深井燒鵝,我細細個就聽過呢個名,但黎呢到食就真係比較少今日機會難得,就同家母一齊黎食啦==============================本身以為深井會好遠,點知原來都唔係係葵芳搭302小巴去到碧堤半島落車都只係半個鐘仲要一落車過條馬路就係唔想等車既自己渣車仲有停車場,夠晒方便見到呢個招牌就諗起細細個睇電視講深井燒鵝幾正就流晒口水既回憶一入門口D姐姐已經好好招呼,又好笑容又好傾唔講以為自己去左六星級酒店咁==============================燒鵝(半隻)($270)黎到呢到梗係唔洗講咁多,整返隻燒鵝先啦真係一睇到已經流晒口水燒到略紅既鵝皮帶有光澤,皮肉飽滿,鵝皮冇燒到爆開亦冇燒焦燒黑,正係火候剛好既最佳寫照!而且真材實料!話半隻就真係半隻,仲要好大隻鵝皮夠晒酥香,脆到咬落去係會「卜」一聲,而且一咬就開,唔會硬到似樹皮咁仲要油脂味豐富得黎又唔會膩而鵝肉吃落口有好濃郁既鵝味而且肉質嫩滑,就算係鵝胸都唔會韌或者乾啜落去D骨到,入面既肉汁同香料味必晒出黎夠晒香成件鵝都唔會太鹹或太淡,調味剛好係呢到食過幾間,我夠膽講真係呢到既燒鵝最一流最好味啫啫通菜煲($58)唔好以為呢到得燒鵝好食其他小菜亦都唔惹小通菜新鮮得黎又夠晒香,而且味道夠野惹味可能好多人會問點解啫啫煲會叫啫啫煲,到底同啫啫有咩關係其實係因為燒熱左既啫啫煲上菜果陣會燒到啫啫聲,所以先叫啫啫煲而呢到既啫啫通菜煲就令你可以好明白咩叫啫啫聲同埋咩叫啫啫煲啦因為上台果陣真係啫啫聲而啫啫煲除左聽同睇之外,仲有實際作用既,就係可以令味道散發得更好更易聞到最重要係高熱力會令食物產生一種反應,令產生某一種物質令佢更好味所以啫啫煲係好睇又好食架XO醬脆玉瓜牛肉($78)天氣咁熱梗係要食返D瓜補充下水分而脆玉瓜就係我至愛啦XO醬夠晒惹味而且脆玉瓜好新鮮爽口,咬落去卜卜聲牛肉係靚貨,食落好香牛味之餘仲唔會韌,一流椒鹽豆腐($58)食港式小菜又點可以冇椒鹽系列呢我就叫左我至愛既豆腐豆腐炸皮夠晒薄,而且入面既豆腐仲保持到嫩滑加埋外層又香脆又惹味既椒鹽簡直一流啤酒($22)食呢D港式小菜又點可以唔整返支啤酒呢咬一啖燒鵝脾,再隊返杯冰凍既啤酒,兩個字:爽呀而呢到基本上應有既牌子,藍妹、生力果D都有而且仲唔會貴==============================本身會以為好貴,但價錢最高都係果半隻燒鵝,不過計埋隻燒鵝既質素同份量,係完全值呢個價,甚至我覺得係抵到爛而其他小菜平均都係六、七十蚊,好話唔好聽真係茶記小菜都唔止呢個價啦但你可以係一間咁高水準既港式小菜館到食到我成餐食左4樣野(當中仲要係半隻燒鵝),埋單先五舊水左右真係邊到搵呀!最重要係呢到既服務真係好好個個店員都好好笑容,真係會令你有賓至如歸既感覺我一定會再黎!…Read More

深井食燒鵝,相信香港人或者遊客,就算沒有去過,但都有聽過。港式燒鵝,其實比起其他地方,絕對不會輸,外地有時有不同口味,但只有港式燒鵝在我心中是最好食,最原始。今日星期六和朋友專登到深井食燒鵝,就是為了尋回港式燒鵝的味道,雖然我兩同住港島,但今日到陳記一轉,完全覺得值得。深井正宗燒鵝,果然明不虛傳。要逐一講一講,這個超好食。港式燒鵝,好多地方都有,但好食的不多。首先係外皮,絕對稱得上脆皮十足,每咬一下都有聲,然後燒鵝汁溢出。肉亦燒得嫰口,完全不會硬或者咬不動,而是調味剛好,肉嫰,滑,每口都是鵝味,顯然原料定必是好料,不是平日在街邊,滿滿雪味的那種。雖然已遠離童年 ,但都忍不住像以前細個,要用手拿著一邊咬,那種霸氣地食燒鵝髀,真係無得輸。那沾上燒鵝的特製醬汁應該是店家自製,與平日燒臘店的包裝貨完全不一樣。正好多。另外叫了個開邊蝦配糯米飯。這個都吾講得笑,份量足,完全真材實料,比起連鎖店,份量大到,開邊蝦是新鮮蝦,每隻都相當鮮味,而且加上蒜蓉,蒜蓉大蝦,笑哈哈。糯米飯香,加入臘腸,蔥等將其炒香,而且完全吾油。蝦既味道又滲入飯中,實在是相當不錯。其實還有蒸蟹,下次有機會想再試。最後是個啫啫通菜煲,一個好晚餐絕不能缺少疏菜,又大份又夠味,還有不少蝦米令整個菜都很香。雖然遠道而來,但其實一程巴士已到,食好的,又行行海邊,價錢亦不貴,實在值得。…Read More
