。不過食落麻麻地,扇貝燒得太熟,鮑魚新鮮,燒得剛好熟,但醬汁似是熟後加上,沒有汁燒的效果。而且二者味道都一般。 :)牛油金菇包,落左好多牛油,熱辣辣食係幾好味。不過一定要趁熱食。燒日本甜心蕃薯,一般急凍食品燒熱嚟食,一般啦!墨魚丸,汁燒效果唔錯,ok 好味!韮菜、牛油粟米、雞軟骨、雞肉腸,全部都正常好味。燒日式芝士年糕,好正!大多數店都只會炸俾你食,好耐無見過燒的芝士年糕。鹽燒白鱔,材料新鮮,好好味。菠蘿,好甜,好多汁,作為餐後甜品一流! 可能因為期望過高,今次食唔番之前在深水埗食到的好味。整體不能說唔好味,只是有比較,感覺上旺角店的調味好像是欠缺了一些甚麼,若有所失似的。…Read More

我哋食夜晚7:15pm 冇book位,但好快就安排入座,一坐低店員熱情地介紹海鮮和串燒,之後我哋慢慢再選擇食物,上菜速度快,而店員很貼心,不會一次過上晒所有食物,睇到我哋差唔多食完一碟先上另外一碟我的推介: 牛油金菇: 金菇充滿着牛油,食落口不會黐牙黑松露蝦多士: 超脆,一定要趁熱食,滿滿的蝦肉,非常彈牙翠玉瓜: 超多汁燒菠蘿: 不會太甜又不會太酸在我們進食期間,店員會走過來問我們啱唔啱食,認唔認得邊串打邊串,還會逐一逐一介紹,好搞笑,實在太一樣!…Read More

平時翻大陸食串燒就食得多,好想係香港都有得食串燒。由其係一串又一串有孜然嘅肉串先黎一個牛油金菇,不錯的。起碼有調味,因為之前試過好多間店都係冇味架!呢間有味,不過個人覺得可以將調味整得均勻一d 因為主要係底果d先重味一d面果個d 就都係冇咩味呢個原條茄子正好重孜然味,超惹味。而且用筷子一絲絲咁食同大陸果種差唔多。比想像中大份!蒜蓉包夠脆!夠蒜味,但個底太過「窿」了最特別係佢會放埋原粒蒜頭係碟邊可以食架!我係一個黑松露迷,有關黑松露嘅所有食物都鐘意食,呢個黑松露蝦多士。都係超級脆而食到中間一大啖都係黑松露味,個人覺得如果將黑松露混埋入蝦多士嘅餡入面就好多,就可以成舊都有黑松露味!呢個又係黑松露野!呢個超正d芝士味夠哂濃!但呢個黑松露味反而唔夠重。另外個人唔太鐘意食青椒果的d 所以扣少少分。但總括呢個薄餅都幾好味!燒蒜蓉蠔!幾好超多蒜蓉,而且隻蠔唔會縮哂水。d蒜蓉唔會好辣因為熟哂!燒牛排都幾出色,我地叫咗5成熟!睇睇圖佢地都燒得幾靚,而且幫我地都切得好靚!口感幾好,味道都夠。燒雞脾,我最欣賞佢幫我地斬件,方便我地食!味道幾好。但皮唔太夠脆再脆d就好啦。最最最後3種串燒 其中牛舌真係世界級好味!必試牛舌無論口感同味道斬冇得輸!而豬頸肉個人覺得有一點甜味,但同孜然唔太夾所以扣咗少少分!但佢個肉質係正嘅所以都幾好味。而雞翼都係有果種甜味,如果冇咗呢種甜可能我會比滿分! 總括呢間小店一定要黎食呀!串燒真係冇人可以抗拒😍😍😍…Read More
